We were in need of storage space for a couple of months and our realtor recommended Extra Space Storage. The staff were cheerful, helpful and efficient. The units were clean and well kept. Access was easy. All in all we would highly recommend them to anyone who needs storage space.

In the process of assisting family member with potential storage needs....Telephone customer service rep was extremely helpful as was a laterconversation with the local manager. It was a pleasure to speak with both of these employees. Policies, procedures and options were fully and graciously explained. As first impressions count, this has been a very favorable experience to this point and anticipate it will continue to be so.

Debora is super friendly and helpful. I called in, reserved the unit and walked in the same day. Paperwork is done in 30 minutes. Highly recommended this one over other storage space.

Jeremy was there for my call and on-site visit. He showed me a unit and it fit my needs. Close to the door. He set me up on the computer and I was off and unloading my stuff into the unit. In fact I took a 2nd unit not far away from the 1st. Around the corner to say the less. And again up on the computer and unloading to another unit a week later. Totally understand my needs and was there to accommodate me in every way. He gives me a reminder call when payment is near so I have no worries on payment. Just the right guy for the job and customer oriented with professionalism and very polite.

This place rules, I legit could not be happier with our clean and dry storage space. Even my movers said “oh this is a good one”. Thanks so much!

We had a great experience here. The space is clean and easy to access. I was always able to reach Jeremy, the staff member, during office hours with any questions. They have plenty of carts, which is not always the case at storage places. Id definitely recommend.

We had a number of things from personal items to furniture in our unit for a number of years without any damage. The unit is well maintained and secure. The only negative was the price kept going up substantially each year.

I was lucky enough to get one of the smallest units they have as I didnt need anything big. I just needed a unit that would hold several boxes of various sizes and there was only one small unit left and Jeremy worked with me over the phone to get me situated to get that last unit.I was impressed with his willingness and capability to assist me over the phone and it was refreshing to have that kind of customer service that is so rare these days.

Jeremy and the staff are very accommodating and easy to deal with.Extra space also added a coded pass code entrance so the hours which I can access my locker better suit my needs and is convenient.The faculty is clean and dry with temperature control so it’s comfortable during a visit and for the contents you store. Winter or summer.The loading bays and carts are also very convenient and easily accessed.Great value for money.

Best storge man ever

Due to a family emergency, I had to upend my time in Boston and move international. I leased my storage unit here for over 3 years and today I moved out. I write this to not only commend this team here but Jeremy in particular, who went above and beyond to make sure that I received all assistance during my lease term. The facility is neat and customer service is A+. There is plenty of space for loading/unloading and they even have a loading dock for bigger trucks. The facility is secure and they have moving supplies available for purchase as well. I hope they can add a beverage vending machine in the future.

This review is long overdue. First the location is very convenient. The building itself is very secure, with cameras in every aisle. The customer service gets five stars alone. Jeremy has been extremely helpful during my stay. Overall its been an outstanding experience. The only downside however is the fact that there is only one entrance area to the facility. Other than that everything else is 5 stars.

This is a unique and perfect storage facility. Neat, clean, heated, staff on site, moving carts on site, safe and secure entry to the building, plenty of parking out side and loading ramps of various heights sbdc designs, all with power overhead doors.The only thing thats a little tough is if more than one person is moving in or out in your lane theres immediate grid lock. Patience is required.What a effectively operated place.

The location is great, the storage unit serves its purpose.When I signed up for the unit I didn’t realize it wasn’t 24/7, and the original hours were a bit of a problem for me, but the hours have been updated so they are better now.I wasn’t able to use the code (to access the unit after hours) at all, but it is new and every new system has its kinks.The customer service is really good, even if the equipment has some kinks. Jeremy helped me recently getting into the building. He is very polite and helpful!

One I have to say not only did he surpass my expectations of customer service, he was also very informative and helpful. But I was on a time limit that day because the hours of operation changed.
