I had a deep door ding and paint chip in my Range Rover. I visited a number of body shops. They all agreed because of where the chip was and the high metal flake in my paint, a portion of both doors had to be painted. It wasn’t until I visited Magnum that I felt completely confident and comfortable to entrust my car to them. They took the time to carefully remove the trim pieces ensuring not to break any of them. Honestly, no one would ever look at the doors and believe there was paint work done. I hope I won’t have to visit Magnum again but I will recommend them every time! Y’all are truly talented craftsman. Thank you!!

I worked with Cory over at Magnum and the experience and service was great. He kept me up to date on the regular and worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of. When I got my vehicle back it was immaculate. Not only did the crew repair my rear side panel and bumper damage but it came back detailed and beautiful inside and out. I would totally recommend anyone to them. There are apparently very few shops in Atlanta that are Land Rover certified. So if you are looking for a good place to get yours repaired.. Magnum is your place....

Absolutely horrid customer service, told me about 4 separate times they would call and update me. Never received a call or anything, after about 3 weeks they just told me they couldn’t work on my car at all. Waste of time and treated me like not even close to a customer, also every phone call with them I was on hold for more than 20 minutes. All in all if you want a personable good customer service company this is absolutely not the one.

Sam and his team are excellent. They manage the work and clients with patience and a smile. They kept me informed at all times. Most importantly the team did not waste time after approvals were in place. Great quality and in time . I would highly recommend the Magnum team.

I basically dropped my vehicle off, filled out my paperwork and they took care of the rest. I was updated throughout my vehicles time being with them in a timely manner. The day I picked my truck up I was walked through everything they had fixed. Their job on my truck was sincerely beyond my expectations. The work seems really good. Our car hood, dash and front bumper were crushed by a tree. Everything is nice and clean and working well. The office is clean. The location is easy. Not wearing masks.Logan McConnell at the front is an excellent CS Rep. He always followed up, was clear and patient with all questions. Worked well with insurance and made things easy for me. I never had to chase him down to get help and he went above and beyond giving updates and making things easy.

My husband and I have been a customer here on and off for years. My last visit was due to a jerk backing up and leaving a big dent in my car in a parking deck. Excellent service. They painted the hood and front bumper on my Infiniti. They blended and matched the Pearl paint exactly. They found that they would need to blend into the fenders and did this at no charge since it was not in the original estimate. They had to keep the car an extra day and provided a loaner for this reason. Follow up and customer service was great. Thanks Andrew and Magnum for making my car great again. I would highly recommend.

This body shop was recommended by another body shop recommended by my insurance company. They repaired the vehicle using manufacture’s standards. They also repainted brake calipers to their original color and stenciling. I would highly recommend this shop for hi-line cars.Update: Ran into an issue with the repair performed by Magnum. Specifically the rear spoiler no longer operates properly. I have made several attempts to get someone from Magnum to respond to my emails and personal contact on resolving this issue. They were presented a per forma invoice for the cost of repairs. It has been over a month since they were advised of this issue. Hence my downgrading my overall impression of this company.

We purchased a Ferrari california and it had a clear scratched bra on the hood. They took their time heating and removing it leaving a beautiful polished hood. If you have a high end car this is the spot. They are patient and detailed with great customer service.

I called Magnum to get a repair status update for my Tesla ($20K in repair cost). Jordan answered the phone and told me to google Tesla customer service phone number and to ask Tesla for an update on the delivery timing of the parts. His responses to my next five questions were very short “ dont’t know, no idea, nope, don’t know, and call tesla yourself”. The call lasted for 30 seconds. Jordan’s unprofessionalism and rudeness is very disappointing, and takes away the brand premium and reputation that Magnum is trying to build and to maintain.

I hit a deer in November with my 2017 GMC Sierra 4X4 with the right front corner of the bumper and it took out parts of the grille and bent all the various cooler supports behind the grill, like the transmission cooler, A/C condenser, power steering cooler and radiator. Rather minimal damage, no paint work really, just parts replacement and re-servicing all the systems that had to be broken into for the disassembly/reassembly of all those radiators/coolers, like the A/C and so on.I had used Magnum a few years prior to do major repairs to a mini cooper and minor repair to a lexus, both with excellent results. So I took my truck there not knowing that the company changed owners and a few key techs left because of it since I had last used them. I received an estimate that had to go through USAA for approval and said it would be in the shop for one to two weeks tops.I asked for a loaner and none were available, so I had to borrow my sons truck to get to work daily and rented a car for a few days. After the 3rd week, I called to check on progress and was told they were one part short and that there is a nation wide back order on the part that the grille attaches to. There was no estimate on when any would be available from GM. I asked again for a loaner car and again was told that none were available at that time.(I have edited this review twice for length as there are too many details that illustrate their incompetence to leave the full review, I exceed my character limit each time.)After 6 weeks I asked for that part number, googled it and in 30 minutes and two phone calls later, I found that part in a dealership 5 miles away! I had it sent to Magnum the next day but they were in no rush to finish my tuck even in light of the circumstances and their repeated mistakes and ineptitude. Just 3 days shy of 2 months in the shop I picked up my truck with a small transmission cooler line leak that they claimed was a cracked distribution block and again could not get a part for. I drove home, took the air box out and saw a cut O-ring and not a cracked block. I fixed that in about 15 minutes, took photos and printed that photo out and took it to them the next day for a teaching point.A few months later the transmission cooler line came out of the cooler quick disconnect right behind the grille and lost all my fluid resulting in a tow home. I took the grille out and saw they had left the locking clips out of both cooler lines. I bought some, installed them and put 2 gallons of transmission fluid back in! I wouldnt recommend them to an enemy

I got my car fixed in 2013 they say it’s a lifetime warranty on the vehicle. When the new owners took over they said to me we lost everyone’s paperwork the paint job is fading my original paint that is on my car is holding up better than their paint job

From the moment I walked in Jon Elias took very good care of my situation until completion. There were 2 very clear products that Magnum holds in high regard, professional experience and the final product of your vehicle. As I had to deal with insurance, rental, fear of my beautiful car never being the same, Jon kicked all those fears to the curb. Within minutes we walked around the car to inspect the damage, sharing exactly what was likely going to be needed for the repair - while at the same time quickly spotting issues with the insurance companies repair quote. Seeing that my insurance company priced out a few large re-manufactured parts to go back on my car (because its cheaper for them), Jon explained we dont do that here, you will get OEM back on your car - were going to take care of you dont worry. Making sure that the value, parts integrity, and simple look and feel of my car would be restored helped me relax; I was very confident that Jon would take care of everything. Enterprise is also located in this shop to getting back on the road was very easy, return as well. Now waiting on insurance to adjust their price was lengthy but Jon fought that as often as he could, so I didnt. The day came to see the finished product and it looked as it did when I drove it off the showroom floor. Detailed, clay bared, shampooed carpet + trunk, even the engine bay!! Crazy clean!!For ANY body work of any kind, I strongly recommend Magnum. I am very happy BMW pointed me their way. Thanks again guys!

Two weeks after we got our Model 3, a metal object flew from a truck and hit our vehicle leaving two deeply dented scratches on the passenger rear quarter panel.We only wanted to have certified centers do the repair work, and European Collision Repair (ECR) and Magnum Collision Repair both were our leading options; however, ECR left something to be desired in the customer experience department, but it was closest to us so we were willing to settle. Magnum Collision Repair was just too far for us as we literally live on the other side of town, but being someone who has worked in customer experience for many years, I felt that wed owe it to ourselves to go with the place that was a bit more friendly -- like how a mom and pop owned store is with its welcoming and home-y vibes -- and in retrospect, I couldnt be more happy that we made that decision.And then the pandemic hit, so we waited 16 months before checking back in with Magnum Collision Repair... and unsurprisingly, they were just as friendly and welcoming as they were the year and some change prior. So I knew without a doubt that this was the place. And it was. Heres why:We dropped our car off on a Saturday afternoon and it was finished 6 days later on Friday. Over the course of the week from dropping the car off to picking it back up, I chatted with Kaitlin, Hannah, Austin, and another gentleman who were all very nice, professional, and down-to-earth. Most of all, they were communicative about the process from start to finish, and incredibly transparent about what was going on, and the expected timeline to completion. It was a really smooth process that you dont really get to experience when you go to some rinky-dink local repair shops.When we picked the car up, it looked brand new. The exterior was washed like I just drove it off the lot -- and I couldnt even tell where the previous damage was. The work was superb. So as Im getting in the car to pull off, I noticed the interior was SPARKLING clean. Like I said, like I just drove it off the lot. I was so impressed I had to get back out, walk in, and thank them again for the work. No one asked them to wash the car. No one asked for a detail. And maybe thats just part of their customer experience. And thats whats amazing about it: going that extra mile to enhance the customer experience that sets you apart from the competition from the way you talk to leads before they become customers to the way you leave them with a lasting impression that makes them clients.

Talk about a company’s fall from grace… My entire family have been loyal customers for over 10 years with nothing but fantastic words for Magnum. However, this last repair was an absolute implosion on all levels of business. If you are looking for a shop where your “contact” is never available to speak, voicemails/emails are only responded too when it involves money, and rarely will you get an update on your vehicle then this is the shop for you. We learned after 3 MONTHS the vehicle was far from completion and shoddy repair work had been completed after it had been dropped off at a dealership for an electronic harness they claimed unfixable (with proof in hand we later learned this harness was damaged by MAGNUM). This is far from the status they claimed the vehicle was in. The entire repair should have only taken 1-2 weeks! For example, shop poorly repaired a SAFETY ITEM with butt connectors and did not perform repairs that were paid for by my insurance company just to name a few. Additionally, no one could provide me with answers and a manager was never available until we refused to pay the remaining balance. Instead of working with their customers to resolve issues they would rather differ fault and strong arm you to get the remainder of your money. I have plenty of saved emails, pictures, and voicemails displaying this horrible excuse of a business. PLEASE AVOID THE HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE!!! There are several other deficiencies throughout this experience I can expand upon if desired. I have attached photos of the vehicle upon pick up at the dealership. Instead of admitting fault, Magnum has claimed I am responsible for the pictured damages. I have proof of photo legitimacy as each photo is time stamped and I have a Toyota receipt showing pickup date/time. Please feel free to contact me directly for additional info/proof or a reference to a great collision repair shop who finished our work properly in 2 DAYS.

SHORT Version:* They repaired 2 of my cars for me, and I would not go anywhere else.* There are the BEST!* More expensive than the average bodyshop? YES* Attention to every detail? YES* Do they make your car look and feel brand new? YES* Does it typically take a bit longer than other bodyshops? YES* Do they let the Insurance company push them around to cut corners? NOLONG Version:Im a perfectionist and needed to find the very best body shop to work on my exotic sports car, after my wife had an accident with it. We asked around (a lot) and several high-end dealerships recommended Magnum.We took it there, they were very nice; they have us an estimate for roughly $11K. This seemed reasonable given the car. However, the insurance adjusters estimate came in at $1200, which everyone, even my insurance agent, thought this was a total joke.After 6 weeks of back and forth with the insurance company, armed with industry repair standard documentation which Magnum folks provided me, we were able to prove to the insurance company that ever bit of what magnum was recommending, was necessary and the correct way to repair my car. Effectively, the insurance company wanted to cut corners all over the place, but ended up covering the entire repair cost, plus additional supplements.Yes, it took while, but it was WORTH IT!! My car came out looking like it did on the showroom floor. I was pumping gas one day after the repair, and someone stopped and asked if my [15-year old exotic car] was Brand New! Thats how good it looked!Last month, a teenage driver side swiped my 2015 S550. I didnt hesitate. I took it Magnum; Repair estimate $18K. Her insurance paid: ALL of it!!Heres something to help you decide:If you are on a tight budget, dont really care about quality, or trying to pocket some of the insurance money, this is not the place for you.If you want factory-grade quality, with attention to every detail for your car, then theres no better place out there than Magnum.

We have always had a great experience with Magnum. There are some hard to please people in our family but they always go above and beyond to satisfy. They do everything they can to make the repair of your vehicle very fluid and easy. They do their best to make the final product come out looking brand new!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Magnum. I had an accident in June in my 2018 BMW X6. Lots of choice places to fix the car, but my pickiest friend referred me to Magnum. He was right and Magnum was unmistakable. While it took some time to get the parts, they kept me informed every step of the way. They worked with the insurance company on the supplement, and even released the car to me with one additional part that needed replacement so that I could have it back for a few days. Went out for the subsequent part replacement and it took them all of five minutes. All great -- but the real gem of the experience was my customer service rep - Courtney. She did an outstanding job of communicating, entertained my constant calling and remained pleasant the entire time. Great experience and glad to have my car back good as new.

Their staff stole expensive parts from our Tesla and after over 7 months they are still giving us the run around. Next stop is court. From the very start they were unprofessional, they did not give us any idea how long they would have our car. After 3 weeks we finally got it back but with the tow and charching kits missing. The manager Jordan has deflected us over and over but finally said they had the missing parts. We ride the hour up there to pick them up and no parts and no communication from Jordon. Once again we are in the position of pursuing our stolen property.

I brought my BMW M235i to Magnum Collision after someone hit it while it was parked. They repaired my car, making it look like new. They were very friendly and updated me throughout the repairs, which they finished in less time than expected at a very fair price. I am very happy with their work & highly recommend them.

Had a Geico Express Repair done here, and the experience was excellent. Very timely repair with constant communication along the way.When I found a minor issue a week after pick-up, I walked in without an appointment and they took care of the issue right then and there.I would definitely go back again!

Magnum is still the best collision/body shop I have ever seen! They execute extremely high-quality work and the overall customer service is 5-star outstanding! I want to give special appreciation to both Jordan and Courtney for keeping me informed of the process and ALWAYS taking my phone calls. I noticed on other review websites that Magnum has several very negative reviews, particularly about the length of time a repair takes. These reviews, in my opinion, are very unfair. The world of car insurance has changed so much and even the so-called “best” insurance companies have now made the process so tedious that it slows down the repair process, especially with high quality shops like Magnum. These delays are not Magnum’s fault. It is most often, the insurance companies’ fault. I am very happy with my car and the service I received at Magnum. I would highly recommend Magnum Collision for your luxury vehicle repairs. I had a minor fender bender in my Tesla that required repairs to the bumper. They did a great job on the repair, and detailed the car too. Further, the customer service was excellent. Taylor was especially helpful and kept me informed/updated throughout the whole process. Pickup was super easy and convenient. Having an Enterprise onsite makes the process easier too. Great job!

I would like to brag a minute about the care and kindness from the newest employee of the Magnum team, Alex! What a great guy and his personality is on point! My car was repaired this week and they did a fantastic job! I appreciate how magnum takes care of their customers. These guys were awesome! Had some parking lot damage from a jackwagon who hit my parked BMW M2 and left. Brought it to these folks, and Kurt took great care of me and my car. Kept me updated through the whole process (very important to me - I hate to have t ask for updates) and helped me understand the insurance process. To top it all off, they cleaned and vacuumed my car before getting it back to me. It looked like new again, and I’d recommend these guys to anyone wanting some real quality work done.

Magnum did such a great work on our Toyota Highlander. Jason Abbott was super helpful in working with the at fault insurance to return our car back to its original shape. They will fight for you to make sure all parts are original and done to manufactures specs. Just picked up my Audi after repairs resulting from a rear-end collision by another driver. They did a fantastic job and worked with the insurance company to ensure my car was repaired properly and back to manufacturing spec. I went to Magnum Collision and everyone there was very nice and professional. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and the front staff and manager was very knowledgeable about the process of fixing a car back to new. I love the whole place! IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR MAGNUM COLLISION IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO!! My service writer Courtney did an absolutely phenomenal job handling my BOSS 302,s repairs after a recent “tap” from a moving truck. Magnum went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired perfectly (and to my above average expectation). Magnum understands those who see more than just a car and did absolutely everything to make a bad situation better. The Techs in the back really know what they’re doing. The paint and Body work is the best I’ve seen from a body shop in a LONG time. Every body line is perfect and they even replaced trim clips with OEM clips (small detail but shows they care). Magnum also has a QC who does a final inspection of the car to make sure all the repairs are perfect. Magnums quality and attention to detail stands above the rest!!!

Its a once in a lifetime shop!- they take a lifetime to finish, offer no warranty, and your first visit will indefinitely be your last!Lol this place should deserve an award for LONGEST ORDER FINISHED. youd think my car was going to be finished from top to bottom with how long they took; they extended what should have taken a few days to a week and made it FIVE weeks. Considering there is still a obvious dent located on the front bumper under the fresh coat of paint, thier work ethic is rather deplorable. I hope this helps future customers.

I highly recommend Magnum Collision! They did a fantastic job repairing my car. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the entire repair process. Kurt kept me up to date and made sure all my questions were answered. I’m only removing 1 star because the detailing department lost the items in my trunk. They were removed while the car was getting detailed and never placed back. However, Magnum Collision immediately stepped up and did the right thing; they cut me a check for the lost items. I understand mistakes happen, but it was great to see Magnum Collision rectify the situation without a fuss.

Went to Magnum for custom work on my C5 Corvette; I have been several times now. I always recommend Magnum Collision. The work is the best Ive seen and I grew up in the field of body work and mechanics. The Reps and Technicians are perfectionists literally, employing a QC mechanism that is taken seriously. Magnum did a pretty good job. They are professional and the service was pretty good. The guy who took care of me was Melih. He was really nice and walked me through many things since it was my first experience of getting hit. He kept me updated about the car at least twice per week. Responded to me very quickly and easy to talk to.Though we waited for the parts to come for some time but magnum was able to handle it within a reasonable timeframe. It looks good and they washed the car and clean the inside.

Kurt did an excellent job getting my car repaired. He communicated with me every step of the way. This is my second time using Magnum. Highly recommended.

I had an unbelievable experience with my insurance but Jordan and Taylor made the process much better. And afterwards Jordan took my car back and gave it the best detail I have ever had in 4 years of ownership. And he did it free! I would only take my car back to Magnum! They are without question the best automobile repair shop in the southeast. If you have to get your car repaired ask for Taylor!

I recently brought my wife’s 2013 Audi A5 to Magnum Collision and Repair Center for damage to the front bumper and driver’s side quarter panel. I promptly received a quote for the repair and they helped coordinate payment through my insurance company. I received updates throughout the process and notified in advance what day the car would be ready. The service advisor, Courtney Clark provided the best service I have ever received at a repair center. I’ve had numerous cars here over the years and the addition of Courtney to their team ensures I will continue to only do business with Magnum.

Best body shop I have ever been too. I researched for awhile before picking Magnum and I couldnt be happier. I cant see any evidence of collision work on my car and Im a little overkill when it comes to details.

Courtney helped get my Aston Marin repaired after it was hit on the rear quarter panel and bumper. It is a hard to match metallic silver. The repair and color match is perfect. You cannot tell that any work was done. I would highly recommend for any high end or exotic car.

Why go anywhere else?I was looking for a trustworthy shop to properly align my aftermarket carbon fiber hood on my BMW which I installed after an accident. I brought it in unannounced and after a short review with service writer Jon and technician Chris, they quoted me an hour labor and offered a military discount upon request. Took pretty much an hour sitting in their accommodating waiting area during which the tech asked me permission to take some liberties in the fitment process.They showed me the work for my approval and it was better than we all expected for being an aftermarket hood. It now fits as well as factory with proper panel gap and improved functionality with the latches all while no longer interfering with the engine bay.It took longer than expected to have my car returned. They wanted to give it a quick wash so it wasnt full of hand prints anymore. I was wondering if they were backed up or if it had been forgotten. Nope! They accidentally did a full clean on my car to include the interior. Im telling you, there are vacuum stripes on my floor mats that look cleaner than the new field at Suntrust Park!I was over the moon all day with how quickly they took care of me, how the results were far better than my expectations, my car looked brand new and the customer service was excellent through and through. This experience will have me avoiding cheap body chains for the rest of my life.

I had to get repairs to my new BMW X4 and Magnum did a fantastic job ensuring that both visible and not-so-visible aspects were corrected. They were even able to reprogram my parking sensors in house. I was also very delighted to work with Courtney. Shes given me the very best customer service, from any organization, in the year 2018. Courtney always greeted me with a smile, even over the phone and in text messages. The text message updates were very helpful in reducing my worry about the progress on my vehicle and she even made sure to CC me on communications between Magnum and my insurance company. I was also very happy to see that they washed and vacuumed the inside of the vehicle before returning it to me. I definitely recommend taking your luxury vehicle here for repairs.

True customer service!! I called Magnum today to inquire about a repair for my girlfriends 2010 BMW X3. I didnt realize Magnum was collision repair, but that certainly didnt cut the conversation short. Jordan, from Magnum, inquired about some details to help make a recommendation. This conversation went on for about 15 minutes as we discussed circumstances around a shop he was familiar with. A shop that Magnum has had success with referring customers to and utilizing as needed. A shop that I had not had a good experience with. Given my preference to not use that shop, Jordan shared the name and place of another BMW service shop in the area. He looked up their Google review status and everything. This experience, even when business wasnt going to be given, took time out of his day to assist me. This type of experience would make me completely trust Magnum with handling my vehicle if ever needed. True customer service was provided today, even though I wasnt able to give him business. Thank you Jordan.

I had a great experience with Curtis from Magnum who managed my repair on my classic sports car. While the car means allot more to me than anybody else, I really got the feeling that Curtis looked over the repair as if it were his own vehicle. I decided to go with Magnum as they have a reputation of doing quality work on high end and classic vehicles. My vehicle came out looking perfect just like it was before it was hit. That said, quality takes time. My car was gone a little longer than I would have liked but it was not a big deal because Curtis kept in contact with the rental company to ensure I still had a vehicle to drive.

Everyone that I had contact with was very personable and extremely professional. The work preformed on my automobile was excellent. My service advisor, Samantha, handled the back and forth with the insurance company. Her assistance made the process seamless and hassle free for me. I would highly recommend both Samantha and Magnum.

I don’t even know where to start. The lady I dealt with to keep me informed about my car was rude and condescending. She knew I lived out of state and was paying out of pocket for a rental car and still let my car sit there for a week without it being touched. I told her these things when dropping it off or I would use my car until they were ready for it since it was still drivable. They had my car for 6 weeks. She always called at the very end of the day on Saturdays saying it was ready for pick up so I always had to wait for Monday to roll around to be able to pick it up. They didn’t fix everything on my car after saying it was ready so my dad had to bring it back in when they got a horn part in. My car was there for 40 minutes to just repair the horn and my dad waited for it, in that time frame someone backed my car into something and put a dent/big black gash in it. We expressed our concerns about the lady’s performance with customer service numerous times and we still had to deal with her until my car was done. I had a loaner car this whole time that astro planed, was off balance, wind shield wipers didn’t work, and the front right headlight was out which is not safe for someone to drive. After a week and a half I got my car back and returned their loaner, I got a text message saying that they were going to report the loaner car stolen if I don’t return it or call them back. They did a nice job on my car but having to deal with their customer service people, I would never bring my car back again. I also filled out a survey and they asked if you want like to speak to a manager, I clicked yes. I never got a call.
