Revised review: first time I had service was a bad experience, but follow up 2nd service appt was great. Pete provided excellent, great service (wish I had him the first time). Will return as a customer if I ever need service again.

I made an appointment for 10:30 a.m., because my check engine light was on. When I dropped the car off, they told me it was going to take 2 to 3 hours, so I had someone pick me up. At 2:00 p.m., they called to inform me that they were pulling my car in. I called at 3:00 p.m., and finally got a hold of someone about 15 minutes later. That was when I found out they close at 4:00 p.m. Im glad I called.This is the first time Ive used Scott Clark Toyotas service, and will definitely be the last. I wouldnt go as far as to say the staff was rude, but they were definitely lacking in customer service. I felt like I was at the DMV.

Dropped my car off on Thursday night for a 7:15am Friday appointment. At 9:15am I got a text message asking me to approve additional services. No phone call explanation, no photos, no descriptions. I approved the ones I understood, never heard anything back. Called at 12:15pm, still no explanation over the phone.Poor communication all around with customers from arrival to service to check out.Had a great experience at Scott Clark Honda. Was hoping for more of the same. Will go elsewhere.

Nagging maintenance required light comes on every 5,000 miles. A trip to dealership means 2-3 hours out of your day.

Service department either lied about pre purchase service performed, or did not use Genuine Toyota parts. Either way it is unacceptable. I found a Fram oil filter in my vehicle and the last oil and filter change was recorded on the service history by Scott Clark Toyota right before I purchased the vehicle from their used lot.I had additional trouble with this service department when I brought the same vehicle back after purchase for some work.The salesman was great. The service department wont ever see me as a customer.My recommendation to you: find another Toyota dealer for service.

Waited over an hour and a half for a simple oil change. Had a appointment. Stood up to look out the window and my car was sitting in the lot. Service writer said I was just coming to get you and started another conversation with someone else. Second time this has happened.

Kannon Baker was AMAZING! He was honest with my about what my options were and even though he was busy, he spent quality time with me and did not make me feel like a number. I purchased a beautiful 4-Runner and he walked me through the entire process from start to finish, making sure I was taken care of. He even helped me clean out my trade-in. Will be going back in a few years to upgrade to a new one, and hope that Kannon will be there again!

COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT STAFF !!! I have been calling since October 2020 to get my car back ! Somehow no one knows where my car and a manager is never available . Super shady business . Had to report them to the better business bureau !!! I tried to get ahold of corporate but the staff is told they are not to give out corporate numbers . If someone from corporate sees this please reach out to me before I file a lawsuit !! This is redic . Do not waste your time or money with this business !!

So I am new to the area and was interested in a car. I called numerous dealerships before visiting any of them. I went to Scott Clark Toyota and a young man named Dustin Richardson was my salesman. Wow! He was absolutely amazing and awesome! He took time with me and he listened to what I wanted. I am now the proud owner of a new Camry. Dustin went above and beyond and made the experience a pleasure and a lot of fun. Everyone there was just really great. I would 100% recommend Scott Clark Toyota and especially Dustin to anyone in the market for a car. What a dealership! Thank you all so much!

Sensor was acting up, and was going to be charged 300+ for the replacement. Waited a week and sensor turned itself off. Very long wait on vehicles that have already been completed. One customer beside me saw his car in the lot completed, but couldn’t get it for over 30 mins paid and idle. Outside of long wait times after work is complete and paid for, good work is done here.

Took my 2015 Corolla in for warranty manufacture service and when I got my car my heated seats did not work. The service required going through the center console to rewire airbags. Asked the manager and got the mechanic to see why this was an issue. The mechanic shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t touch anything and that was it. Very unprofessional. Do not let these guys touch your car. Go somewhere else.

I love early morning on Saturday, before the craziness starts, the only downside was had to wait on shuttle 1 hour, even I was first on a list, please hire more drivers on Saturday for shuttle.
