Dropped my car off to get fix my my insurance company. Car was still drivable just bagged up. . Now after leaving can’t even drive car. Insurance company wanted to total out my car to resale for its value. So I decided to keep my car. Now the shop had already started tearing my car down. But they could not put it back together like it was when i dropped it off. I can currently seeking legal advice because there are new damages that were not there before. Y you would need to beat the car up more I have no clue. Look at the before and after u can clearly see not nearly as bad as they gave it back to me.

I picked up my car that they had for over two months and after I drove off I noticed later that day that someone had spilled coffee or some dark liquid all over my passenger seat, side of console. The stain will not come out. This is a brand new 2021 car that I bought in November 2020. My car was also full of ants. I will not use this place again. Could have at least cleaned it or let the customer know.

We used Ed Voyles Collision after a car wreck and our Toyota Sequoia looked better then it ever had before! The whole process, from the initial quote appointment, their insurance liaison, the actual repair, thru to the end result was a smooth and easy process. All of the employees were very friendly and easy to work with. We were very happy with the work performed on our car and it rides great to this day! The vehicle looked amazing when we went to pick up. I would absolutely recommend Ed Voyles for all your vehicle needs! Was impressed with the service all around. Worth the drive from wherever you live in Georgia!

I got into accident with my 5month car kia optima some one hit me from rear it took 4-5 days for them to repair and adjust and find the right color for my car. Plus I have a life time warranty on my bumper 🙂👍much appreciated, very friendly customer service and employees .

Wow, what a difference a week can make. The manager of Ed Voyles finally was able to take control of this matter and did everything he could to fix this situation. He had the car delivered to a BMW dealership just down the road who quickly fixed the problem by replacing a bad module that was, fortunately, under warranty. He also informed me that the individual who had lied to me had been removed from the Ed Voyles staff. And to top it all off, the car was detailed when it was picked up!Not all situations start off well, as was the case here. But once alerted to the situation, management stepped in and corrected everything. My opinion of this business has made a 180 degree swing and I cannot say enough positive things about Ed Voyles Collision.

My Accord was unfortunately hit by a truck and this was the first place I thought to take it. I made the right choice because the work done was immaculate. I got my car back looking better than when I bought it. Mark was my point of contact, and he handed everything with care and consideration. Dealing with the insurance company is always a hassle, but he was in my corner the whole time and was honest and upfront. You cant buy good folks with character. While it was a process getting my car back to me (for reasons beyond the shop), I couldnt of brought it to a better body shop.

The vehicle repair appears to be a quality job. The vehicle was detailed apparently but the vehicle was still very dirty outside. I found black silicone type smears on the doors and windows. This is a light colored vehicle so it was easy to spot before I arrived. Also, inside the vehicle there were greasy smears on the rear view mirror and plastic piece attached to windshield. These were easy to spot and easy to clean but should have been caught IMO. Tape left on outside of windshield was easy to remove but left sticky adhesive on the paint that was not easy to clean. They did a nice job getting all the glass bits picked up on the inside.Poor communication overall. Never received the estimate for another scratch not related to this repair but was twice told it would be sent. The hood paint blisters were fixed on one corner only, the other side was not addressed at all and could have easily been taken care of at the same time. I wasn’t planning on leaving a review but they have sent me three texts and three emails asking for a review.

I was extremely pleased with Ed Voyles Collision Center. Walt, my service writer was very helpful in explaining what was needed to get my car looking 100% again and quoted me a fair price. While the repair was estimated to take five days.. the car was ready in just three days time and there was absolutely no way you could tell where the damage occurred. I have used Ed Voyles Collision Center in the past (I was not the cause of the damage in every other situation, BTW !) and always have come away feeling I got a fair estimate and excellent customer service. Their body shop staff is the best!

If I could give no stars I would. This shop will do the bare minimum required to repair your vehicle. Also, the customer service from management is terrible. They repaired my car after a collision and didn’t install the seal on my trunk. I noticed this after I washed the car and had a trunk full of water! Also, they damaged my rear window and paint job in the process and refused to repair it. They blamed the peeling on a manufacture paint “warranty issue” which was nonsense, as I had the car for 6 yrs and kept it pristine, not to mention there was no scratches or peeling paint before the accident or after in that spot ( I would know because I clean my car weekly and know every square inch of it, and had pictures after the accident to prove it). It’s interesting how this paint/warranty problem magically appeared after it went into their shop. When I tried to resolve twice with Mgmt, I was given the run around on both occasions and they never contacted me again. I’ve bought cars from this dealer as well but never again. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice...

I went to this center because it had decent reviews on google, however, my experience has been less than satisfactory. I worked with a individual by the name of Mark. He is the worst at following up, I can not tell you how many times he told me over the 2 weeks my car was there that he would call me back the next day. I would get no phone call and had to follow up with him. When I finally picked up my car I noticed that the cover to me antenna was broken and on my dashboard. I went back in to tell Mark what happened, he told me that they were going to order the part and he would call me as soon as it came in. It is a week later and I have not received a phone call to tell me the status, on top of this there is now a part hanging down from my bumper. This has been so disappointing as my other experience with Ed Voyles sales have been great. I really expected better.

I was in a car accident 4 weeks ago. As a result of this demise, my Road Side assistance tow guy suggested I take my vehicle to Luxury Auto.My car sat on their lot for 2 weeks, without any work being done. I reached out to my insurance company whom recommended I reach out to Ed Voyles Collision center to complete and guarantee the repairs. Ed Voyles reached out to me the same Day. Walt sent me an email at 7pm that night, SAME DAy service to advise me that he needed my signed work authorization to retrieve my auto and begiin work. Walt even inquired how I was healing after my accident, and made me laugh for the first time in 2 weeks. Day 2, Walt called me AND emailed me to advise that he would be providing weekly updates, and keep me informed of the repair process. Day 4, Walt checked in on me to ask if had any questions. Week 2, Walt continued to stay in contact with my insurance company, and even FOUGHT for me to prevent my car from being lossed in a potential total loss, as Ed Voyles had guaranteed I would be back on the road with a safe, working, high performing vehicle. Walt has changed my mind about auto dealerships. He is kind, funny, but most importantly, he gets the job done. I receive emails from Walt in the evenings, weekends, and a HOLIDAY to advise me of the course of my vehicle. I especially recommend Single women to reach out to Ed Voyles Collision on Windy Hill, as they will fight for you, will not talk down to you, will explain all of the relevant details, and reduce the stress of having a vehicle repaired ( as most auto dealers and collision shops do to women). Cheers to Walt and his service team of professionals that has made this terrible ordeal of being in a car accident, dealing with insurance companies and paying medical bills much easier. Below was my initial review. Since then, they missed one of my rims in the estimate to insurance and tried to rotate the damage to the opposite side hoping I would not notice. After 1 year of promising to replace, they will no longer return my calls or emails. Big fail after a good experience. BooMark and the team were fantastic to work with. Please take my mothers advice and never bring your vehicle to a big dealership. Not only was I charged almost $3, 000 for my drivers door to get replaced it took over 3 months for the repair to get settled due to insurance not wanting to cover the additional cost that they estimated. I did agree to pay the difference and maybe a week later I got a message that there is an increase on my estimate because they forgot to calculate some additional parts and labor bringing the total upwards of $700 from original estimate (I didnt know it was so expensive to color match a WHITE door.) Here I am almost two months later- not even 60 days after repair and my driver side door is scraping the paint of the front panel from their lousy work. I would take it back up there but Im just going to take this as a $3, 000 lesson. I hope this review save someone a lot of time and money.

Walt Wheatley was my point of contact at the collision center. He was very informative and kept me in the loop with every step of repairs. I was copied on every email sent to the insurance company which was very helpful as well. The only problem I had was with ants after I had received my car from the repair shop. He apologized for and bombed my car and had it cleaned up. No harm done and no more problems going forward. The repairs look great and my car looks good as new.

Bought my car at the dealership next door. I brought my car here when my wheels were stolen and my car left sitting on blocks. I did an insurance claim with Progressive. The experience was draining and frustrating. The process to replace my wheels and some light body work took a ridiculous amount of time, 48 days to be exact. I felt like it was being held hostage! While some of progressives representatives definitely dropped the ball, Ed Voyles staff wasnt much better in my opinion. I had to be a lot more involved than I would have liked, such as making phone calls to get issues resolved and asking for paperwork. Lack of communication, unreturned phonecalls, and last minute supplemental invoices were also issues. Probably, the typical overworked and under paid situation, but thats not my fault. On the plus side, my car looked like new when it was finally done.

Dropped my car off because it says they are certified fixing Honda’s . I should have taken my car to Honda. When dropping my car off I explained to them all the damages and they told me they would follow up with me that Friday. It was Wednesday when u dropped off. Fast forward to Friday I get a message from them and a email about my car and what they were fixing and they missed a whole section of the car. I left two messages and got no call back and I called Jaun back 10 mins later no more. Now I don’t know what’s going on with my car and if all the repairs are going to be done correctly. Poor communication war this shop.

I had a very bad experience at this collision center. We have to go in person to check the status of your car repair. My calls to the check the status were not answered no the voice mails are responded.Coming to the repair- My car repair is mostly to replace the bumper and hood. Few of the part were not fixed and loose. I went three the four times to get the parts fixed as the they were responding like we did not receive the parts or screws were not found. I had the worst experience at this collision center.

Wow! What an amazing experience. My car was nearly totaled by another driver. As any accident is, this was a stressful situation. Luckily, I chose to send my car over to Ed Voyles. Initially I was very unimpressed with my overall experience at the collision center. But, I think the issues is that management needs to truly assess how to make the facility run a little smoother. My vehicle took twice as long to complete as they initially said. It was a minor cosmetic repair. The hold up may have had to do with the holidays — to be fair.I am VERY pleased with the end result! My vehicle was practically new and I was very upset about having been in an accident to begin with. In that regard, they exceeded my expectations.For future customers, check in with them because it’s not likely that they will check in with you. I physically came up to the collision center 3 times just to get a status update. Initially I would make appointments, but I quickly learned there was no point in doing that. Phone calls weren’t returned.The receptionist was very knowledgeable and accommodating when the men got backed up (she even gave me a status update one time). But I really think Mr. Voyles (or whomever is in charge) needs to come in and evaluate how efficiently that place is run.

This place is horrible. Do Not, Do Not, Do Not take your vehicle to this place. You leave messages for weeks, when you finally get someone they tell you they just got your messages. That there were problems with their voice mail system. They blame delays on the insurance company. They do not provide updated status of your vehicle. I suggest you ask your insurance company for recommendations of a reputable repair facility. If your vehicle happens to already be here, God help you.

I would give them 10 stars, if I could. My experience with Pedro Brito and the collision center was absolutely wonderful -- I could not have asked for a better one. Pedro was very amiable and made the process smooth, easy, and seamless. The repair was done quickly -- for a replaced mirror and quite a few buffed out scuff marks along the passenger side, I was in and out of the shop in one morning -- and the prices were beyond reasonable. The cost actually went down over the course of the process! (I dont think I have ever been so ecstatic about a bill!) In fact, Pedro made me a great deal: if the body shop couldnt buff all of the scuff marks out, he wouldnt charge me for their attempt. (They did, however, get everything out, and the additional charge for that labor was so minimal.) They sent me off with my Honda freshly-washed and looking and feeling brand-new. Pedro and the Ed Voyles Collision Center set the bar as high as it can go; I will continue to go to them, and really urge everyone else in the area to do so. Who knew that the process of repairing a car post-accident could be so pleasant!? Forever grateful!

Been in Atlanta 2 years and recently experienced a minor car accident. Took my car here and I could not be more pleased with the level of quality work they did. Chip was really great to work with. Pedro did an outstanding Job doing an estimate for me on 2011 Honda Civic Lx. He was very responsive, open minded, very kind hearted person, and he was just very very helpful with everything with my car incident I needed done on Front Bumper, showed what parts needed to be replaced, showed me on computer. I would highly recommend him to do estimate and take of your car and estimate for you. I am definitely going back to him. His Crew there at Ed. Voyles Collision did really good job paint, new bumper, parts, cleaned it up, and it was done right. Could be more pleased! The worst experience ever ! The staff is very rude and never answers their phone. They do not return voicemails neither do they call you to update you on the process of your car! My Range Rover was brought in for body work on the bumper. It took them 1 month to complete it, every excuse was that they are waiting on parts. If you have a European car or any car in general don’t waste your money and time with them. After I picked up my car I had to take it to Range Rover to fix their work, because it was terrible! WORST EVER.

Extremely sporadic with keeping the customer up to date about repairs and how things are coming along. You call and ask to speak with the employee handling your claim and then you get voice. I don’t feel like I’m the one that should be calling to get updates...it’s only proper customer service to keep the client up to date. At a minimal a call per week. Haven’t gotten the car back and I’m suppose to in a few days. This is the second deadline. Hopefully the work is to quality after all they’ve had the care for four week now. Will update after I get my vehicle back.

Avoid at all costs. This place is overextended and understaffed leading to poor communication between their body shop and estimators and awful customer service. They created a first estimate for my car off the top of their head, leaving out crucial mechanical damage and adding delays when they had to submit a supplementary claim to the insurance. They continuously blamed the insurance company for delays, which was part of the issue, but most importantly was lack of communication between the insurance estimators and Ed Voyles estimators. All in all a job originally quoted at 12 days in labor stretched out to eight weeks and more than doubled from the original quote submitted to insurance. Honestly my car should have been totaled but then Ed Voyles wouldn’t get their payday. As someone paying for a rental car out of pocket, the continuous lies about a date when my car would be ready cost me over 2k.After the sixth week of waiting for my car I took a day off work to speak to them face to face and they did remedy the situation somewhat by paying the rental car for the remaining two weeks (although in this conversation, I was only meant to be one week as they only had “a few more steps to take”) and giving my car an alignment. I’m just curious to see if the insurance company is getting those costs added to their bill.tl;dr: horrible place take your car anywhere else but here if you want good fast work and honorable people taking care of your car!

I didnt have the best experience, but they did make it right!Yes, we all make mistakes and things happen, but to truly stand behind your work when the customer isn’t satisfied with their repaired /painted vehicle is greatly appreciated. I had decided to use Ed Voyles Collision Center because it was where my Traveler’s Insurance Concierge Service Center was. The body work completed on my car, was not up to par, and the paint job that was completed on a portion of a door that needed to have blended, didn’t look right. I saw this, my insurance adjusters thought it looked ok and it was up to their standards. I’m a bit disappointed that no one caught the paint quality.The body shop representative came to view, and he too agreed, it was not right. I want to thank you for making it right, and going to the extra mile. I appreciate it greatly. I know that your team is great, and they have amazing talent and skill, that is why you have them working for you.Thanks again for making my Audi Q3 look great again! I appreciate it very much.

I do not always write reviews about places but i feel that Ed Voyles Collision center deserves a review. I have had several cars repaired at Ed Voyles collision center, and every time i walk away feeling like i was taken care of like a valued customer. The cars were always done in the time that i was told they would be done. Really sooner in some cases. My last repair was done on my daughters car, we dropped it off on a Sunday night and was told it would be done by the next Friday. My daughter was really wanting it back on Friday cause she was going out of town. Well, it snowed one day and the repair shop was closed for 1 day and my daughter was afraid that she would not get it back till the following Monday. Well, that was not the case, they called me Friday morning and said it would be done late that afternoon. Great, right? Even better. They called at noon and said we could come get it. That is great service. Also every repair done to my cars were done top notch, everything looked like you would expect and really better than expected. I will never take my car anywhere else. Ed Voyles collision center is the place to go. Hands down its worth the drive no matter where you live. Thanks for taking great care of my cars Ed Voyles. Customer for life

I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle to Ed Voyles Collision Center. I decided to take my Hyundai there after a car accident involving extensive damage. They had great communication with me throughout the entire process and kept me updated on any changes they encountered. Upon picking up my car, I was very pleased with the work that was done! Everything looked good as new! They let me know that they stand by their work if I had any problems afterwards, but so far so good! I will definitely go back to this shop!!

No. No. No. bought our vehicle here. Needless to say we thought it would be the place to have the rear end collision repaired. Without a doubt, 2nd worse experience we have had with auto body repairs. Someone said a drunk must have done the work. They made it mostly right finally. Still left with sloppy overspray. I believe the insurance companies probably twist arms to save for themselves. Another problem with mindsets these days. Whatever happened to the good old attitude of a happy customer?????

Just got my car back from Ed Voyles and it looks awesome. Great communications, and super nice people. All I had to do was drop it off and pick it up. The insurance company left $3500 off their estimate and they got approval and fixed it right. I am glad I chose Ed Voyles to do my repairs.

I will probably not return to Ed Voyles Collision if involved in another collision. The rear end of my car had to be replaced after being hit at a stop light. This included replacing the trunk and the rear bumper.Like several of the other reviewers have mentioned, the paint match was mediocre (flat white, not metallic paint). Additionally, the bumper replacement was not properly prepped (before paint), leaving rough/jagged edges around the edges of the edge of the bumper, including drips in the paint.In their defense, they did re sand/paint the rear bumper (which looks much better now). However, they had my car for over a month, and there really was no excuse for how it initially looked.This is a busy shop. They do a lot of business. My situation may have been an anomaly, but the work looked rushed, and was of poor workmanship. Granted it looks much better since re-doing the rear bumper, but Im not sure I would give them a second chance.

I really hate to give this bad review because Chip and Ken were awesome in helping me! My complaint that resulted in this bad review is the the poor workmanship and the fact that my steel rims on my drivers side front and back wheels was switched out! When I called to inquire about this, an employee told me that it rubs off which may be true for someone else or even an older vehicle. But not my car, I know my car and every dent and scratch on it. I know for a fact that my steel rims were switched out because I have a recent picture showing how unblemished my rims are and the fact that my vehicle just turned two years old! Moreover; the rims on the passenger side are just the same as when I purchased my vehicle, but more rusty and older looking on the drivers side.I was assured that my wheels were not taken off and that there was no need for them to have been off, but they were. Unacceptable!

Short Review, keep in mind I paid out of pocket for the entire duration of having the rental car.• Not a single phone call regarding updates initiated by customer service to me.• Estimated the duration of work would be 3 weeks, they dragged theirfeet for approximately 5 weeks.• They cracked my windshield and had to replace it, only telling me at the last minute; they made my insurance pay for instead of their insurance - which caused the duration of work to extend - causing me to pay additional late fees on the rental car.• Actual repair of damage brought into the shop is good ; however, they created 3 nasty scuff marks on the cars paint job as well as several scratches on the vehicle that were not there before.If insurance is paying for your rental then youre fine - just beware you will have to be the one to call in for updates. You may also have additional cosmetic damage on your vehicle when its finished.

I was told my repairs would take 4-6 days and it took 16 days. The collision center blamed my insurance company and they also lied to me and said my rental car was extended to cover the extra days. It did not. I will never ever return to this place for anything.

I took my 2014 Cherokee to this location after I was in a accident to be repaired. This has been one of the most unprofessional establishment I’ve experienced. I literally drove an hour away from my home/work to a dealership that provides auto body services as well to insure that the job would be done correctly. However, this is not the case. Curtis Tooks was rude, insensitive, and abrasive. He made it seem as if he was doing me a favor by saying bring the car in to fix the issues, not realizing that it’s a complete inconvenience for me. All issues should of been fixed prior to my car being released back to possession. Curtis saw it fit to inform me that I’ve had my car for two weeks and the issues weren’t there when I picked it up. Let’s just say I will never bring my car back to them after these repairs are made. And I advise anyone else to go somewhere else if look long for repair on their vehicle!

This place is a joke. As several other reviews have stated there is no communication and when you finally are able to talk with someone they are rude and combative. The original quote was for a week worth of work, and that was a month ago. Last week I was told the car would be ready by the end of week. On Friday I was told the car would be ready Tuesday. Yesterday (Tues) I was told they are waiting on additional parts. I requested to be informed of the status of repairs daily, however no one has contacted me. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. Worst. Place. Ever.

I want to say Ed Voyles Collision did a great job on my vehicle. I was rear ended and had some damage to my vehicle but because i am very OCD i decided to get it fixed right away. They did a great job and kept me updated thru the whole process.My car doesn’t even look like it had been in an accident! If you need great work and great customer service here is the place to go.

DO NOT trust this organization to give your insurance company a fair estimate. In my experience, they removed parts from my car that were not damaged in the collision in order to gouge more money from the insurance company. When asked to return the additional parts they removed they claimed to have disposed them. The insurance company was left on the hook to replace the undamaged parts that were removed, which led to them totaling the car. Disgusting.

After getting my car fixed I noticed there was a infestation of ants in my car. I was told I was the second person today to tell him that. He said that if I came down they would clean it and spray for bugs. Which was fine. It didnt take long for that to happen but what rubbed me the wrong way is that when it was all clean he said it was my fault and there was candy in the car that attracted them. But Ive never ever had a problem with ants until now. He was pretty loud when telling me it was my fault, I think he was just trying to cover his butt. I just thought it was rude to completely change your story like that in front of everyone. Also, when I noticed there where ants I checked everywhere for can the source of the ants: I think they just parked it in an ant hill.

As another reviewer noted, Ed Voyles Collision Center is the worst at communicating with its customers. The appraiser estimated it would be a 3-day job. The car was in the shop for two weeks. I had a rental from Enterprise across the street that was costing me $28/day in insurance alone. The appraiser never called to explain the delay. When I called him I couldnt leave a message: I was directed to the main number. When I called the main number they said he was out to lunch, even at 11 a.m. When I finally picked up the car 15 minutes after talking to the appraiser he was nowhere to be found and the receptionist had to finish the paperwork.The work on the car was super-expensive and the workmanship was mediocre. A thoroughly unpleasant experience.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS CENTER, ITS TRASH. I brought my car 3 weeks ago and not untill the car would be finsh they realized that the main parts that were hit in the accident were not ordered, and ordered it that day causing it to extended the stay 3 days and when i come to get the car again they had to order more parts that were clearly visable that day and i had to tell them causing an extra 3 days and i still do not get my car.

They replaced and repainted a bumper. Paint match quality was ok but much orange peel on the finish. They made no attempt to make it right or exert any effort to ensure I was satisfied with the quality of their work. Many excuses were made to justify their low level of workmanship. Will not be returning or recommending.

Purchased a used Honda CRV for an amazing price about 1000 miles under warranty. Drove the car away to another state only to realize that the driver side window auto feature was broken and they only provided ONE key! They didnt lie -- but they didnt disclose important info either. Called them up and they act like it would take Congress to provide a little customer service that would cost them next to nothing. They said they cost of cutting extra keys for all their used cars would be astronomical. Right...

Progressive in Atlanta needs GPS work and they need to trust these body shop workers and what they know especially as big as this place is . The Hyundai cars are nice 3 days for parts . This shop is the only shop in Georgia I would send my customers to . The staff is professional, the quality is impeccable, and the turn around is on point .
