Most staff decent, have some ppl in positions they ought not be in

AutoZone has always been my number one favorite because they are so helpful with products for your vehicle and more they give you informative information and they even come and help if you dont know what youre doing so for this very reason Im going to have to give him five fingers up

The older dude Brian thinks he’s a know it all behind the register mechanic! I needed a thermostat and a hose he irritated me to the point that I said to hell with it you can keep the thermostat too! It’s always a joke in there.

Decent availability of parts.. Staff is nice. A couple of the front counter staff know what they are doing. The rest, not so much. I always look parts up on their website and give them a list of part numbers. This seems standard of any current generation of parts stores.

Went in to get a tail light, the book tells me the wrong bulb so I come back to get the proper bulb and the employee tells me he has to return the bulb on my card then I can purchase the new bulb (same price) which took 15 minutes to do. I check my account and was charged for the bulb twice, and call the store and talk to Shawn (assistant manager) and he tells me that I have to drive back 1.5 hours away to get refunded. Then as I tell him thats ridiculous to drive 3 hours for $8.62 he hangs up on me. I will NEVER go to AutoZone again.

I dont normally go here, but I called around for a couple hard to find parts and they found all of them, got them to me in one day and gave me a discount.

Long line and was there forever trying to find the right air filter. They werent in order and was people that were there before me still waiting for help, we all left without anything we were there for went somewhere else and got it

I went to AutoZone to have my truck batteries tested and found out 1 of them was bad. Shawn sold me a new battery and installed it for me. It wasnt the easiest battery to install, the area was small and my truck is tall, and its already very humid out, but Shawn was very professional and got the old one out and the new one in. Great job Shawn! Sorry it was such a pain! I will definitely shop this store again!

Actually put the wiper blades for free and Actually volunteered to put them on.

I know a lot about cars and what parts I can replace on my own and what I need my husband to help with so it is done correctly. I appreciate the fact you had what I needed but surprised that the man helping me was a bit dismissive or shocked that I knew what I was talking about--yes there are woman that can work on cars!

Decent prices, helpful but not pushy sales people. Used online digital coupon & saved myself $10. All around not bad for parts etc.

Needed a new battery, bought one here and they installed it for free on the spot! 👏 (not sure if I got the best price but the employees and immediate installation were great!) also they read check engine codes for free here so you dont have to take it to a shop to know whats wrong with your car

I ordered and paid for parts and they forgot to order them. When they finally did, the distributor was out. When I went back to get reimbursed they only did part of the order. I had to go back a second time to get fully paid back. Very shoddy operation.

Saw and heard multiple employees while I waited at the register and not one employee addressed that I was there or asked if I needed help. One employee walked right passed me and asked the other customer, who was already being helped, if he needed anything and then bolted to the back when he said he was good. At least 4 employees walked by me and nobody said a word.

I dont dislike it. I just have not been inside. My wife was meeting a friend there to pick something up. Slightly awkward parking lot to access, but it was also busy in town too (day after black friday, so still crazy)

Great employees that treat customers well. They tend to be very knowledgeable as well as helpful with any part related issues you may have. Autozone is the only parts store I trust in my town.

Friendly store personell. They can usually answer what questions I have and when Ive asked for a product recommendation the advice is spot-on. If they dont know they check with someone else and dont wing it. Competitive pricing and a rewards program thats meh. OReillys is better.

The service was quick and friendly. The employees seemed knowledgeable and were able to quickly assess and solve my problem.

Dont buy anything here, extremely over priced, and they wont price match anything. Local competitors only yet they said walmart is not a local competitor. Only buy from here if you cant wait to order it online or if everywhere else in mankato is out of stock.
