DT Mansfield is solid. Repeat customer here for five+ years and won’t go anywhere else. Dropped in this morning for a rotation/balance and back on the road within 40 min. Great team, keep up the good work.

Discount you lost a customer today. I know it wont hurt you but I will be sure to never recommend you to anyone I even partially like. Dont go here for a tire repair. I waited almost 1.5 hours and finally had to ask how much longer and was told at least 3 more hours! Common courtesy would be to let your customers know how long it will be so they can make an informed decision on whether to stay or come back.

Terrible experience, supposedly when you purchase tires there they have warranties- I got two nails in my tire, went there to have them plugged and they refused to do it citing the wear AND “on the side wall” on the tire. I didn’t go there for tire replacements, apparently they think I’m stupid…so instead of helping me I left with the nails still in the tires I’d bought from Discount Tire and went to a place where they would plug them. STOP JUST TRYING TO SELL NEW TIRES WHEN THATS CLEARLY NOT WHAT YOUR CUSTOMER NEEDS OR IS THERE FOR. ZERO STARS!!!!

Were from MN and driving to Honduras. We had to get one of our tires replaced on our Honda Fit along the way. Due to hitting a pothhole pretty hard and getting an impact bulge. Unfortunately the next day we had issues with a different tire having a slow leak. The first day was a longer wait, but still a good experience. The second day I felt like Chris went above and beyond to help us feel safe on the rest of our journey. For how busy they are it got done pretty fast. Well ran store with an awesome crew!

If I could give a 0 star I would. I bought a $800 per tire pair ($1600 w/ warranty, roadside, etc.) of front tires about 6 months ago. So I went back and brought the same ones for the rear. I notices that the car was handling different, and as a semi pro drag racer, and ASE Certified mechanic I knew there was either a problem with my front alignment, or the tires. I took the 2020 mustang to the stealership for a brake recall, and they said i needed new tires. I wanted a 2nd opinion, so I went back to discount, and they assured me they were good. However, the problem still persisted, so I went to Firestone. They did a full 4 wheel alignment and everything was perfect (see attached pics) mechanically just as ford did. Both ford and Firestone said its a problem with with the front tires. Back to discount we go. Mind you tires are under warranty, had documentation that there is nothing mechanically wrong with suspension components or alignment (again see pics) The 21 year old tire expert told me that the tires have mechanical wear and they will not warranty them. Out $1600.00 with a 800 mile road trip tomorrow. F^ck Discount Tire. Never ever will I go there and give them a dime of my money. To add insult to injury this little boy yelled at my Girl (Her Car, just being a supportive man) berated her, insinuated she was the stupid one. Please at all cost avoid all discount tires.

Store does not check their work. After they had my truck for 3 hours to do two tires the low tire light was on. Had to wait additional 45 minutes for them to replace a tire sensor. Made me an hour late to work. Could have been avoided if they just simple checked the tire sensor after installing new tires. Poor craftsmanship!!

New rear tires on rv. About two and a half hours. Pretty standard. Saw they have a free pressure check lane though, thats cool.

Update*** I was just informed that my truck had been checked in twice because it was skipped. It was given a new check in time to show less time had passed. I would give it a 0 star if possible.We dropped my truck off to have the two front tires plugged due to nails, and were told it would be about an hour. We went and had lunch, returned and waited for another 20 to 30 minutes. I couldnt get anyones attention, so I stood in line again. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told there were still two vehicles in front of me, and I would have to wait. I never received any communication or updates, and due to the waiting room situation we chose to leave. I will not be returning to this location again, and may just buy my tires elsewhere from here on out. My vehicle was put on the back burner due to the lack of revenue it was going to bring. This is not good customer service.

Five star service, hands down best company to do business with when it comes to tire expertise. There was a delay in the delivery of the tires I purchased Discount Tire made it right by discounting my purchase, I couldnt be more happy with their professionalism, great customer service and willingness to help me the customer. Thank you Discount Tire I will continue to be a life long customer!

Always super helpful employees at this Discount Tire location and I’ve never had an issue.Can’t beat the additional services that come along with buying tires from them (like complementary flat repair) and they are always attentive and ready to check your tires if needed with a simple drive up.

I had a great experience with Discount Tire in Mansfield. I needed a damaged tire repaired and they took care of it quickly and professionally.

I’ve used discount for many years but this is the first time I’ve ever gone to the Mansfield location. I called and spoke with Austin about ordering tires for my car. He made sure to talk to me about what I had found online as the “recommended tires” and what would be better for how I use my car. Got me an appt that week and I was in and out in the time I was told I would be. Appreciate the help & will definitely come back in the future.

Always friendly, the gentleman was very patient and helpful, answered all the questions I had.

First time here and all of them were extremely helpful getting me the best price and quality. They were very thorough explaining everything to me.

Yesterday, I brought a tire to the store for patching. After some complications with my tire, the store was in near constant communication about the problems and were open to making sure that I felt I had a voice in the process. I didnt feel pressured into buying unnecessary items as I have felt before at other retailers. Garrett was a great help!

Friendly staff took time to explain what was wrong with my tires. Got me in and out quickly.

5 stars should be reserved for exceptional service. 4 stars for solid service, meets high expectations. I get neither each time I go to Discount Tire. Wheels and tires are never balanced correctly the first time, so you have to wait 75 to 90 minutes to get them rebalanced or take them elsewhere. Lug studs are occasionally stripped. They will pay to have them fixed, but there is a loss of time. They used regular sockets on industy standard lug locks, destroying most of the caps (previous visit). All that being said, they have great prices. Good product lineups. Add 30 minutes to any time that they tell you. It is all about mass merchandising. So 3 stars at best.

I dont mind waiting but dont tell me that it will be ready in an hour and then its an 1 hour and forty five minutes later. My time is important to and could have done something else. Just be accurate when you tell people.

Always fast!l; They closed at 6:00 my appointment was at 5:45 I showed about 5:50 by 6:00 my tire was fixed! Recieved great service all around; even though it was obvious the employees were ready to go home.

The staff at discount tire Mansfield are super awesome and nice!!!! They got my car checked and tire repaired very quickly. I showed up right at close and they helped me instead of sending me away! McAlister and Chris took good care of a lady and her tire troubles.

Absolutely unprofessional and and uneducated staff!! To top it off, I would recommend anyone getting tires to price check their competitors. They were over $500 more for a set of exact same 4 tires and service.

Best service anywhere. Came in for balancing and rotation. Four guys started at once removing my tires. As they were balancing they found a screw and repaired it without asking or charging me for the repair! Awesome customer service and covid protection. Stayed in my car the whole time thank you Discount Tire!!

I drove up needing air in one of my tires. The guy who was helping me discovered a screw in it. So they were going to repair it--free of charge. He said it would take 45 minutes. Forty-five minutes later I was on my way with a new tire. It had to be replaced. But since I had the warranty on it, it cost me only $32.50. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience.

I dropped by this time because I bought the tires here and they offer free repair or replacement. I wouldnt buy tires anywhere else. This is the third time over the years Ive been able to bring by our car with a flat or a slow leak. They always have me back on the road quickly and free of charge.

I had an online order issue. Long story short, was charged without an order confirmation for a set of tires. The store manager Mike, worked diligently with the corp office in AZ to quickly work out a solution. The stores team went above & beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Tires were installed quickly and professionally.

Kimseun was very helpful! He ordered my tires from the very beginning told me he would have them next day early morning. Called me later same day and said my tires were ready. Had to wait for over an hour to have them replaced but once they had my truck in the shop it was less than 10min. Unfortunately we had a hiccup w/ my insurance therefor we were there longer than needed. Feels like their manager wanted to go home in a hurry bc they had already closed. Trust me I wanted to go home too (had all 3 of my little ones w/ me) all I can say is patience is a virtue & not alot of ppl have it. Been there since 4:30 didnt get to leave til 7pm 😪😓

Outstanding customer service. I have fleet vehicles and had a nail in the tire. Told the technician of my situation and he told me it would be a few minutes. The technician pulled my truck around and said here you go have a nice day. No charge. I am still in shock and he would not take a payment for the service render.Discount tire has my business from now on.Thank you.

My family and I have been coming to this Discount tire location since it opened. They are quick, accurate, and friendly. It took me 10 years to leave a review because I never thought much of it...but during this 2020 Pandemic theyve really managed the social distance and no touch well.The service advisor also remembered my name and said thank you/goodbye in the afternoon, which stood out regardless if he was just looking down at his intake paper. Great folks, good company policies, will visit again.

My reason for reaching out is not only to bring your attention to my most recent experience at your Mansfield, Tx location; I hope to also encourage your team to reach out to your employees and retrain them as it seems that they have lost or forgotten Discount Tire’s founding principles. I went to your Mansfield, TX store on January 12 of 2021 to purchase a tire. At pickup time I noticed that my car was missing the center wheel cap, I brought it to Kim’s (assistant manager) attention, in hopes that he would be able to resolve this problem. He comes back telling me that the tech who installed my tire claims that it was already missing the wheel cap. I continue to reassure him that my wheel cap was not missing prior to me dropping off my vehicle. Kim then lashes out at me being very disrespectful and accusing me of lying.He stated that I must have taken the wheel cap off when I removed my tire and installed the spare. In order for me to remove my tire all I had to do was take off the lug nuts, there was no need for me to remove my wheel cap. He continues to deny any negligence in their part, he never once tried to be understanding and make it right or even try to listen to my needs. That wheel cap had to have been removed by the tech who balanced my new tire. I have previous management experience and know that is no way to treat your customers. After failing to come to terms with Kim, I try to communicate with other team members in hopes that I would be listened, after a few failed attempts I leave the store with an unexpected expense and a horrible experience. I then proceed to call the store hoping that someone else answers and to my luck Jeremy answers and he treats me with the outmost respect he listens to me and he agrees that there was no need for me to take that wheel cap off. Jeremy listen to my needs and offers to make it right he offers to replace that missing wheel cap. It saddens me that a handful of your employees can give someone a horrible experience. This was my first time and sadly my last time doing business with Discount Tire. At the end of the day even after Jeremy’s offer to make things right I can’t make myself go back to a place where I was treated so horribly. All I want from your company at this point is to teach every single employee to be more like Jeremy, to treat people with respect and fairness, care for those in need, always do what is right, work hard, be responsible, and be able to admit when you are wrong. I have proof that my wheel cap was in fact in on my wheel in case you are in what ever way doubtful, I hope this reaches all the higher ups in this company and they step up and prevent this from repeating itself.

Quick, friendly service. First time at this particular location, but its on par with every other one Ive gone to. Maybe a little busier than some others, but they dona good job of being as quick as possible. Doesnt hurt that there are a couple of f9odnoptions nearby, if you need to grab a bite while waiting

This was my first time going to the Mansfield, TX Discount Tire location. The store was busy, but they allowed me to get on the list and have me a return time so I could get some shopping done. When I got back at the pre determined time, they had an bay ready.What I truly appreciate about Discount Tire is their no charge flat repair policy for returning customers!

So my wife went to DT and had a great first time experience with a tire patch, super friendly service and everything. Job well done right? Welp, wife got another issue with a separate tire and returned for a tire patch yet again. However this time around it was less than ideal. I had looked at the tire and saw the nail in the middle of the tread and thought oh yeah that’s patchable. Wife brought it to Discount again, this time around however, they gave her the hem and haw about how she shouldn’t be surprised when they put the spare on. Wife waited over an hour. She got there about 5:15 roughly 45 minutes before closing. They told her the nail was too far over to the side, when clearly it wasn’t. They even marked where it was. They resisted giving back her tire and finally gave in and put it in her trunk. Went to NTB instead and was met with fabulous service, showed them this tire pictured below and they said “It’s absolutely no problem,” got it fixed in no time. No idea what kind of customer service scheme they run at Discount, if it was too close to closing a simple “we could get it done quicker tomorrow,” would have sufficed. Will not be returning, will not be recommending to anyone in the area.

I went here because I had a large screw in my tire. It wasnt repairable. However they loaned me a tire for my car until I went to the dealer. We had a warranty over there. They put the tire on and didnt charge me anything. Great service.

Don’t count on getting your car completed in time even with an appointment as they don’t seem to matter. An hour after my appointment they take my car into the bay and say another 30 minutes. Wasting customers time and inefficient.

Such great customer service! The staff are very polite and professional. Went in for an appointment to get two new tires and a spare, and they looked super busy at the time. I was in and out within 40 minutes! I didnt catch the name of the salesman or the man who handed me my keys, but they were both so friendly and kept asking if I had any questions or needed anything. This place is my go to and Ive never had a bad experience!

Alvaro at the Discount Tire in Cedar Hill is not a pleasant person, he may need to be in a position so he doesnt interact with the Public.

They didnt have my tire in stock, but did have a good used one to get me back on the road.

I purchased my tires from here and get them rotated here often. They are always nice and super fast and very informative. Just witnessed a terribly rude customer who was unhappy with the 30-45 minute wait we all have - their rep (Chris) handled it with calm and gracious manner and accepted responsibility for the other customers bad mood. Can’t recommend this place enough. They put customers first; even when their customers don’t act with kindness and have unreasonable expectations.

I didn’t get any tires yet but I just wanted to say that this place has great customer service. I was being helped by an employee and it was a long line behind me and it was 30 minutes until closed. A lady walked out probably because the wait was a little long, it was I believe Chris he was wearing a red polo chased after her to help her with her needs. Went in for an air check due to the TPMS light turning on.. While the associate was filling up my tires he noticed a bolt in one of my tires. He asked if I wanted them to take care of it and said it would be a 45 minute wait. So I gave him my information and he said for me just to wait in the parking lot and they will get me..... 1.5 hours later nothing. I walk in to check how much longer and was told I wasnt even checked in. Was then proceeded to be informed that he can check me in, however it would be another 1.5 hour wait. I went in at 2:40PM.Absolute WORST customer service experience at any DIscount Tire. I wish I could give negative stars.

Love this place but they have gotten to where they take so so long to even talk to you much less get your tires done.

This place has gotten to where they are so slow. Customer service is not what it used to be. Today I stood there inside for 15 minutes just waiting to get my key because three of them were yapping on the phone with other customers asking about tires when I had already given them hundreds of dollars and was standing in front of them. Lets take care of the customers that have already paid for their items first and simply put the caller on hold for a minute so I can get my key and go.

Bought my tires a few months ago, and the service was prompt! I was greeted and offered coffee. The manager came up to me and asked how I was. The service only took about 45 minutes and I was amazed how fast they got it done! The person that did my tires, his name was John and he told me that if ever wanted my car detailed, to give him a call and handed me his card! He does great detailing work if anyone needs their car detailed on the weekends!Will definitely be getting the tires on my wife’s car here in the next month or so! Great job Discount Tire!

Horrible service, I stopped to buy a rim and they said unless we mounted we dont take credit cards, so I have to have a debit card or cash. I say this is a %$#@&* service, go to other places the service is well worth it.

If you have aftermarket wheels or factory wheels that have never been rashed. DO NOT take your car here. Even after explicitly telling every manager / associate I encountered to make sure they dont rash up / gouge the lips of my wheels, it still happened.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

If you live in Arlington/Mansfield, Discount Tires on 287 is the best. Today when I pulled up and Brent, who I spoke to on the phone, came out and called me by name, uh WOW, pulled up his notes about our conversation and explained the difference in tires. He did not try to get me to buy the most expensive but gave me a top rated tire and happen to be on sale! My experience has always been amazing, last time I was here they could have sold me a tire but I didn’t need it & told me that. BONUS: The music is Christian music and the vibe is so cool.

Great customer service. I was out of there is 25 minutes. They rotated my tires for free and didnt try to sell me anything. I have been in there several times and I have had a great experience every time. I just love that place.

Great customer service! I got there at a busy part of the morning and the employees were doing business as quickly as possible and one gentleman at the counter thanked everyone for being so patient. My car got 4 new tires put on and it only took an hour and a half which is how long they estimated it would take. The place is clean, has polite employees, and comfy chairs in the waiting area. Nice place.

Been here a couple times in the last year (unfortunately) but these guys make a bad day much less of a hassle. Service is quick and the employees are knowledgeable. Kimseun is friendly and explains every issue well.
