My fourth time in this store. Had many questions the first three times. Was helped by Clayton S. He went above and beyond. Made sure our transition from Sprint went smooth.

We went in to transfer a SIM card to a secondhand phone. There was a roadblock at every turn, but the person helping us -- Clayton S. -- never gave up. Hed just back up and try another approach until he got it to work. Amazingly, this was the only T-Mobile store open in the area today. (All the others were unexpectedly closed because of COVID exposure, reportedly.) So Clayton was helping us and the spillover customers from several other stores. Patient, knowledgeable and unflappable. Give this guy a raise!

They need to have people who have some knowledge of any questions you have. They also had no brochures you could read. I needed questions answered & that didnt happen. Wont go back.

Something is going on in our area of NE Ohio. Many of 6he stores sre closed fown and we had to drive to 3 different locatiions before we found one that was open. The one in Massillon was open and took care of the sim card.

Went in on Friday Jan 30th in the evening and received prompt service from great guys who were eager to help and not too salesy. Thanks guys for getting me in and out with a new plan and phone!

What a terrible secret shopper visit this was. Rude and unorganized. I expect more out of the sales industry. Take your business to a different location for better service

Went in to get new unlocked phone activated. 2 visits could not do it.Both times more worried about trying to sell me other service and products.The manager lied to try to get me to sign up for another 250.00 line of service.

Went in there with several questions and employee Mike was able to go above and beyond to answer each one. Great staff memeber

Two trips to this store after talking to Sprint customer service. Employees argued what we were told by customer service was incorrect. They did not repair phone still under contract during first visit and tried to charge to fix a bad sim card the second time. Customer service was horrible. Its like buying a car to buy a phone here. Plan on hours to take care of it. Really ridiculous.

Was working in the area and I couldn’t get WiFi to work at any hotspots I went to 5 different places Dunkin’ Donuts, Mickey D’s etc, and so I went to this store for help and I was approached by sprint agent Danielle Price who I was explaining to her that I couldn’t connect at hot spots at 5 places she asked to see my phone while I was explaining and kept interrupting me as I’m telling her just showing me look it connected here so everyone else’s hotspots must have a issue lol I’m like 5 places and there was people on laptops, again she’s talking to me like I’m retarded lol and I just took my phone than she says that was rude I’m like my phone hello and I thinking how insulting for this sprint agent to not even listen to what I’m saying and just treat me like I have no clue on technology which Ive been in the industry for years and I work in the field so the other employee which gave me Danielle full name and store number bc she wasn’t going too I will be reporting her to corporate and they can deal with her poor customer service skills very poor attitude Danielle Price the other employee Good Job and thank you

Clean, courteous, and not willing to let you leave until they have done everything they possibly can for their customer.

Clay was Awesome! Helped me two days in a row.

Sales representatives wont tell new customers that sprint will charge you on your first bill 200.00$ dollars after you pay your deposit and activation charges .what a big mistake on my part not gonna happen again.

Everyone was helpful and got my new phone activated.

We went there 1 year ago and was lied too. I cant wait until i contract is officially over.
