Tbh, this place has been on my bad list for years; however, the 75% off sale (with cherry crisp among the other scents) and a salted butterscotch candle, they have made a nice comeback. Plus it seems like the staff has gotten WAY nicer/polite. Good job B& BW!

Everyone says avoid the mall. I try to cuz I hate shopping lol just be aware of your surroundings. I have to say when I went to BBW it was packed but the salespeople were very attentive and helpful. Great job staff people.

I love bath and body works but the manager there is straight up rude and she discriminate I tried to get a job here I have years of experience and every time I apply she rejects me I feel like it’s because I’m a black male I had recently applied called and checked on my app and the manager is was rude rushed off and hung up the phone on me this place is a joke yea it’s nice shopping there but employment is a different story she should be accepting people instead of rejecting because cus people don’t even want to work because of COVID and getting unemployment you think she’ll be more accepting and not so stuck up

Being less capacity, youd think youd get a better check out experience, but nope. Still long waits and too long to check out, especially when you consistently let customers go back to floor to grab more items during checkout process, while other ppl who are done are waiting.

I felt very safe shopping here. They give you a bag to put your selections in so you dont have to carry a basket. Selection was a bit limited. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Always find good stuff to buy here. Wallflowers are my favorite. I also cant go wrong with their hand soap & its in a decorative bottle. I always try to stock up when they have their twice a year clearance sales. My husband loves their candles they have the best, strongest, & longest lasting scents. My favorite place!!! The candles are the Best!! I really like the room spray. I have used the body wash, lotion and body spray since the 90s. I have say I have so many friends that used another brand of candles but I got them to try these candles...they are now only using these candles. We all save money on candles too.

I like this store because they have ALL the bargains out and ready for you. The only thing I dont like is the LONG wait time once you get in line to check out. The employees are always ready and willing to help you wheel and deal to maximize your coupons too.

Found most of what I was looking for during semi-annual sale including some things I never thought I would ever find. Good experience. Also they now have antibacterial gel for men. This pleases my husband as he needs it at work and works in an almost exclusively male environment.

My Wife & I can say enough about how we enjoy going to this store. The customer service is Exceptional and Knowledgeable. They greet you with smile and treat you like family.

My mom & I love to go shopping at Bath & Body Works! Especially when they have sales going on! Everything smells so good in there! Obviously if you wanna smell good, you come to this place. Everything from lotions, sprays, soaps and different stress relievers. They also have hand sanitizers for my adults... I go to get the mens soap during the Semi Annual Sale. They also connected to White Barn (which sells candles and other smell goods). Good smells all around!

I was able to catch the semi annual sale on candles. Got 2-3 wick candles and 1 perfumed lotion all for about 30 dollars including tax! They all smell wonderful and dont forget to sign up for their rewards program!

Little annoyed that I bought a room spray today and the store associate didn’t even bother to mention that there was a coupon available for it for today only. I’m in the rewards program so I feel like she could have told me like other associates have done in the past when there was a sale going on. Feel a bit ripped off now.

I went to Bath &Body Works a few hours ago to get my grandma a present and it was amazing! The people working were very nice and helpful specifically Totiana. They had new sents that I could buy for amazing prices! I 100% recommend Bath & Body works if you need to buy something Good!!

Company says it 100% Guarantee. Any reason, anytime, but some employees like Tatiana and Jean didnt think so. Did not return a wallflower refill because it was not enough in there. I didnt know they measure what is left over.. but Ill give my business elsewhere!!!!

The service was fine its the product Ive been buying for years and lately Im noticing the body sprays itself has lost potency at first i thought it was old and Ive recently spent a nice amount on different sprays again the potency did not last will not be shopping with them again spend to much not to be happy.....

This was my first time in this store....OMG why did it take me so long??? I could live in this store!!!! Their candles alone put Yankee candle to shame!!!! So many scents- that you can actually smell....then you have the soaps and lotions and body wash and hand sanitizers along with the deals you can get....did I mention I can actually afford this stuff.....my new absolute favorite store!!

I would like to know how they train the staff to know every single scent in the entire store I started describe something and they immediately find what I need in a body wash or a lotion or candle whatever Im asking for And they all know how to use the app which is great because I dont lol!!
