Was there around 2:00 p.m. this afternoon and Matt gave me the parts I needed as quickly as possible.. He was hustling as he was the only one there but kept a smile on his face and was very polite and understanding of my bad mood. Came here, asked for what I needed, recieved product, paid for it, then left. Thats about all you can ask for from an auto part store, keep it simple here and youll get what you need. If they were to have their vacant car wash spaces turned into a repair shop, so I could have a reliable place to bring my vehicle for maintenance, thatd be awesome and deserving of five stars.

If they dont have the parts you need in stock, they can usually get them later that day or next day

Just had the absolute best experience with Mr. Matt. He was extremely knowledgeable and was extraordinarily respectful. He was absolutely swamped but took the time out to help every customer while keeping cool and collected. This Young man has earned a lifer for napa auto parts. Thank you washington auto parts for employing such knowledgeable staff, and being so well stocked!!!

Sold us a belt that broke in 1 hour. Tried to return it and was told it was our fault.

This specific NAPA store was recently sold and bought by another company. They went from $500,000 in inventory to $1.4 million in inventory. They have the parts that you need today! They even had a part that the dealership doesnt carry! Knowledgeable guys that know cars is a rarity today in an auto parts store. These guys know their stuff.

Had the parts ready at the counter when I arrived.

They can order parts that are not stocked, are not packed with people if you want to browse, and have fairly competitive prices.

I ordered brake parts via the web and was happy to see that NAPA was cheaper than all the other parts stores and I got a discount for using the web. Even better. Got just what I needed and the staff was great help.

They gave me the wrong parts....had to wait 2 days to return them. Dude at the counter didnt even listen to what I want. He knew everything already I guess. At least they exchanged with no hassle.
