Moved into new home and wanted to change out old wire shelving. Dana Steele of Creative Closets did a phenomenal job in the design and execution of the project. Mark was the install person who was professional and cleaned everything up well.The price was better than the ads offering 40% off. Product is made locally and their own folks install...no independent contractors. Also, a big plus was providing mobile garment racks to put our clothes on while the installation process was being completed.Outstanding follow up...customer service after the sale.

Let me start by saying that, after my closet re-do by Creative Closets, my closet is now my favorite room in my house. Its where I go to escape for a little bit. I lay on the floor and look up at my wall of shoes or admire how all of my clothing hangs so perfectly (all organized by season and then by color of course). And I look at my accessories all hanging on the wall and my handbags all displayed on shelves. Did I mention I am completely detail obsessed? That is why I can assure you that if you work with Creative Closets you will not be disappointed. I am happy with every single aspect of my closet and my experience with this company. And I am hard to please. I interviewed five different closet companies before I decided on Creative Closet. This is our second experience with Creative Closets, and once again, Victoria and the engineering team far exceeded our expectations! We recently downsized from our home on the river in Sandy Springs to a townhouse in Kennesaw---and one of the major selling points that sold our house was our master closet! Downsizing is difficult but especially challenging going from a spacious closet to a much smaller area with wire shelving and no built ins! The first call I made after we moved in was to Creative Closets and Victoria was at my house within 2 days doing her magic! What extraordinary talent she has for designing and maximizing every inch of space! Im a bit of a neat freak wanting a place for everything, and one of the things that impressed me most about Victoria was the way she listened to our needs bending over backwards to come up with solutions to accommodate our asks as well as our budget. Speaking of budget, nowhere could we have had these 4 closets built with such beautiful materials at this cost--such a value! We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our closets, and our new friends at Creative Closets!

Sharon and her team did an awesome job! She was meticulous about measurements, very friendly, and continued to update me throughout the process as well as following up when it was completed. She had plans very quickly drawn up and always accommodated my tweaks. Curt was very swift and practically unnoticed as he installed. They were both on time, if not early, and made minimal impact on my life, but the closet has had a major impact! My goal was to consolidate a full dresser and a full closet and Sharons team made it such that I actually have spare room and have ditched the dresser! Creative Closets is the kind of company for which I want to actively find projects in my home.

I visited Creative Closets after a referral from a family member. My design consultant was Sharon, and she patiently educated me on all of the different options and extras available for a new master closet. Sharon was very consultative and helpful the entire evaluation. My wife and I reviewed a few different companies and selected Creative for their design, knowledge, and creativity. The price was also within our budget.Few other extras you should know about - this is a family run business, husband/wife, and they are intimately involved in the business. I had a chance to meet and speak with both, and they were helpful in offering suggestions and changes to optimize our space. I only mention this because the success of the projects feels very personalized versus a larger chain.Craftsmanship - the materials are all high quality, and extremely well built. In fact, CC warranties the cabinets as long as you own the home. That is a pretty nice guarantee, and speaks volumes about how they stand behind their work.Implementation - they stayed on top of us and our contractors as they wanted to ensure an on schedule install. They also gave us extremely helpful guidance on when/how carpets needed to be installed (first before cabinets) and where/how electrical outlets need to be installed. This might seem minor, but they are hiccups and extra costs that could affect the appearance of the job and your overall satisfaction.Overall result - we love the closet, just love it. Its exactly as we wanted it. I have attached some pictures, although the pictures do not do justice to the luxury feel of the space. Nice work and thank you!

I received quotes feom 3 different vendors. CC was by far the best product and design for the right price. Beverly was warm and genuine and she read my mind and energy when designing my closet. I didnt have to have a 3 hour consult wherein I was pressured at the end of the day to make a decision like I was purchasing a car. The installation was smooth and professional and on time. They followed all of Covid 19 safety protocol which was appreciated. I had a consult with another company where I was turned completely off as the sales person arrived sniffling and wearing her nose with no mask. She asked to use my restroom. And extended her hand for a handshake. Totally disgusted. Anyway... I recommend CC for all of your custom needs.

I cannot say enough about this company and Victoria! Victoria has literally designed every closet in my house and then some. My master closet is a work of art! My pantry is phenomenal and each closet now has fantastic use of space! She has even done some built ins for me in our play room, designed my mud room, the laundry room. She has a way to make every single room in your house look better! The installers are quick and efficient; they are always professional, on time and clean too. Highly recommend!

I have used Tracy and Creative Closets for several years now on several different projects from Master closet to pantry to laundry room. In each case, she listens to what we want out of it but also brings in ideas of her own. We have never been disappointed and found the price comparable to Elfa or others but with a higher quality and more expensive look. The installation has always been smooth and seamless, even disposing of previous closet rods. We will continue to use Tracy and the team at Creative Closets.

We have used them twice. This last install was a big challenge. We did a 2 story closet. Sally was amazing. Our builder offered several option packages for custom shelving in the pantry, master closet, and garage. We met with Victoria at the Creative Closets design center in Marietta. Working with Victoria and being able to see their many example designs was extremely helpful in creating the design for our closets and pantry that met our needs and preferences. Victoria and Creative Closets installed the shelving and cabinets in our new pantry and we couldnt be more pleased! We returned our home to its original floor plan to have a pantry off of the kitchen rather than a powder room (dont worry, there is still a powder room on the main floor) and we are ecstatic to have a pantry - and to have one that is so functional and beautiful. We are always sure to show the pantry on the home tour. It wasnt a big room - but they packed maximum value into the room. They matched the pulls in the kitchen, included wire baskets and thoughtfully placed all of the shelf heights where we havent even changed any.

Creative Closets is amazing. They did all of the closets in our townhouse and were the first ones we called when we purchased our new home. Creative isn’t just a name; they truly have creative ideas for all sorts of sizes, shapes, and uses of spaces. We had the most amazing coat closet designed and installed under our townhouse stairs. Sally Thomas, the designer, is a genius at using every square inch. She can find space you didn’t even know you had. Installation is a breeze too. They are professional and clean up after themselves. I didn’t need to vacuum after them-they did it before they left. I can’t say enough good about them!

Funny, one of the other options touted a 40% off coupon, and I asked Creative to match it...they just laughed. They said their prices were already better without the coupon, and to just compare apples to apples instead of phony coupons. They were right.

I had my closets installed by7 Closets and More which went of of business. It appears this company has acquired the business and instead of honoring a warranty, as they had my previous job number and all of my information they wanted to charge me $75 and then $250 for a repair. This is half o what I paid for my original closet. Buyer Beware.

We recently purchased a new home with considerably less storage space than our previous home. I desperately needed help in maximizing the space available and turned to Teresa Safranek with Creative Closets who is also partnered with the National Association of Professional Organizers. After measuring the pantry, bedroom closets, linen closet, coat closet and the garages, she came up with a beautiful, detailed plan for our storage needs. The design at least doubled the usable storage space for us and created a Master closet that is a showplace! I proudly show it off to all who come to visit.We went to the design center showroom at Creative Closets where we saw examples of materials and completed projects and were able to choose the components for our project. We were treated to a tour of their entire facility which was the cleanest, most organized production facility we had ever seen. After seeing the magic they could perform in office storage and desks, we gave them another project and now have a beautiful office complete with bookcase, file cabinets, a large, functional desk and storage space with a tv that retracts back up into the cabinet when not in use.The Owners, Dan and Ruth Gelhausen, and their highly skilled production staff have an organization that is unparalleled in the industry. It was great to have everything manufactured locally, in a timely fashion without a single flaw. With no reservation, we would say that Creative Closets is Best in Class!
