Definitely happy I considered something different. They told me they couldn’t work on my car because some part looked “wavy”. They considered it to be someone else who worked on my car. Which nobody did even the insurance company confirmed that. Yet they just flat out refused to work on my vehicle. Very unprofessional and I would recommend that you drive the other way to consider another alternative.

I recently purchased a new vehicle and unfortunately cut to close when pulling out scratching the backdoor and what I thought was front bumper. I went to another business who quoted much much more than I thought it would be. I then went to Service King who I used before and Matthew helped out. He was fast friendly informative letting me know what would happen. The best part was he noticed the front bumper didnt need repair. He rubbed most of it off with his hand then used a rag to get the rest off BOOM 💥! So grateful for honest folks in this business. He could have taken my money but he did the right thing. Thank you Matthew. Service King you have a great member on your team.

I have used them on 4 different vehicles, and always very impressed with the work performed and the kind, professional staff. I’ll be using them again this morning on another car that was in a collision in my own driveway, while parked and no one in it. . Lol.My luck with cars doesn’t seem so great, but my luck with these guys is impeccable!They are so great I drive to the one in Mansfield, and I live in West Ft. Worth.

Brought my car in Monday only to find out Thursday they cant do anything to help because its too old. Would have been nice to know earlier instead of holding onto my car for so long so I could find someone else who could do it. Went somewhere else and they found parts within 10 minutes on the first call.

From the moment that I arrived at Service King (Mansfield, TX), I received the absolute best customer service experience from Amy which undoubtedly deterred me from using the previous collision repair business that I had also requested an estimate from. We spoke for awhile and she explained to me in full detail how exactly my claim would be handled. I received my estimate only a couple of hours following and by the very next day my car was dropped off for service to begin. The folks down the road at Enterprise were unfortunately not available to accept calls, so the manager, Darrel, was kind enough to offer me a ride down to my rental car up the street. Before we left, I got to meet Matthew Hernandez who was handling my claim and service. He was just as kind as the rest of the staff and assured me that my car would be returned to me just as it was before the incident. I was pleased with the service to my vehicle and the outstanding customer service displayed by the staff from beginning to end of this process. These guys really made it all painless and simple for me as a busy working individual in the world. I will absolutely recommend Service King to anyone looking for a great place to have their vehicle repaired as well as be a return customer myself if it is ever needed. Thanks again to all of you for making me feel comfortable in so often an uncomfortable situation. Yall were amazing to me and my sweet little ride. 🙂

My Vehicle is with them for collision repair over last two and half months. They keep extending dates, making one or other excuses. Today I m informed that my vehicle wont be ready next 15 more days. So, my vehicle is going to be with them for more than 3 months.I had used them in past where their service was great. Now, I would not recommend it to anyone.

I had an accident in my truck and they fixed it like new. They even dropped it off at my house. While my truck was in the shop, it hailed and I had hail damage to the hood of my other vehicle. They dropped off my truck, picked up the SUV and had it back within two business days.I worked with Matt, he was awesome. Matt kept me posted each step of the way, told me exactly what was happening with my vehicle. He had great customer service skills, professional and polite. Darryl worked with me in the beginning and assured me is taking care of the situation and helped ease my mind about the ongoing process of the vehicle. We have a Dodge Ram pickup truck that had a leak at the 3rd brake light. We talked to Daryl. He said that if we could get the part, he would install it for us. Were very grateful for his help. He saved us from having to go to Classic Ram and paying over $200 for the same repair. We will definitely consider getting future repairs done here.

Our car is mechanically sound and in good condition and, unfortunately, had a small accident that left us with a back bumper dent that the other car decided to claim through insurance. So for convenience, we decided to bring it Service King. First, Service King completely upcharged the repair needs of the car, aka. I am pretty sure we can fix the back bumper at most with $1000, but they charged our insurance company a few grands and some more saying the exhaust pipped had to replaced (literally has a super tiny dent at the end, etc etc). At baseline, for manual work they were charing $3000+ (for at most, 3hrs work?). So, our car was determined at a total loss. Because our car was mechanically in good status, and other than an ugly looking back bumper, we decided to keep the car and receive money from our insurance and take it elsewhere for repair.That brings us to today and this review for those who care. We are extremely disappointed at the poor quality of work, lack of care for a customers car and disregarding safety. When we picked up our car, the first thing we noticed that the car was in a worse condition than we picked it up. The back bumper was not only dent from the accident but it was damaged further by Service King.The dents were more pronounced and the edge of the bumper weaker and just floppy. Basically, we could tell the car back bumper was not taken off, but yanked off. We also noted the right rear rim was taken off. Unclear why, since that part was completely pristine when we dropped it off and not a point of contact during the accident or connected to the back bumper. Again, we could tell the part was ripped off the car by the state of the clips that were still on the car. If Service King caused a damage, we do expect them to fix it, aka. at the very least put the part back on as it was found. When I asked why the piece was not placed back in its position, Megan (the customer representative at Service King) said, they did not have the (simple) clips used to hold this common car part in place. This is a car shop. You MUST have the clips. Its a doctor telling you I have no bandaids at the doctors office. Nevertheless, I am very upset to receive my car at a worse state than when it was dropped off.To top if off, they completely do not care what happens to us or other drivers on the road. Let me explain. Service King knew we were driving the car back home, instead of the rental car. As we were driving back home, the bumper edge was a lot more unstable than we expected. So we drove as slow and careful back home as we could. As soon as we came home, the first thing we did was adhere the flapping edge of the bumper, so it doesnt cause an accident as we drive it around while we find another repair shop. As we were doing this, we noted that Service King had literally propped the back bumper with three clips. The same clips they would have used to attach the other part. Clips that literally do nothing to secure a bumper to your car. Basically, the bumper hanging on to the car. It could have flown off at any point, possibly causing another accident.So, yes, we are completely disappointed at Services Kings disregard for safety and total lack of care of a customers car.The very least they could have done secure the parts that you decided to put back and not just pretend they did. If you did just pretend, tell us, so we are aware of it, at the very least.We were upset at the whole situation, of course, we were not happy when Megan told us along the conversation that we were lucky they even placed the bumper back in its place. Yeah, sure. You mean hanging by three plastic clips.I am grateful to be able to say this is my first accident and I hope I am never in this situation again. But if I am, I will never return to Service King in the future. My family already is aware, but I will make sure friends are aware of the poor service Service King has provided as noted above.

Our brand new 2019 Camry was hit in the high school parking lot - took it to service king in Mansfield, TX - turns out, it was only paint transfer. Chase and his team took care of it in less than 15 minutes. Wow - quite the experience. Awesome job, very friendly, honest and great, great, great customer service.

Wow, I should have read the reviews before even attempting to come down to this place. Brian Crowells review hit the nail on the head: Clowns sitting around like a frat party are key words that I should have picked up on. I pulled up and had a few personnel people bypass my car. I looked in the office and there was a bunch of guys just watching. I then tried to speak to someone who looked knowledgeable and they didnt even look me in the face. I kept asking pointed questions until he looked up. The way he was responding, I knew that if my vehicle received the same kind of attention, it would be in a worse condition than the condition it was in from the accident. I made sure to give him the benefit of the doubt though, and asked a few more times and pretty much got the same non-committal response.To compare and contrast, while driving off, I called another collision place on the list provided by the insurance, and the customer service I got was like night and day. They genuinely seemed to like their jobs and were like, yep, come on down, well get you taken care of. And they did, in record time.I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR BEING RUDE. You saved me, my peace of mind and my vehicle from suffering from poor service.

The pick up date keeps getting moved they’ve had the vehicle over a month and all they can say is there sorry and they are working on it. No one takes responsibility and they refuse to let me speak to management! The pick up date has changed 7 times now. This has been the worst customer service ever I would never recommend this place to anyone!! I keep getting told a manager will call me back and no one ever calls back. I have to keep calling back over and over all for nothing to get done. My next call will be to the corporate office.

Workers in this repair shop are professional and very good salesman. Dont go over here if you are not an expert in car repair. My daughter took her car to get some repairs done on her vehicle. They quoted her for about $900. I went to another certified repair mechanic to get a second opinion, he was very professional, honest and humble and fixed the same issue for $80. That is why I dont recommend this place. If your insurance is paying for your repair, you are on another boat and happily go over here.

This place is ridiculous! Its a freaking joke. They had my truck for over 8 months until the insurance finally pulled it out of their shop. Its now at a dealership and they are trying to fix everything that Service King did wrong. Its been a total of 9 months, 9 months since the accident!!!!! They may know how to sand, paint, buff, and polish, but when it comes to more technical and mechanical things, they are incompetent, unqualified, and incapable of completing the job correctly. I completely regret taking my truck to them. Please, Please do not use them. The best bet is to take your vehicle to a big dealership where they have to follow procedures and where they deal with these things on a day to day basis. Believe it or not these 9 months have caused marital arguments, days of missed work, and a hell of a lot of stress. Not one time did a manager or supervisor have the audacity to talk to me and explain why it was taking so long to finish my work. I will bash them every chance I get to prevent others from making the same mistake I did and take their vehicle there.

BEWARE! My vehicle was damaged by a driver found at fault and his insurance (Farmers) wanted estimates at one of their preferred repair shops so I chose Service King Mansfield and planned to get my own in comparison. Their estimator did everything he could to talk me out of getting other estimates and dropping off my vehicle now: We work for you, not Farmers...We need to tear it down to give you an accurate estimate and we cant do that until we repair it...I cant let you take the vehicle back if the headlights are shorting out..etc.After stating that he is responsible for giving me an estimate only on visible damage (as if I expected estimates on invisible damage) he proceeds to spend a half hour computing an estimate of which is missing $2000 worth of damage he stated he could visibly see during the inspection (control arm, shock, strut, labor to replace). He did his best to avoid estimating enough to total out the vehicle so they could make money off repairs, intentionally ignoring obvious damage that made the vehicle dangerous to drive. I cant imagine how many single women, senior citizens, etc. get send on their way without getting ample repairs or finding out their vehicle should have been a total loss years later when they try to sell it. What a SCAM!

Made an appt to have damage on my pickup evaluated before deciding on wether to file an ins claim or pay for the repair myself. The attendant seemed not at all interested in giving me an accurate estimate without a claim number and asked me to come back when i had one. I went to a competitor down the highway where i was treated well and the work was done very well. I may call on SK in the future but not this location.

My SUV was fixed. Robert Foster kept me updated on the progress of the car. It looks great. The only gripes I have is that now my lift gate button for the trunk does not work properly now. When you push it to close it doesnt close anymore. I know have to manually close the gate whereas before the button worked. Also I had about $10 in change in the console and now there is nothing. All the change I had in the console is now gone. Why anyone needed to go into my console is a mystery because all the damage to the SUV was on the OUTSIDE!

Do not take you care to this particular Service King. I took my Jeep here after being rear ended. It took them about a week and half to fix the damage. I was driving home, and the ride was super bumpy. I pulled over to look at my tire, and there it was two big bolts in my front tire. I immediately drove back and told them, so they patched my tire. I was pissed because those were brand new tires, and now because of the carelessness, I have to get my tire plugged. The next day, after plugging my tire I woke up to my rear end tire on flat. Found out it had a nail, whats the coincidence. I called the office and spoke to the technician and the manger of the location. They showed a I dont give a care attitude. I even called head quarters, who never followed up with me on the issue. If my tires would have blew out I could have been in another wreck, but who cares right. They are just trying to get paid and keep their good ole boy system going.

I would never bring another vehicle to this service king. I was involved in a fairly serious accident and brought my vehicle here. They fixed it in a few weeks and called me to pick it up. They put 5000 into it at that point. As soon as I picked it i knew it wasnt right. I brought it back and they put another 6000 into it trying to fix it. I pick it up again. The next day as Im driving on the highway I hit the brakes as Im getting off on an exit ramp. I hear a loud thud and then a terrible grinding noise coming from the wheel well. I get off the high way and into a parking lot. I have it towed back to the service king. I find out that the mechanic that worked on my car did not bolt one of the brake calipers back on correctly. It came loose off the rotor while I was trying to use my brakes on the highway....... the manager told me that particular mechanic had already been fired before my incident occurred. Unfortunately for me he did not get fired before working on my vehicle and putting my life in danger.... Again I would NEVER take any vehicle too service ling ever again.

We’re involved in an accident with our new 2020 car and the other driver was deemed at fault. Their insurance referred us to Service King for a quote. The estimator was friendly but he had insisted that most of the body work could be repaired even though the damage appeared pretty bad and after we’d insisted we wanted OEM replacement parts. We didn’t want our brand new car puttied just because it was cheaper.We’d decided to get two more quotes from other better reviewed collision repair shops. They agreed the panels needed to be replaced, not repaired and also pointed out that the hours they’d estimated were laughably low and we’d likely be surprised when the actual repairs came in far beyond the original quote. It appears they low-balled the estimate to get the work. We decided to go with another repair shop in the area.

I wasn’t even allowed to have poor service here . I tried to schedule a appointment for my 2002 Ford ranger after a Auto Accident I had bumper and tailgate damage.. I was told by a manager from the safety of the glass door looking at my truck in the parking lot not to bother it would be totaled and not to waste my time making appointment but I could . So I came back that Saturday at 10:30 am after news that my claim was not a total loss. they were open till noon their was a total of 3 people in the office. I was told I had to call a 800 number to setup a appointment that they had no time to make a appointment for me for next week. . So I went to Maco down the street in Mansfield I would recommend MACO they have their customer service skills together.Service King acts more like it’s a Front for another company maybe the enterprise Rental car company that a has a space in there shop or something else not a body shop or they only want to work on the newer models ??? the question is if you have a new car why are you going here and not a dealership it does not make any sense .

I have been to the Mansfield location twice to get an estimate on repairing my car. Neither time was there any one there that could look at my car. First time was Wednesday at 5:50 I was told that they close at 6 and no one would have time to look at my car. So I went back on Saturday, none of the estimators were there. They were going to call me on Monday. Well that never happened either. Guess they are too busy for my business.

He refused to offer any solutions to resolve our problem. When he returned the truck, it still had the marks that he made on it identifying what needed to be repaired. After having my wifes vehicle for over 2 months, we were told they dropped the ball and forgot to tell us it was not repairable (totalled). Not only did my insurance company have to remove it from their lot a week later, Service King thought it was funny that it had been there so long. We did not find it as funny as they did. Not very professional, poor work quality. I have returned to this exact location 4 times for the same repair job. I guess they couldnt get right the 1st 3 times. In addition to that when they did repair my vehicle they left behind black fingerprint marks all over the interior of the car, on the headliner, on the seats, on the doors.I have never had so much difficulty getting a car repaired. I must say this has been the worst experience. All thanks to GEICO offering to tow it for free to this specific service king when I should have just taken it to the dealership for professional repair.Proceed with caution when seeking to have your vehicle repaired at this location. Horrible experience. This was a slight parking space door sideswipe. Fender, door and rear door scratches. Not a big job. Our first visit to pick up, I could see big spots, waves and mismatched paint from 20 ft away. Like a child did it. No emblems installed and the old side trim was put back on and destroyed. I said they had to be kidding. It took 4 trips and over 2 months to get it right, or at least acceptable. That was having thw gebsral manager involved. They clear over scratches, glass and everything. Just not a care in the world work. The worst body shop I have ever dealt with. Do not do bussiness with them!!!

Slow. Lacked Communication. Vile. They told me the day I dropped off my car that itd be done in less than a week. Today is Day 30. They also promise to call every other day. I never received a call and was forced to stop in as the representative was always away from hos desk when I called or always said hed call back as soon as he knew more and never did. To top this, for the last week my car was supposed to be ready late today, early tomorrow as they said when I stopped in because they cant ever talk on the phone. I will never shop here again and if anyone asks my advice on where to get repairs, first thing I will say is What ever you do, avoid Service King. P.S. Ive been paying for the insurance on a rental that now costs over $400 that was an original $75 max.Update: Just got off the phone with my rep, he says he cant garuntee itll be ready today as they put on the wrong wheel, still have to do the alignment (the same one theyve been attempting to do for about a week and a half) and finsh the minor details.

Steer clear of this place. Smooth talkin, everything will be great attitude, but very poor attention to detail. New hood installed wrong, new wiper arms installed reversed (left was put on right and vise versa) and wiper solution was to just put two different sized wiper blades on the vehicle. Leaking coolant when dropped off. Said it was fixed, went to pick up, still leaking. Pointed out poor install on hood at that time. Went to pick up a second time and hood still wrong. And to boot, this place will call your insurance company and tell them everything is fine--and the insurance company will believe them and then not take you seriously when you complain. What a hassle.

I specifically went to this location to be sure they would work on my specialty vehicle. They assured me they would and pushed me to set up an appointment immediately. I declined because it was an insurance deal from the other driver. After waiting almost one month for my appointment, I brought the car in and was told they could not work on it because of the type and age of car. 1 month waiting for that, after I went in and asked before making an appointment. No one could figure that out any sooner?
