I have been to Jonas Auto Repair countless times and they are amazing! I drop my car off and they get the job done quickly and with excellent quality. I recommend this to anyone that wants to get work done to their car because they don’t charge for unnecessary things and are very honest. Also, Fernando is very helpful employee at this establishment in helping with the whole process.

Service was great! From the front desk to the mechanics, I was treated very well. The team informed me what was the best cost-benefit ratio for the service I wanted and gave me same day service!

The indicator on my dash screen read change timing belt. Because I had a timing belt break in the past, I immediately panicked and sought to get it changed right away. I contacted Jonas Automotive who had very good reviews and talking with them they were very professional. They quoted me a price that was reasonable as well. Because I was afraid to drive the car the distance to the shop, not knowing if the belt would break, I had my car towed to the shop. Other than the warning to change the timing belt and time to change the engine oil, my car was in excellent driving condition. The next day I received a call that the timing belt was change, but they notice oil in the antifreeze reservoir. I will need a flush. Not knowing how the oil began entering the reservoir, I ok’d the flush at cost. I went to pick up my car and the check engine light was on and they recommended not driving it because it needed more work that I would not agree to pay for. I had the car towed to my home and inspected by a licensed mechanic and was told the timing was off, the reservoir was cracked and the engine was damaged.Not only did I pay Jonas for the timing belt, but they also charged me an extra $40 for a credit car charge. Needles to say I now have a car with a new timing belt that I can not drive.

I took my 2007 RX for service and the mechanic was very detailed and the quality of service was great. The only thing that was inconvenient was the service took longer than expected.

I walked in the front door asking for help with my car. Perhaps a tow truck as I was really stuck . I didnt get his name, but the attendant didnt hesitate to assess what needed to be done and proceeded to get 3 guys from the shop that were working on other projects to help push my car which got me out of my jam and back on the road. He refused any type of payment other than to pay it forward. I am humbled and so thankful for your willingness to help a complete stranger. It speaks a lot to your business ethic and I will share this story every chance I get. Thank you!

I recently visited Jonas Automotive Repair for a problem I was having with my brakes and I had an amazing customer service experience. The owner and employees were all friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I brought my car in during the afternoon and was able to take it home just a few hours later. I was thoroughly impressed with how quick they were able to order and receive parts that were needed for my car, and how efficient they were in getting the repair done. On a separate occasion, I took my car in for an inspection and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service, quick turnaround, and the prices, which are very competitive and affordable compared to other places in the city, and I would highly recommend this shop to others.

I cant even begin to describe how amazing this place is! I had my lower oil pan replaced on my car. One automotive company wanted to charge me $600 Even if I supplied the parts. They did it for $250. I will continue to come back here.

I had a GREAT experience with these guys and Brian in particular! I came into town over a long weekend to visit my daughter. Her car had some major issues so I called them on a Saturday morning and Brian took a look at it and asked me to come back on Monday. Monday he pinpointed three major issues and fixed them. He managed to get the work done in time for me to get to the airport at 1:30 the price was VERY reasonable. Biggest bonus - Now my daughter knows right where to take her car when she has issues in the future!! Thanks a million!!
