Brian and Dave were extremely helpful - working diligently to get our issue fixed so we could get on the road as scheduled. I stopped in a little after 5 to try and get my oil changed. Before going in, I made sure they weren’t busy knowing they closed at 6. There were no cars in the bays and 4 employees standing around the counter. I asked and the response was it’s too late in the day. I thought it was a joke at first and then was told that I would have to have my car there by 3. I work until 3 which I stated. I was then referred to another shop down the road by the person who appeared to be the manager. He didn’t offer to try and make an appointment or help me figure something out. He just passed on my business. I drove down the road and gave my business to the other place. One man had me in and out the door before 6:00. Tried to support a local business but then was referred to another company by a Hamad employee. How are customers suppose to know that oil changes are cut off at 3? Exactly 3 hours before you close? I could understand if the place was busy but there was LITERALLY no cars in the bay and 4 workers not making money for your company. That sounds like a bad business model, if I were the owner.

10/10, would recommend Hamad Tire to anyone, the last time I went I had a tire change, and I went yesterday and they had two tires on BEFORE 30 minutes had passed, I literally sat down in the chairs and I was reading a book on my phone and I look up and it had been only 20 minutes and my vehicle was parked out front and ready to go. There’s a good crew of guys here, and the employees are nice to customers, I really appreciate their hard work.

The guy at the counter Dave saw me in my work uniform and as a female and tried to basically extort money out of me. I just recently had my car repaired and was told I should get an alignment. But when I went to Hamad all the things I just had repaired Hamad said everything would cost me $900 to $1000 to get repaired. When I asked for a copy of the estimate he stated I can only give it to you for forty dollars. When I declined he told the mechanic to drop it and that he would not be able to do the alignment. I took it to Goodyear tires and they couldn’t find the issues Hamad stated I needed and I got my car alignment done. Thanks for the awful service and I wouldn’t recommend any one especially women go to Hamad tires on Park Ave in Mansfield, Ohio unless you would like to be ripped off.

Ive been going to Hamad for over twenty years. They have always taken extremely good care of me as a customer. They even will work on my riding lawn mower tires. I have only had an issue with them this last year. I have taken three different vehicles in for tires and it seems like they have no inventory anymore. These were common size tires. It seems like they have to order their tires to come in to the Mansfield store. And you never know when they are going to get there. It makes it very inconvenient especially if you have a flat and need a replacement tire or a set right then. The guys are great at their jobs and very helpful. The prices are great. The only problem I see right now is that they dont have any inventory of tires. I dont know if this was a corporate decision or what oh, but I have read on Facebook several complaints and I think its going to hurt their business.

It is hard to find a reliable tire/car shop, but Ive found it here. The service is always friendly, fast, and reliable. They all do a great job on my car and do it quickly and accurately. I have gone here for a few years now and will continue to do business here. Highly recommended.

Went in for 2 snow tires; excellent time of service; they answered all my questions regarding possible alternator problems - wasnt the alternator but 2 other issues and they advised on how soon I should get those issues handled. I really appreciated the transparency and kindness of the mechanics there. No question was too small or dumb; they were professional, friendly, courteous and the prices were just right. Will be using Hamad from now on for all my tire and vehicle repair needs.

I went in to get a nail taken out of my tire. My total time there was literally 10 minutes. The staff are absolutely nice and helpful!!!! And after they took the nail out of my tire they brought it out to show me which I thought was neat. Thank you hamad tires youre the best!!!

Good out fit and fast and efficient. Had a couple issues with my car and they did a great job both times. I came in at a good time with a tire bead issue and they had me back on the road in minutes. True not an everyday thing but timing was on my side. Second things was a brake caliper. Due to the make i had to leave my car and it was done at the end of the day. The manager did a huge niece favor and ran me back to work and i did not have to call a cab. If anything else goes wrong on my car i will take it to Hamad. No question.

Ive been using this place for like 8 years but now Im done. The service has really gone straight down the toilet. The last 2 times Ive brought vehicles in here for brake service theyve not done what I asked. I dont know if the guys in the garage are just incompetent or the guy behind the counter is. The guy behind the counter needs to retire from this place or find a new job. He gets upset at the drop of a hat. I understand that dealing with customers all day is hard, Ive worked customer service before myself. I feel like he treats the customers like we are all morons that know nothing about cars. Some people dont but some of us know what were talking about. Some of us come into the shop and know EXACTLY what we need done. If they can not perform what you ask then are they dishonest or just not able to actually see whats wrong and diagnose correctly? If you try to talk to the guy behind the counter he just gets upset and talks over you. He does this in person or over the phone. I wont go into detail about my experiences but let me tell you, Im not happy with this place. Just watch out because theyll either not fix the problem and charge you like they did or do unnecessary work which screws you into paying for that and then having to go back to get the original problem fixed.

I arrived expecting to buy two new rear tires because of a screw in one of them. Their price for both tires was $200 which was way cheaper than my usual place. I asked if they could repair the tire instead and they could, total repair $16. They said it would be thirty minutes, it only took ten! So grateful for your exceptional service. If you live close, why would you go anywhere else? Brilliant!

Guys are nice . But there prices on things are outrageous. Had a muffler put on along with 2 o2 sensors. The sensors should of taken less than an hour to do both . Labor is 70 bucks an hour. They charged me 140 bucks to do them. Didnt take 2 hours. And they charged me 208 for just a muffler. No pipe work of any kind. Just a new muffler.

Got an estimate from James to replace TPMS sensor that was much lower than any other local place. He was courteous on the phone and in person. The work was completed quickly for the price originally quoted. First time using them, but Ill be back.

The service here, has really went downhill over the last couple years. 1 person will give you a quote, and when you go to pay the price is different, and gone up considerably.

If we could give 0 stars we would at this point...Doing over 30 years of business with these folks I had a defective tire from them that only had for 13 days and brought it in to have replaced They told us they wouldnt do a thing about it and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation....Lost our business for life...Sad when a company cannot back what they sell and take good care of long time customers....DONT GO TO HAMAD...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE HANDS DOWN....

Went there for a front end allignment, on Thursday January 23 2019. They told me I needed upper and lower ball joints and outter tie rod ends forseure ! And possibly idler arm and pitman arm, and my transmission leaked lol! Took the van to my mechanic and all it needed was ball joints .called them back today January 25 at 1245 pm asking them to do the allingnment, they told me the now dont do them on Chevy vans ! He saidsonlyofirestone and b&b auto does them lol dissatisfied!! They arent not trust worthy will not recommend ever and I will spread the word ! I also have the paperwork to prove they said this !

Called to schedule an alignment and told them I had to wait for it since I do not have any other means of getting home. Jim or James answered the phone. Talked to me for about 2 minutes explaining that he couldnt guarantee me the time due to other alignments from the previous days possibly going into the morning I would have scheduled. No problem. He offered me a Wednesday appointment, which was perfect, and I said lets shoot for that then. As soon as I said that he started getting pissy and saying if I wasnt going to show up then he wouldnt make an appointment for me and going on and on, not letting me get a word in. I wanted the appointment. Its hard to find places that will do an alignment on a mini Cooper. But I also am not going to be lecured by an as whole for two minutes about not being able to keep an appointment then getting treated like an idiot when I say ok we will try for that time. Never again. Learn how to talk to people. Not everyone is an idiot. Jim or James just lost business from me.

We have bought our tires from them for years, I have recommended them to everyone we know. Our daughter bought 4 tires cash & carry last week for her car, she was so pleased with the service they gave with bagging up her tires for her because of having to put them in her car. she took them out of the bags to have them put on a different set of rims for her car & discovered that the one had a cut through the side wall & they look used. Needless to say this will be the last time we will give them any of our, our friends or other families members business. She said to me remember that day mom when I picked up my tires mom & the one guy was telling us about the guy who wrote them a bad check mom & they still havent got their money from him, guess they got screwed over by him so they are going to screw a young lady who worked hard & saved every penny for a emergency (tires for my car). which drained her savings. Lesson learned guess you cant trust anybody any more.I dont even want to give them any stars but I cant post my comment without giving one.
