I just want to let everyone know that going to the Verizon store in Madison is like going to visit family. They treat you so well and make you feel at home. I would recommend all my friends using Verizon here in Madison. The phone service is excellent as well.

Awesome experience... a different provider that i wont mention was such a horrible experience.. verizon has been like a breath of fresh air. Keep up your current standards and give em the pickel. Your customers.. i refer to a business movie about a mans thriving food service when other place are all going out of busniess. He needs a phone for his business and can’t go without.Kyle was very helpful, got what he was looking for in a phone and was able to transfer all his data, emails and contacts. We have been doing business with Wireless World for about 15 years when we moved here. Excellent service and have never really had any issues with Verizon.

We had excellent service by knowledgeable staff. They were professional, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. My Mom needed assistance with her cellphone and they were able to help her accomplish what she needed done. I was interested in the Bluetooth speakers and they were able to answer all my questions and match the product that worked best for me.

Dustin was exceptional! I went in late in the day and wanted to check out an Apple Watch and he was able to set me up with a new 5 and found a way to save money on a different plan!! All the while helping out 2 other customers. I live 2 hours away but I know that the Madison Wireless World will always take care of my needs!!
