We looked high and low for used SUVs like the one below in our area that was within our budget and in perfect condition for what it was with no luck! We finally expanded our search and found this beauty at Mizars car lot. Not only was the mileage great, the condition was unbelievable and the price was unexpectedly just right! felt like we found a needle in a haystack. Other than the condition visibly looking beautiful THIS WAS NO WHERE NEAR THE LEMON CAR you fear buying at a buy here pay here lot. Inspections all checked out even had just passed an emissions test a month prior(Let me also add NO DEALER FEES whatsoever)We were already on high alert for red flags because we were buying used but now the fact that it was a state away we needed to be sure it was worth it.....WHICH IT WAS! From the start of our research and communication with Mizar it was smooth sailing he was prompt and professional. Over all a very easy going guy! not once did we feel as if we were bothering him with all our questions and/or requests of photos, walk around videos, carfax etc.Upon arrival the friendly Courtney came out and accommodated us and answered any questions we had then let us be! Once test drive was complete and after final inspection we knew right away this was the one, it drove back to Florida like a champ!We are beyond satisfied with our new car! Solid Dealership. I bought an 09 F-150 from them a week ago. Great condition, very low mileage (for the year and model), all at a great price. Interior was super clean, exterior was in awesome working shape. Some minor cosmetic issues. But even they were small compared to other used trucks of this year and price range. Even when it came down to purchasing the vehicle they were awesome to work with. I had some hoops to jump through to get my Credit Union to pay for the truck I picked out. Chris was very understanding and was able to work with me on a compromise to allow me to buy the truck. With prior finances worked out (plus all the hoops) I was in my new vehicle in 2 days. A win win situation on all fronts. Within this week Ive been able to fix most of the cosmetic issues by myself (& Im far from a mechanic) Solid truck & and easy company to work with. Thanks Chris

Im on my second car from Alliance Automotive Group. My first was a 2003 VW Passat. I got her at a great price from them and she never failed me. I was having some issues with financing though but they helped me figure it out so that I could get the car I needed for work.Eventually, they helped me upgrade to my 2010 Mazda Mazda3. Its a ton of fun to drive. You really cant beat the quality and the price from these guys. I purchased a Mercedes Benz from these people a month ago, I paid a little over 15000 for it cash money and two weeks later I started experiencing shaking coming from my engine so I took it to get diagnosed by professionals who specialize in European cars and they told me my engine needed to be replaced, I was like wow and are you serious, I just bought this car, so I called the dealership back who I purchased it from and they was like well you purchased the vehicle as is and would not assist me at all, wouldnt even help pay half of the repairs in which I would have been fine with. A new engine would cost me 9000 dollars, I am contacting the bbb and consulting with a lawyer. This is totally a lemon and Georgia lemon law needs to be revised.

We went to this location after seeing a vehicle on their website. We didn’t hesitate to go ahead and purchase that vehicle. Very friendly and pleasant and professional people to deal with. We would definitely consider buying from this business again.

Owner lied and said the car we bought had no accidents and and no problems, only to find out later that the car had been hit and repainted.

I called to find out a price of a car. We ended up having an exchange with the guy and he called me 3 times telling me he was going to do a number on me and he knew where I live. He called me from his business number. Lol. Is hilarious he is doing business like that. I have him recorded on those phone calls. DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS HERE.. BEWARE!!

I bought an Infiniti FX35 from Alliance in February, and in 7 months of driving, it has given me 0 major issues since its initial tune up upon purchase and I am extremely pleased with that. Despite being a 10 year old car, the interior was in remarkably good shape—with just two minor cosmetic flaws in the seats and upholstery. On the test drive it was extremely responsive and smooth with nothing audibly or functionally wrong with the vehicle. For the car being in such good condition, the pricing was extremely fair and I regret nothing. The owner was very professional and pretty knowledgeable of both German and Japanese luxury vehicles.

Very unprofessional. They do not care if you buy a car or not. No one was there the first day we got there and no one called back. When I went back the next day the guy took my ID and didnt even look at it to make sure I wouldnt run off with the vehicle. I drove it and was ready to buy but had a few questions and he would not even walk with me outside after I asked him to. He did not care one bit. I was confused if he was then owner because he acted like a worker than did not care about money. It was a sad experience and Im not sure how this business is still up and running

Alliance sure does have some damn good inventory! I’ve had a 4Runner before but it got totaled in an accident. I knew I wanted another and they are hard to find in a good condition. This beauty was in great shape! Clean, new tires, and true to the pictures I saw online. Spoke to Mizar who was very informative, great customer service, and very patient with me. There was one other I wanted to check out elsewhere (different color) but I LOVED this one. Asked if he could save it for me the next day while I checked the other one out, but said he had lots of calls on this one and couldnt “hold” a car unless a deposit was made. Done deal! Couldn’t let this one go. Gave him a few hundred to hold and came back that afternoon to finalize everything. This place didn’t have pushy salesman, they genuinely cared about my experience and we’re very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend and will send all my friends and family!

I spoke to a Dan at this dealership. Very rude, and actually tried to talk street. It is understandable considering the side of Smyrna he is on. He claimed he is the owner, which I doubt. I would not buy nor recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was very skeptical at first . I was never a fan of shopping for cars, and getting the salesman pitch. I saw the car on Facebook, and decided to reach out to Chris. His response was very quick and we set up a date to look at the vehicle. the car was as described, and there was no pressure. I was happy at the end of the day when i was able to drive off their lot with my new vehicle. I will definitely be coming back for any future vehicle purchases.

Went to Alliance Automotive Group after going to a big dealer in Atlanta. The vehicle I test drove was cleaner, nicer and more affordable than the first lot I went to. Maria was helpful and I was able to purchase and bring my new vehicle home. Would definitely recommend.

Cleanest, most reliable cars Ive seen at a dealership in a very long time! Prices are amazing! I was finally able to get both what I was looking for. A roomy SUV that wasnt older, AND at the price I was willing to pay. They had two SUVs that I was considering and it was hard to choose one. They were both in superb shape, ran great, it just came to which one I felt better in (or what gas mileage I wanted to pay for 😜). Chris and Dan were very patient with me while I decided. They werent pushy and answered any questions I had. They went over my paperwork and financing options. Alliance is organized, easy to deal with, great customer service and not pushy sales people. I would most definitely recommend them!

Let me first start by saying my husband and I drove all the way from Alabama and went to several other large dealerships in the Atlanta area to find a used Audi. We quickly realized that the vehicles were not as advertised or they added so many hidden fees that the price went up by at least $1500. We finally happened upon Alliance Automotive Group on CarGurus and decided it was worth a try. When we arrived we began looking at their inventory at the front of the lot and were already pleased with the condition and variety of their Audi sedans. Courtney came right out to greet us and was very helpful and friendly. After looking around for a minute we noticed an Audi Q5 sitting further to the back and we immediately asked “Is that Q5 for sale?” She said they had just gotten it in and she would have to ask the owner. She went and got Dan (one of the owners) and he also greeted us with a smile and said that it is for sale. He wasn’t pushy at all and was “for real”. No sales pitches! We took it for a test drive and knew this was the car for us. He quoted us a more than fair offer that had NO DEALER FEES attached to it. Additionally, since the car had just recently arrived it hadn’t been detailed or anything but him and his crew went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we drove off the lot with the car that same day. This 2012 Q5 had 1 owner and only 66,500 miles on it and YES, HE DID PROVIDE US WITH A CARFAX REPORT! The entire staff was professional and personable and it was clear that they take great care in choosing their vehicle inventory. This was one of the best experiences we have ever had purchasing a car. We drove the Audi home that same day and couldn’t be more pleased with the pristine condition of the car. WE WILL DEFINITELY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! I would highly recommend this dealership over other large used car dealerships in the area any day of the week.These folks are legit! You should check them out!

Purchased a 2014 Audi A4 from them yesterday. They were very professional and didn’t charge me any dealer fees like other dealerships. I was reluctant at first due to some of the reviews on here. Then I checked their CarGurus reviews and saw that they were a 4.5 Star dealer.Do not let these 1 star reviews fool you, they take care of their customers and even provide a 90 Day warranty.Thanks Maria for your help!

I spoke to Chris on several occasions and he was extremely nice and took time to speak with me. I live three hours away and Chris stayed late one evening so I could make the 3 hour drive after work to come and look at the car. He didnt rush me and allowed my son and I to take all the time we needed with the car. We didnt end up buying the car, but I will keep an eye on the inventory and I highly recommend Chris and the AAG team to anyone looking for a newer model vehicle.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. I called to ask a question about a vehicle and the response I got was like I was bothering them. That’s a good indication that’s not a place, I need to spend MY money.

Unreliable service and extremely unprofessional. Mizar doesn’t know how to handle customers and shouldn’t be in a service industry. We made plans to meet on a Monday morning at 9am, while I had work later that day at 11. I’d been trying to find a car for about a month and was excited to find one that looked reasonable. I showed up early and he was nowhere to be found. After messaging him multiple times he finally responded to say someone made a deposit on the car the day prior EVEN THOUGH I messaged him the day prior at 6pm to make sure we were still meeting, and he responded affirmatively - next he neglected to inform me, leaving me to show up early when I didn’t have to and waste my time. Don’t try to buy a car here you’ll be left extremely disappointed.

We bought a car there yesterday.After driving the car and mostly inspecting it we decided to purchase it. Because I’m mechanically inclined, we bought the car despite several things wrong with it.The salesman frank said he could not reduce the price despite the drivers mirror being inoperative, turn signal issue, old tires, dry rotted windshield wipers, dvd remote dead, disconnected rear window defroster, unknown oil life, and the key didn’t work in the door.I had hoped they would do the right thing and either offer to fix these things or come down on the price.Also the sales office was very dimly lit and smelled rank.Go to this lot with caution and test EVERYTING on the car because they do not and sales are AS-IS.

You should NEVER do business with these people. A guy named Mizar told us he would show us a car at 9am on a Monday morning and the gate was locked and no one was there! Asked him the night before if the car was still there and he told us we were good to go. Horrible business and terrible customer service!

Drove almost 3 hrs from home to test drive a vehicle that I saw online and was completely unsatisfied with their service. When going off the lot to test drive, we noticed it was low on fuel below E. Well to our surprise when we drove back to dealership to ask about fuel the owner said we could go fill it up at the gas station and he would discount at time of purchase. We told him well we’re not sure if we’re buying as that’s the main reason why we want to test drive and owner laughed and redirected us to one of his employees. From there I knew this wasn’t the place I wanted to make my next purchase from.
