I get hesitant going to any mechanic because I am a female. But I walked in the door and service was truly amazing. I felt I was respected and treated fairly the entire time. My vehicle was fixed in such a timely manner, truly appreciative.

I planned to purchase 4 tires @ Costco but they suspected a bad hub and referred my here. I was a walk-in and while waiting was able to listen to the owners interactions with clients picking up and dropping off. The more I listened my confidence grew that I was in the right place. Very nice place, went in because my driver side door latch would no longer open. Turns out I need to replace locking mechanism not just the handle and rod. Needless to say the repair on a 2000 Toyota corolla was more than the cars worth. They did pull out the door panel but didnt charge me ...

They diagnosed a code issue on my high mileage Corolla. The CEL had been on, with the tricky code of p0171. Fixed at a good price, and on time. This was not the first car that I had brought in, as my daughter had master cylinder repair, also. Great service.

My regular mechanic was about a week behind and so I found accurate care automotive on a Yelp page. from the moment I first spoke to them I knew that this was the place I needed to take my car to have it repaired. I took it in the lead mechanic road with me to listen to the problem to make sure that it was diagnosed the the right way and the first problem was fixed as promised but upon driving it after that they realized that there was another issue at hand and so it took just a few days more to get the parts in and to get it fixed. but from the very first moment I spoke to accurate care they were nothing but pleasant and friendly and I explained my situation to them and they were more than willing to try to get my cars back to me as soon as possible and thats exactly what they did!! They will now be my new mechanic shop and I have given them rave reviews to everyone that I know already!!

They did an excellent job of diagnosing the issues with my car and repairing it in a timely manner.

Randall went above and beyond checking my 2005 Dodge Ram after it previously failed to start. He checked for error codes. Checked the battery and cleaned the terminals. They even ordered the parts that might have been the culprit after my initial call so I wouldnt have to wait till Monday for them to arrive.

We found Randall and the team via Google. This was the best find for our family. We are very grateful to them for all that they have done for our family.Weve never had an issues with any of our repairs or service. They always show up with professionalism and a smile. They could easily have sold me a new starter, but they convinced me to just give a new battery a try. So far, the issue seems resolved and they saved me about $500. It’s good to find an honest operation.

I recently brought my Hummer H3 in for Full Service. My first contact was Mark who was courteous, friendly, honest, and helpful. He maintained excellent communication and promptly scheduled the service around my convenience. Randall, the owner did a fantastic job working on the Hummer. The cost was very reasonable considering the work that needed to be done. The 13 year old Hummer is performing better than ever (it’s a keeper). Found out I had a bad starter in my Element on Friday late morning. After a referral from the Auto Zone guys I stopped into Accurate. They were able to diagnose the issue and request the part that morning. They even drove me back to my house after leaving my car there. They normally close at 6pm but they stayed open until almost 8pm to finish my car and get it to me the same day. Amazing customer service by these folks. Im really happy I found a local shop that knows Hondas close to home. Ill definitely be back. Thank you all so much!

I had a great experience with the folks at Accurate. My 2004 Toyota Tacoma was overdue for a timing belt change. I inquired about a price quote and got a vehicle inspection and a ride home after dropping the car off.What I really loved about the service is the no-pressure, “this needs to be done now and this stuff can be done later” type of evaluation.Honesty and integrity is what had me sold on Accurate, and the quality of the workmanship will keep me coming back.

They wanted me to DRIVE 30 MINS to another garage to review the error they caused (notice they didnt say fix). I was beyond upset. I looked up the top 10 garages in my area to service my car and found Accurate. I am blessed that I did. As soon as a told them the issue, they put me at ease. T.hey were personable yet very professional and knowledgeable on the issue and resolved it very quickly. They took the time to review what was corrected and pointed out a few things I need to keep an eye on (I appreciated that!). I didnt feel pressured and understood everything they brought to my attention. Not only did they gain a new customer, I am referring them to others as well.So... My 2010 Acura TL had a bad drive shaft bearing making a loud noise. The dealer wanted too much repair. I was referred to Accurate Care Auto and was I glad I was.Wow! Randall and Mark quoted the repair that would save me major $. They made the repair timely as they said they would. They back up their work. I high recommend them!

Just picked my truck up and the AC has never been so cold. The compressor went out and at 91 outside I needed help fast. Accurate Care was able to get me taken care of fast and better than new. It is difficult to find people in the auto repair business that you can trust, Alan and the people at Accurate Care are those kind of people; worthy of your business and trust. Weve (multiple family members) been taking our cars to Accurate for years - were advised on the service we need - without fear of being over-serviced. This place is great, I just moved to the area and found myself in need of a trustworthy repair shop when my care refused to start even after jumping. I feared a $400+ starter replacement and diagnostic, which ACA easily could have charged me for as its what I requested. Instead, they discovered that there was a problem with my audio system continually draining power from the battery from a bad install, replaced the battery and got me out for less than a third of what I thought Id be spending today. They will definitely be seeing me again for any future service needs.

I have a corvette that I have been looking for a shop to do some specialty work on Randall called and said he can get it done. I cant wait to drop off my car and let him loose on it. Thank you Randall again personally for taking the time out of your day to help me.

Alan Cox has worked on my Honda for years, keeping it going - at 205,000 miles now. He has even advised me about a repair that had an extended warranty on it. That meant the dealer had to do it and he lost the money, but I save over 250 dollars. That degree of honesty is rare and so appreciated!

This place does a great job. Had timing belt and water pump replaced on my 2013 acura TL for a reasonable price, took car back A couple months later because I had a clicking noise which turned out to be a loose CV axle. They found it within 10 minutes and charged me nothing to fix it. I definitely recommend.

I have maintained my vehicles all my life. Due to health reasons I needed to find a mechanic and I found one inRandy at ACC. He is very knowledgeable and polite. Keeps us aware of what is going on. You can watch your car being worked on thru picture window in waiting room. Very reasonable pricing. Rest room is large and very clean.

Came in to get my Accord serviced after the dashlight came on. I had already pulled the code and had an idea what was up. Dropped it off over the weekend and was pleased to see they repair come in at or under the $$ amount I expected. After 10 years wandering in the wilderness without a trustworthy autoshop, I think I finally found the place.They are closed on Sunday, which to me, hints they probably care about their employees. Mechanic, front desk, and owner were all very polite.

This is the only place I take my car. To give you an idea: I took my car to another place three times for the same problem. I took it to ACM and I havent had that problem since. Not only do they know their stuff but theyre also friendly.

I have been a customer of Accurate Care Automotive for years. They are honest, trustworthy, and reasonably priced which is hard to find these days.

Took my 2004 Acura TSX 6 speed there for a light on the dash (me being mechanically inclined but not electrically inclined) so took it here. Super honest people. Job was only 100 bucks and told me exactly (according to Acura) what the issue was. Guy worked for the dealer for like 20 years apparently. Was in and out in 4 hours.

They really do a fantastic job at a very fair price, there is no where else I will take my Acura and Honda.

The service is always excellant and completed in a timely manner. Very honest.
