Kia of Mankato is amazing! They make you feel like family! Stop in and ask for Jake, he gave me some tips on how to get my credit score where it needed to be to get the vehicle I wanted! Found a car at this dealership (2 hours from where we live) reached out and spoke to Taylor. Discussed availability and financing. Drove the 2 hours there to find out Taylor was not available, the car we talked about was not for sale and financing through our local bank was not an option. UPDATE: I spoke with Matthew the General Sales Manager, he acknowledged the issues and told me he was already making steps in the right direction to not let it happen again on their end. I’m very happy that they acknowledged the issues I was having and did the right thing to correct it as it was out of my control. I had a great experience with Matthew and am hopeful this will not happen again!I recently received an email from Kia for my first oil change/tire rotation on my new car. It was a coupon for $39.99 I went to my appointment yesterday and showed one of the service workers the coupon, they said great and I waited for my service to be done. Once it was complete Yvette was helping me, where I was told the total was $77.99, and the coupon wouldn’t work with my car. Instead of informing me of this prior to the service I was surprised after the fact. I had brought it up to Yvette and said it would have been nice to know the price difference prior to the services being done and that the coupon wouldn’t work with my car. I was told it’s been an issue and she was pretty rude at this point and told me I was more than welcome to go somewhere else for services. I also over heard her rudely telling another customer that since they had to do his service and it was getting late that a service technician would have to stay late. Almost making it feel like it was his fault. I was very unimpressed by her lack of professionalism. I choose to get my services done at Kia because that is where I lease my car. It seems like I need to take my services elsewhere.

10 out of 10! On a whim I decided I wanted to trade in my car, I had been pondering the idea for some time before but I never took any steps to actually doing it until Friday at 7am. The whole process was wonderful from being given the option to text instead of speak over the phone (since I was at work and not available for actual phone calls) all the way to the actual buying process. Issac Hernandez was ready for all the questions I had and had every answer I needed to feel comfortable. He asked a lot of questions about me and my familys needs as well and got me into the car he felt would best suit what we needed - AND HE WE RIGHT!! Everyone who worked there was so welcoming and very laid back! Big big bonus to them as well because they interacted with my 5 year old daughter and answered all her questions, its always nice when people actually acknowledge her and dont just pretend she doesnt exist. Hunter Cunningham helped my wife and I find a 2021 Telluride Nightfall Edition. We have a growing military family that needs a reliable car that can fit us all when we want to travel back home. Hunter really put in some extra effort staying passed closing time to get us the SUV as soon as possible. These SUV’s are very hard to find right now but Hunter was able to find one with very little wait time. Normally I don’t finance through the dealer but their rates for military were the best I could find. Hunter was very nice, professional, and completely up front about everything. Make sure you find him when you walk in!

I went to Kia of Mankato for oil change. The service advisor, Shelby, was very friendly and professional. She explained very well what has been done and what is recommended for further service. I felt very confident about the service and professionalism of the staff there. One thing that you may need to know is that Kia of Mankato is very busy (It is not difficult to guess why) and making an appointment is sometimes challenging if you need their service right away. So I would suggest to make an appointment a couple of weeks ahead.

I was very upset when it took an hour and 50 minutes for an oil change was planning to never come back. When my car was done she went over the charges and said something about a tire rotation when I had specifically said we didnt need one because we just got new tires. Robbie at Mankato Kia did a great job on keeping me informed of everything that was going on. He called me to let me know that there was more things that needed to be done before putting my car back and then having to undo it all just because I had said yes to go ahead. They waited until they heard from me to move forward with anything. The communication was great if I had a question or anything they had an answer other wise once again they called me.

I preordered a 2022 Telluride and within a day or two I had a confirmed ETA from Matthew of approx 10 weeks. I tried to order from a more local dealership (I live in ND) and was told it would take a year! My car arrived in MN on Sept 1 and it showed up on my doorstep that same evening. Rude staff. I wouldn’t recommend going there. Called in advance to test drive. Drove a half hour and then had to go through 30 minutes or question and had my license ran. Then they told me they don’t even have a car on site I could drive. 100% lost an easy sell. I will take business elsewhere.

I never had any issues with Kia Services until today. Im having issues with my car and need it at least to be checked out. I was told to drop off the car or wait for 3 1/2 weeks to get in. Im unable to drop off car, due to work schedule, neither do I have family living here. This is insane! Not happy!
