My wife and I went in to get her a new phone. We wanted to use a current promotion that would give us credit towards her new phone upon trade in. The salesman Storm told us that since he didnt see the promotion on his tablet, it wasnt a thing. It was clearly on the verizon website. Long story short we got kicked out of the store buy this incredibly unprofessional person because we proved him wrong by pulling it up on our phone. He then proceeded to get mouthy with my wife. Again his name is STORM. Worst salesman I have ever dealt with. Couldnt have cared less if he made the store money. Horrible Horrible Horrible

My wife and I went here to upgrade my phone. We worked with an employee named Josh. He was very knowledgeable in the variety of phones and helped me make the decision based on my particular needs and ability. He worked with us for a long time to get what we wanted and educated us on how much the upgrade would be each billing cycle. We were very well informed and he treated us with respect and did not make us feel inferior in our abilities or pressured to buy. I would highly recommend seeing Josh for your phone needs

Stopped in today because I wanted to switch from Tmobile. The staff was super helpful! Byron was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I originally wanted to bring my old phone over but they were able to do a trade in on it for a newer phone. Overall, great experience.

Are not up front about prices and will lie to you. I said I wanted to trade in my phone and pay outright and he quoted me my trade in. I asked if the final price included the price for my phone and he said yes. My bill was double wha it should be. Completely misleading.

Couldnt possibly be more upset with the experience I went through with an employee named Josh today. Not only was he twirling stuff in his hands while working, but he gave me and my wife the worst possible customer service today when wanting new lines. I will never be back at this store and I think AT&T is my next stop. I cant believe this guys work ethic...

I don’t leave reviews but I have to this time. When my mom broke her phone, whoever was working at this store got her to upgrade to a new phone instead of filing an insurance claim. I say “whoever” because this store changed its personnel at a break neck pace. This issue took me a year + to resolve and eventually I had corporate Verizon just take care. Did I mention that I’m the only administrator on my account, so I have no idea how they were able to do all of that without me. I had forgotten all about this when Byron called today to offer me a “free tablet” and completely forgot who I was. Thanks bud. Great customer service.TL;DR Just go to a real Verizon store.

Stopped into Verizon to purchase a new case for my phone and walked out with a new Galaxy 8. So far I really like it. The purchase was quick and easy. The store was not crowded and there was no waiting in line. Staff was attentive, friendly, informative, very helpful! Great experience.

Staff is super friendly and made the 2-2 1/2 hours we were there fly by! We wanted 2 iPhone 8+s and they didn’t have them in stock but another store a half hour away did, the store manager Byron personally drove there to get our phones for us! We worked with Joshua mostly and Jackie also helped us, they were both amazing from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out! They answered all the questions we had as well.

They get your order wrong, they pretend they are going to fix it, as I drive away, they cancel the correction, THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE...and as such you will get no help from Verizon or the affiliate (which is this store). I would not walk, I would run from this location. Their behavior is not poor, in this case criminal.

Please do yourself a favor and go to a real Verizon store, not this premium retailer (the big store sign is misleading and just says Verizon). They have no phones on display, and only a couple models in stock. We were switching from AT&T and we had 6 lines. They brought us out a whole 2 phones to choose from, the Galaxy S6 Edge+ and the Galaxy S6 (the phones they would be making the most money on). The 3 phones I wanted all had to be ordered in. They told my mom since her Note5 had a slight crack they would personally do a trade in since Verizon wouldnt give her much for it. We thought that was a great deal! ...but then when I told them we were just going to do 5 lines because Best Buy was selling the Pixel I wanted with a $100 gift card and a Chromecast, they said if we dont do all 6 lines with them they wont give us the trade in deal. I was annoyed but for my moms sake I agreed to just go with them. They also promised us a free tablet at the beginning and brought it out for us to see. We were excited about it the whole time we were sitting there (hours) and at the end they said were sorry, we actually cant give you this tablet. My sister-in-law has one of the lines but she had to work Saturday so we bought her one of the S6 Edge+ phones and said well if she doesnt want it she can return it within 14 days. The guys working had nothing bad to say about that, but then a few days later when she went in to return it the guy said let me find out how to do that and call you back tomorrow morning (of course they never called back) so after going down there again we find out that if she wants to go with a different phone they will not do the trade in for my mom. We then decided that maybe this was all a bad idea and we all were planning to return our phones, then the guy tells us if we do that they will charge us a 10% restocking fee. We just bought almost $5000 worth of phones and they want a 10% restocking fee. Dont make the same mistake we did, make sure you go to a real Verizon store.

The new store manager Byron is awesome, he also has an employee who goes by Jax who is also awesome. They both have helped us more than anyone ever has... I was in the store 4 days with Jax getting my issues worked out she had unbelievable patience with us and got everything worked out. When we were told by corporate Verizon that things couldnt be done I went in and Byron said that they had been mistaken and he got the issue resolved. My family will not go to another store ever!!!!!!

Disgusting!!!!!! Went in to pay off my contract phone, wouldnt take my payment unless I was buying another phone from them! I am sure he got a good laugh after I left, will report them to Verizon & the store manager. Never heard of a company refusing money lol

Gave me the old you won a free.... But theres a catch.... I recieved a phone call stating I had won a New Tablet well come to find out I won a new tablet with a new line activation of $20 a month for data. When I explained how that was silly he then stated that with any tablet I would have to pay for data. I countered that with the fact that my phone can Hotspot so i could connect my tablet to that. Anyway I didnt appreciate such shady business practices and then proceeding to talk down to me like I have no idea about phones or plans probably because I am a girl. Also heard them telling another customer they are a third party and not actually associated with the other Verizon stores.. . That right there should tell you a lot.
