Ive worked for multiple dealerships through out Marietta and now whole sale vehicles. Ive spent a lot of time and money with this location for both wholesale and retail. Today I needed an axle/spindle nut for an Altima. One of the most common parts, for one of the more common vehicles. After I provided my older sales associate Mr. Arturo with the VIN to the vehicle, he takes my phone, places it down and immediately asks me what the vehicle is. At this point Mr. Arturo has no idea whether I need something basic, or complex. Just that I provided the VIN hoping to ensure fitment. When I respond with, I gave you the VIN. Mr. Arturo lets out a large sigh asking, what are you looking for? After three types on his key board, he follows with, No. Nothing. Must be something you have to get from the dealer.At this point Im completely skeptical. I sit in my car, look up the VIN on the Marietta locations own website, and return with a part number showing in stock. By the grace of sheer luck alone, Mr. Arturo is now having another long conversation with a customer, that hardly seems professional. This allows me to get a salesman I have worked with before. I provided the exact part number, and had it in my hands within five minutes. The mysterious dealer-only part I was assured wasnt available only minutes before.Its because of my experience with Mr. Arturo today, that I am no longer willing to do business with this location ever again. Whether commercial or retail. This is not my first poor customer service experience from Mr. Arturo. Considering hes been at this location several years, I feel safe knowing I will not have to encounter him again.

Store closes at 8pm, I got there at 8:01, waited for a customer to come out since the door was locked to simply ask the employee in the store if I could quickly get stuff for an oil change I need for a race tomorrow only to have another employee come around the corner from outside and VERY RUDELY AND PUSHILY tell me they are closed I tried to step past this RUDE mustache having woman to ask the employee and she got IN MY FACE and RAISED HER VOICE “sir they are closed”. Funny thing was she had an advanced auto parts bag on her arm and the Napa employee just stood there and watched the whole thing! Needless to say this location will not be getting my business. Two thumbs wayyyyy down.

Place was fully staffed while everywhere else is having staffing shortages. Obviously management has to be doing something right.

I am a parts manager for a body shop. we use napa occasionally and I hope we put a stop to that. it’s hard to get anyone from wholesale on the phone or to actually speak to someone who knows what’s going on. everyone I speak to says something different and can never get what I need done. just really bad wholesale service overall

Not very helpful at all... workers just stood around at looked at me for a while. Then when I finally got assistance, they gave me the wrong part though I insisted I knew what I needed. When I went to return it, they had just locked up and stood and peered at me through the window. Oh well... Advance across the street was much better

The manager was rude, wouldnt refund my cash after I spent 300 dollars and they gave me the wrong parts. Only store Ive ever been in that didnt have 176 dollars in cash. Ill never shop at Napa again

A young dude named Jake was extremely helpful during a mechanical crisis I was going through! I had to get some suspension and steering parts repaired 3 days before a huge trip out of town! These repairs were last minute and the Honda dealership didn’t have some of these parts in stock! So glad I could call Napa and pick up some quality parts same day. He also called two other NAPA locations and the NAPA off of sandy plains was able secure another part I needed. I had my two little ones with me (both under 5 years old.) so his kindness, professionalism, and patience went a long way! Glad to know I can use my AAA membership here as well!Thanks Jake

Jonathan went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a pinch and needed a roof rack (for which they are the only store in the area that carries them in stock) same day as I was going on vacation the following morning. But I also needed the cross bars to attach them and since none of their local branches had that in stock, he found me a competitor who had it.

Fantastic crew. Helped me tremendously. I will return.

NAPA is my go to auto parts store if you want the best hard to find parts. Great online selection too!

Definitely a Napa you should check out. I received wonderful service on the telephone when I called looking for a part, the young lady said she would pull the part for me. I also received great service after I arrived at thislocation, the part was waiting when I arrived.I received prompt attention, and they helped me find everything that I needed for a car that I had just bought. Great experience here all around. Ill definitely be back here for parts in the future. BTW They had in stock the air filter for my car. I couldnt find anyone in Cobb that stocked that item. 💯 👍

I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received at this Napa Auto Parts location. I initially called to inquire about a part I needed and spoke to the asst. manager Bobby. He was very helpful in insuring that I got the exact part needed for my car. Once I arrived to pick up the part I was greeted by the staff when I entered. The store was very clean and spacious and well stocked with a variety of items! The service was quick and efficient! I highly recommend this location!

They are so helpful here! Lee greeted me right away and helped me find what I needed. I’ll definitely go back to this location for car things (:EDIT: Lee is still an angel in my eyes but I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. THEYRE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS! I was told if I bring my battery in I’d get my $19 back and they REFUSED TO TAKE IT. WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY! NEVER EVER WILL I RETURN TO THIS LOCATION OF A BUNCH OF USELESS OLD LOSERS!!!!

They have better than normal parts on average. It is more designed for mechanics and shops. Have dealt with this company for over 36 years.

A large, clean store. Well lit and well organized. Lee was very helpful a finding some unusual specialty tools.Also, this store is open 7 days a week. And is open later than most NAPA stores in the area.

Great experience working with these folks. My son and I have been restoring an old Willys Jeep. I have made several trips into this store and typically with an unusual request or need. The staff always does their best to help me out. Very pleased with the service Ive received at this store.

As can be expected from any auto parts. If you know the make, model & year of the vehicle, they can get you what you need. If your looking to make a non standard adjustment, then good luck. They probably need the make model & Age of car the part you want is supposed to go with! Plug & play computer system works most of the time.

Put parts on hold through the NAPA app and when I drove to the store my parts were already pulled and ready for me - alternator, battery cables, oil filter, air filter, and cabin filter. Always feel like NAPA just knows parts better and the guys were professional. Good parts. Got reason to shop elsewhere. Always have some kind of sale going on.

Ship to store is a great option for hard to find parts. Ive never had a problem with a part purchased from NAPA.

The parts are better. The transmission filters from the other stores have cheap flimsy rubber pan gaskets as the only option. Napa has a rubber coated factory gasket that cannot be found other than the dealership. Will always need parts and will be stopping by soon.

I go to get a product that they said online was in stock get to the store they dont have it. Then they tell me I have to order it and it will come from Memphis Tennessee 3-5 business days thats on a Monday (4/22)I called several times during the first week no results the second week no results the gentleman didnt told me he was going to follow up with

When I need a part that I cant find elsewhere I try Napa. By far the best selection of parts compared to the other parts store chains.

Wonderful customer service,Lisa went above and beyond to help me on a late Saturday afternoon!! I walked in 30 minutes before closing after going to 4 different competitors of Napa. I showed each of the competitors what I was looking for and said I needed a male spade tap connector for 10 gauge wire. Guess what none of them had ever seen what I was showing them and never heard of it. Well I walked into 94 Cobb Parkway NAPA store in Marietta. Lisa lived up to the NAPA Know How! I showed her what I was looking for she knew what it was and where it would possibly be. She went thru multiple boxes upstairs looking for it, and she found it!!!She had seen them and knew they were there and didnt give up until she found them! Thanks so much Lisa! J Jones

Purchased an A/C clutch about a year ago and the bearing has already failed to the point that the heat from the bearing damaged the paint on the hood. I called the store Sunday may 28th to ask about the warranty on the part and was told it had a lifetime warranty. I asked if I could return it and get my money back so that I could purchase an new clutch from Ford and the associate told me that he would have to ask the manager when he returned and would call me back.After waiting several hours my wife drove to the store to ask again since we thought that they had either lost the number or forgot to call us. He told her that we had to wait until Tuesday May 30th before the manager would be back.Tried calling Tuesday 5/30 and was told the manager would not be back for another day. I dont see why we have to wait 4 days to find out about the warranty.What kind of a business goes without a manager for multiple days?

I called there today to ask about my warranty on my caliper part. Henry the manager was rude and disrespectful to me on the phone. I asked him about the tow warranty that comes with the part manufacturer and he told me to wait til the lady help me come in on Tuesday. I asked him if your the store manager, why dont he know about the part and he asked me do I have my receipt. I told him no because its been a while so I gave him my number. I waited 8 mins before he told me that I need to wait til Tuesday so the lady can help me again. I asked him can he find a caliper with the same manufacturer to understand what Im saying and he said I have other customers and had me on hold for 25 minutes before I hung up and called again. He never came to the phone and I called 2 more times and I asked for his name and was told he was with a customer but they didnt care about how people are being treated. I will not shop there again because customers should be first and not leave me on hold while he tend to others when I was first. If I can give 0 stars I would but Brent was the polite one there.

They had the parts I needed but NAPA is still in the 90 with their POS systems. They dont keep track of warranty paperwork, its up to you to keep your receipt. Even tho the ink fades in a month or two.
