This location was great with extremely friendly staff. But..... the company itself is a disaster. During the pandemic my son’s cello that mind you I pay $50 a month for with protection. Needed a new bridge because his got warped throughout the school year. When I called the customer service number I was told all stores were closed and the only way to get it fixed/replaced was to wait for them to mail me out a replacement which would have taken almost 2 weeks. This was not an acceptable accommodation when there was other instrument repair shops that could fix it so he could attend his last 3 classes. So, I declined the replacement and went to a local repair shop and got it back in 2 days.When the store opened back up and I returned the cello they said to see if customer service would refund me for the repair due to the unusual circumstances. So, I called and the woman in customer service notified me there was nothing they could do for me with no good explanation, a rude manner and therefore I will not do business with them ever again.

These guys are the best; 10 stars. Bought a really nice soprano sax there a couple months ago. It got damaged in a freaky accident in the pit just 6 hours before opening night of a show; was not playable. Yikes. Brought it to M&A and they took it right in for emergency repair. Fixed it up like new and was back ready for the show with an hour to spare. The sales staff and repair dude are awesome.

I have loved this place ever since I first started taking band in middle school. Now, as a private music teacher, they are a huge help. They helped me buy my new professional flute, and uphrase my piccolo and get a sax. They have all the books I use to teach with. Finally, they have the best staff. Its pleasure to do business with them!

The place near me is very nice, the people there are always ready to help with anything you may need, and are very polite. They do not always call back, but overall the customer service is great. If you leave an instrument with them for them to fix, itll be done much faster than youd expect (dont expect ridiculous things like in a half an hour, thats very rare and only if in an emergency, it might be fixed within an hour). My music teacher works there, I believe, and whenever he was there I loved to say hi to him. Overall, Music and Arts is a nice place, and I would recommend it to any music players in need of a music store.

I went in with a cheap violin that needed strings, Julia sold me new strings and installed them, tuned them along with educating me while she worked at no extra charge. This is now why I will go there first - GREAT customer service. Great prices.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I purchased a gift card for my daughter for 130.00. Which was what the gentleman stated would be just enough. When she went in for her first lesson they said I needed to pay an extra fee of 40$ for deposit (Which I was never told). When i gave them my credit card to charge the 40$ deposit fee they ended up charging me 3 times and said they would give me 2 free lessons. (Which they never did) My daughter has now had 4 lessons and i called to cancel and they said i needed to give a two weeks notice and also pay another 56$. So in other words they tried charging me 226.00 for 4 lessons. Unbelievable.They also didnt mention the fact that their instructors charged whatever they wanted so instead of 25$ per lesson it was really 28$. I recommend you go elsewhere for lessons. Good luck

Average place, front desk folks are not professional and seems to be always on training. They dont know lot of things, when you call them they will promise to call back which they never do. I am looking out for a new place for Piano lessions.

I was charged a payment on February 5th. I continue to get collection notices though they processed my final payment. The 1-800 customer is absolutely horrible. The lady at the local store was kind and helpful at least.

Where else can an 11 year old rent a delicate instrument, play it, break it, get it repaired, play again,break it again and repeat. Then they would take it back in trade to purchase a better one. I found them very accommodating when it comes to changing around lesson times.When it comes to high volume and credit cards and auto debit, there is bound to be glitches such as card decline. They probably need more employees in that department.I love how I can stand there while my child takes his lesson and they are willing to answer any question about the instruments.As long as my child is in school, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

They make it very inconvenient to return instruments. I was told to return to one location, spent the day driving there, and then was told it was the wrong location. Now I am trying to mail the instrument back, and they got all testy about that and they keep charging me for the instrument, despite their mistake. Very expensive, too, for a cheap looking instrument. We rented a flute and could have bought a used one for the price of 3 months of the rental. Do not recommend.
