I was able to do most of the approval via email and phone. The salesman Jim asked what I was looking for and collected info needed to establish what was within my budget. When I arrived on the lot Jim already had a vehicle choose for a test drive and it was the one I choose!! Great to work with!

This establishment is amazing. I am a young man who just moved to the area for my career and I had to purchase a vehicle. I have been building my credit due to medical history and this place has taken care of me through and through. They helped me find a vehicle I love and then I ran into some issues and was not sure what to do. I mean being in a new state alone with no friends or family is tough and when problems arise it’s hard to know who to turn to. I called them and explained what was happening and they blessed me beyond words. They knew I hadn’t had the vehicle for long and so they picked my car up (free of charge) and brought it back to the shop and had it fixed for me by the next morning (the warranty really is worth it, they aren’t selling air with insurance on it). They have gone above and beyond and I cannot be more thankful. I truly feel JDBNow has truly looked out for me and made sure I was driving away safe. I cannot express my gratitude to Mrs. Robin, The Service Team, or the sales staff anymore then I have. This company truly blessed me today. Thank you so much.

JDB always ensures great customer service and makes having a car super affordable! My car needed fixed and all I had to do was drop it off to the service station. They made sure to keep their word on the price only being $20 to fix! Having a car anywhere else it wouldve been hundreds to fix. Very great place to go if youre looking for a car!

Great place to go if youre low on, or have no credit. Caeden helped get us approved within 1 hour, shipped us off to Robin with their loan department and I was able to drive a Mazda 6 off the lot within 2 hours of walking through the door(with no credit). There was a slight wobble above 55 mph, but they agreed to have it inspected and fixed, free of charge. We recommend checking the car thoroughly top, inside and below before you sign, just to be safe!

Went up to the dealership with no hope that we would be able to get in a vehicle that we liked and fit our needs which was a full size truck 4-wheel drive crew cab 3 days later and a lot lot of work on our salesman Justins behalf we came home in a Silverado 2500 HD very nice truck full-size exactly what we wanted was very pleased with the sales team and the finance team everyone together made it a great experience would recommend for anyone needing help thank you guys especially you Justin and the man behind the curtain Justins boss who also made it possible thank you all.

They sold us a vehicle that has needed constant work from the very beginning. I understand we are taking a risk buying a used vehicle but it had to be fixed two weeks after getting it. It’s had to be fixed four times since buying it in March.

Having the same mechanical issue as when I purchased the car that was supposed to be repaired now it’s much worse. I can’t drive it and travel for work daily no loaner vehicle or anything can be offered and can’t get into the service department for 10 days.Still having the same issues as before bought the car a year ago and have had very few good experiences with this location. Not good business when something doesn’t get fixed the first 3 times and ya make someone wait 2 weeks to get into the service department again. No option on trade in or anything else when the vehicle has had the same reoccurring problem for the last year. Would not recommend

They’ll do anything to avoid warranties on vehicles. When we first got the car the Transmission was bad so they “Fixed” it. Here to come find out he didn’t put the right bolts in and didn’t put them all in. Robin said it has nothing to do with them HE’S THEIR MECHANIC 🙄 needless to say they will do everything they can to make it your fault and they don’t care about anyone’s safety! They need shut down

Terrible. I just purchased a van here about 3 months ago. They never switched over my insurance to my new vehicle and charged me 300$+ for an insurance policy I didn’t need. They did refund me, thankfully. 3 months into owning the vehicle the transmission goes out. Thank goodness my kids weren’t with me. I had to call day after day to get updates on my car and progress. As a parent of 4, in the trying times were in, being without my 8 passenger vehicle for all my children, for abour 5 days was absolutely awful, considering the fix should’ve been something the service crew should’ve caught BEFORE they sold the vehicle. Also, the manager in the service department is very rude.

Jim and the rest of the team gave great service. Went in not expecting to leave with a vehicle today but they definitely made it happen! Even with my nonexistent credit!

Had to have my 2008 Camaro worked on after someone hit us. They had my car in and out within days and everyone I encountered there was amazing! I believe the gentleman behind the desks name was mike he was very helpful! Long story short my farm truck I was driving while the camaro was being repaired busted a break line while driving it on a Thursday afternoon. I called and spoke to mike trying not to be that customer asking when they’re cars going to be done but I had some place to be Friday evening and needed to know if I HAD to fix the truck.. mike made sure I got my camaro back Friday afternoon which saved me from fixing the truck immediately.. whose got time for that with kids, work and home chores..
