This was the worst customer service I have ever received from a body shop. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is horrible and they are all a bunch of liars. They lied through the entire process and did not communicate at all. I had to call to check on the status of my vehicle, they never reached out to me. They quoted me a price and charged me more without speaking to me for approval. They quoted me a time frame for repairs without checking to see if the parts were in stock. Caleb and Andrea need to be fired and new customer service reps need to be hired. They need to know how to communicate with customers.

Let me just start off by saying, if you care about your car - DO NOT GO HERE. Do not let the ratings (have to be fake) or nice cars outside of their building fool you either! these guys do not provide a good service, they dont provide good quality, and they don’t get your car back to you anywhere near the estimated time.I decided to give macco a try even though they have a negative reputation because of the ratings, My car’s paint after just three months of it being painted looks as if someone painted it in their backyard. You can literally see every single swirl mark of the buffing process on the entire left side of my car which is the only side that they touched. I really feel like a kid at a trade school couldve done a better job than the people that they’ve hired at Maaco.Till this day I can hear a clicking noise somewhere in between my control arms and it just feels very unsafe. And yes I did bring this up immediately after the repair was finished but they just brushed it under the rug instead and didn’t care to look at it at all and they just kind of beat around the bush instead of actually taking care of the issue

We bought our son a car with a less than desirable color for Christmas. I brought it to Maaco, Mansfield, now it looks amazing and brand new.The service was exceptional from beginning to end. I called at the end of the day to see if I was able to get a round about estimate over the phone. Robert stayed open later so that I could drive down and get an accurate price. He talked me through all the different paint options that met my needs WITHOUT trying to up sell. This I appreciated very much. Based on the customer service from the phone call, the face to face interaction and pricing it wasnt a difficult decision to schedule auto painting with them. When I went to pick up the car, I was so pleased to see what a great job was done. My car had rust on the top and aged paint on the hood. Their was also damage at one of the rear quarter panels due to a previous repair that was completed correctly. We invested $2000 into body work and paint on about 3/4 of the car and were very pleased with the results.

I brought in my from bumper to be painted on a Thursday afternoon, not expecting it to be done till Monday. David was very efficient and polite in helping me out. He assured me that it would be done by Saturday at the latest. He held true to his word, and my bumper was done on Friday morning at 11. This shop is very professional, clean, and efficient. Super fast and good quality work. My car was ready 2 days ahead of when they estimated.

Paint job had paint defects on all four doors and roof they painted. This is their second attempt on painting the roof which the clear coat was peeling on. After each paint job I found overspray on the rubber trim around the windshield and windows. Poor quality job all around, and they blamed the premature rubber failure on age instead of the paint they oversprayed and had too use solvent to remoove.

I wet to get an estimate for my car the price they have on the wall start from 549/1299 we went outside and the technician told me 2500 what Im missing in the equation?

I will never go back. All I wanted was an estimate. David was completely disinterested. I felt like I was having my truck appraised by a used car salesman. All I wanted was the 499 special explained. By the time I left the price was 1600 dollars for a 22 year old truck. Dont waste your time.

I will never go back to this place in life!. All they care about is making a sale and after that they can care less about quality work, meeting deadline, and proper repair. They pushed back my pick date over 4 times which ended up costing me more money due to having to reschedule my next repairs with another shop each time. I purchased the 5 year paint option and the quality is horrible with lots of orange peel and over spray also I asked for certain items to be painted in which they didnt til I pointed it out and then had other items half sprayed. I also found masking tape marking all over the car. They left my interior a complete mess! With all the shop dust and paint being on the techs . I hope this letter reaches corporate quick!.......DO NOT GO HERE!!

How on earth do they have this rating. These photos are the way they tried to give my wife the car back on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Mirror and wheel had not been repaired.Cant recommend them and will not return

Excellent quality. Work performed was complete and my topper was installed the next day. The color match was spot on identical, not just close. Better match that the original dealer paint job. Kept me updated when I called. Price was exactly what was quoted. The truck looks new again. Five stars!

I went here to get my vehicle fixed from extensive hail damage because I figured they might be able to do a “better” job than going through the insurance company’s suggestion. I must say that I definitely made the right decision. The staff was super helpful and HONEST, which is hard to come across being a woman and involving a vehicle. The process was painless and they handled everything I had very little involvement. All I had to do was drop my car off and I pick her up when she was ready which I loved. I would recommend this Maaco location to any and all seeking PDR AND/OR PAINT services.

The Maaco in Mansfield Texas is where I had my 2007 Jeep Compass painted. This is the second time I used Mansfield, Maaco to paint a part for me. I came back because they did a very good job on the first part that I needed painted. The second was just as good as the first. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the other shops I tried. The people are very friendly and helpful. I am happy with the whole experience and If I need anything painted for one of my vehicles I will bring it here.

This was my first time to use Maaco. I usually take my Lexus to the dealership for anything I need. I thought I was cheating myself and not being true to my car. But this time with social distancing I didnt want to go to some place where there would be a lot of people. Like the dealership. So I gave Maaco a try. After all its just a small job. But I must say I was very pleasantly surprised. Not only did I get a fair deal for the work to be done, but Jennifer really made the entire experience the best. She was extremely professional and helpful with everything and not only was it completed on time but she knew I was high risk with Covid-19 so she waited until the last minute to sanitize the car before she released it to me. That was completely thoughtful of her and sincerely appreciated.If I knew who did the job I would give a shout out to them as well. My baby looks great. The color is spot on and it looks flawless. Not to mention there is a 5 year warranty. I saved a bunch not taking it to the dealership. The only upside of Covid-19 for me. I will definitely recommend them and use them again if I need it.

I brought my wifes Escape here for a new bumper cover and was very impressed with the results. It looks like it did when it came from the factory. Color matches perfectly and the seams are all perfectly aligned. Robert and his team are all very friendly and nice to work with. Pricing is very reasonable and the work was completed very quickly. I hope I dont NEED to see these guys soon but the next time I need some body work I will definitely be coming back to see them.

Great process. Had car repainted a different color. We were in a rush which isn’t good for painting. We had an area chip and called to ask what could be done. They were so helpful and told us to bring it in. We did, they repainted it and had it ready in 2 days and were super polite and nice about it. Highly recommend

Very friendly and quality of work was excellent. I was given a time for when they would be done and they didn’t hit that mark. However, they made up for it by taking $100 off my deductible and offered to help with the extra days of rental car use. Overall very saitisfied and would recommend.

A truck threw a metal bucket into our 2 month old dodge challenger on the freeway. Gauged up the spoiler and bumper. Got three different price estimates and honest service from Robert. In the end we decided to wait on getting the repairs done (because they were barely noticeable), but we were so impressed with his honesty and service that we will most definitely be bringing it here for body work!

I almost knocked my drivers side mirror completely off my car backing out of my garage. I contacted the dealer for pricing and it was double what Maaco was going to charge. I came in got an estimate from Gerson, ordered my part and days later brought my car in to be fixed. Rick took awesome care of my car, in at 9 out by 10:30am with a car wash. They’re professional & reasonably priced !! I totally recommend them..

First time coming to maaco in Mansfield. Robert and his team were exceptional during my wife’s and my visit with her car. Showroom was clean and we were greeted by Jennifer. She has great customer service and she’s very friendly. As Jennifer was getting information from my wife, I was greeted by Sirius the manager. He’s very professional and friendly as well! The whole time during our visit Robert (owner) made sure we felt comfortable and talked with us during the time. I peeked out back while some employees were coming through the back shop door and wow! Talk about organization and cleanliness! Not to mention about $200,000 with of expensive cars being worked on. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a maaco this well kept. They guys outback look friendly and happy to work there(you can tell by their facial expressions and body language). They all looked well trained and clean cut! I wonder if y’all are hiring ?Jennifer took our keys and told us that we are all set and they will take care of the rest. They also offered to either call or text or both when it’s ready.I defiantly felt assured that my wife’s car would be taken care of.4 days later we received a call stating her vehicle was ready for pick up! WOW. That was defiantly faster than expected! We went up to maaco and we were greeted again with the same amount of gratitude we received before payment. My wife’s car looks brand new again. Excellent service. Excellent management. Robert and his store seriously stand out from other Maaco’s and other paint and body shops.Do keep in mind I used maaco 5-6 years ago and well, let’s just say my experience has kept me away from maaco. Robert was friendly and knowledgeable. Brought my car in to get dent/scratch on driver side door fixed, including a one rim with rim rash. They quoted me a reasonable price. Let my car in good hands, repairs were done, and Im very satisfied with the work that was done, rim looks brand new. I would recommend them to anyone, and I would defiantly use them again.

I took my 2003 Altima in because of the old peeling paint. Its a great engine, and I absolutely loved the color, so Robert did the estimate himself, gave me a great price, and they did a beautiful job on my car, matching the old color perfectly. Their staff was great, and the whole experience was very good. Even my rental car delivery person said good things about this particular Maaco. I highly recommend it.

Great job at great price for body repairs and painting. Robert and his crew installed new and used high quality parts to help control the price. My car is over 10 years old but they still were able to do a great job matching the paint. Everyone was very friendly and they finished the job sooner than originally predicted. The lady was nice, but I think they look at dollars first. Their bid came back almost double what others charged with the caveat that there would still be paint imperfections.

They did it again!!! After getting my sons car painted, it was clear he needed to get updated headlights and side mirrors. All I had to do was call and let them know what I needed done. Robert ensured the parts were ordered. I scheduled an appointment, dropped the car off and it was finished same day. GREAT customer service and they ensure, no matter how old the car, that it’s treated like new. I will always go back as long as I need paint or repair work done.

My experience with Maaco Collision was superior to say the least. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I brought my car to them on Monday and they told me my car would be done on Friday. As I go to a different body shops and they give me an outrageous prices to fix anything on my car I go to Maaco and I met a professional gentleman name of Gerson Soto he approached me with the most professional attitude that anyone could ever ask for from a salesman and he gave me a price that wasn’t quite right for me at the time and then later on when I called him again he gave me a better price that was affordable and the work that they did on my front bumper is phenomenal outstanding and I would definitely go to them for any car issues I have in the nearby future

Maaco is an awesome place to go for an affordable paint job. My clear coat was peeling so badly on Nissan Maxima. It was only the clear coat but it looked terrible. I went to get an estimate from Jay(he was also awesome and friendly) and I was very surprised of how inexpensive it would be. There were no hidden fees what they told me is what I paid, nothing more. I was very happy when I receive my car only 3 days later! If I ever need a paint job for my car Maaco is where I would be returning and also refer my friends.
