I went in near close so my wait time wasnt that long. Regardless, the service I received was top notch. The staff I interacted with were friendly and quick to assist me with setting up a new phone and account on Verizon. Adan was the staff member I worked with and they were beyond exceptional; they provided me the best customer service experience Ive ever had and at the end of the work day too. Im still new to the Verizon network so how good their service performs for me remains to be seen, but one thing for sure is the customer service at this store will leave you feeling nothing short of 100% satisfaction and contentment.

An order I placed online was accidentally cancelled by a Verizon rep, so they instructed me to go into this store to get the phone there to make up for the mistake. When we met with an employee at the store we explained the situation, he logged into my account and told me customer service was wrong and they hadnt cancelled my order. I showed him my confirmation email from Verizon and my confirmation on the Verizon app, both showing that my order had been cancelled. He told me the Verizon employees I spoke to before coming in didnt know what they were talking about and that he wouldnt set me up with a new phone because my order was never cancelled and my phone would ship that day and would be delivered at a later date. The date came and went and the phone never came and customer service has once more confirmed that my order was cancelled and the phone was never shipped. Between driving out to the store and waiting in the car for my turn I lost 2.5 hours of time. The sales rep was very dismissive, seemed put off, and refused to even try to help as he was convinced the other two Verizon employees I talked to were wrong and hadnt told me the truth. He spent less than 5 minutes talking to us and never did anything to double check my situation or see if there was anything he could do. Im very frustrated with the whole situation and do not plan to go back to this store again and am honestly considering changing to another carrier all together. Verizon has great cellphone coverage but time and time again, Ive seen that their customer service is abismal.

I absolutely love the guys working here. Very knowledgeable and always a fun experience. The verizon corporation on the other hand is a pain. Theres no reason to route people through to the digital assistant that genuinely need to ask one question or to schedule an appointment. 30-60 mins of your day wasted on a phone call so they can save money on a call center. Screw you verizon!

Tl;dr dont bother with this Verizon, just use the digital assistant/online agents (though they will try to upsell you too).Terrible service today over the phone. Agent assured me that a different (cheaper) plan was identical to our current one. It was not identical; we promptly lost Amazon Cloud access after the switch. He added add-ons without asking (for extra cost), and despite the fact that I specifically asked which discounts we were eligible for, he failed to mention 3 big ones (that I later found myself). Worst customer service Ive experienced with Verizon. And its not great to begin with.

Layout of store was very nice. Very clean and well laid out. Not really attentive though. We waited for 20 minutes for assistance on an online order pickup and had to find someone at that point. Apparently they shoot a text to you to ask for assistance but since we were buying a phone we didnt see it.... once we had their attention it was fine.

This place actually made me come back twice to get a phone issue solved. What is it with Verizon, where they just cant get anything right? They are lucky they have a job, and should be thankful for customers, cant wait till my contract is up. Probably just suspend my service and f uck them.... I was just told by Verizon Corporate these words WE HAVE A BIGGER LEGAL DEPARTMENT THAN THE PENTAGON THEY ADDED HOME PROTECTION ON BOTH MY PHONES, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR MY CONSENT. THE ONLY GOOD THING THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME,WAS TO GIVE ME A $250. 19 CREDIT, COVERING MY PHONE BILL THIS MONTH. THE REP I JUST SPOKE TO, WAS VERY CONDENSENDING, and repeated the same things 5 times. Verizon users beware, check your phone bill, and see if they added home protection to your bill without your knowledge, it was under the guises of Covid19 relief. This is solely my opinion.

This store has a huge selection of phones. My local Verizon doesnt compare. Staff was pretty good to work with although Verizon doesnt give them enough information to work with as far as release dates and what may be available coming soon. I went in to see if they knew if and when they would be getting the OnePlus 8 on the shelves and they hadnt heard it was even going to be a possibility. Yet Verizon has verified with OnePlus that they will stock their product. So whats the deal Verizon? Guess Ill buy straight from them and cut you out. Would be 5 stars if it wasnt for corporate.

I took the afternoon off to go have my phone checked out. This is my 4th phone from Motorola that Ive had issues with. All different issues also. This time it wasnt charging fully. I walk into the store and was greeted promptly and friendly. Thats the reason for the 1 star. They then plugged my phone in and it started to charge, but unless I stayed around for hours, there would be no way to know a full charge. It seemed like they were calling me a liar for this issue, so I unplugged and went home. I then plugged it in at home and it made it to 45% after 3 hours. I then called Verizon tech support and they were extremely helpful. A diagnostic on my phone showed a software problem with the most recent update causing the charging issue. They are sending a new phone immediately and apologized for the poor support at the store. They suggested I use the tech coach app for all if any future issues. I will not be using this store again, but I will now stay with Verizon because of their awesome tech support.

Have had verizon for 6 days now. Switched my business account over from us cellular after 20 plus years. Activated 3 lines, 2 which we purchased new iphone 11s for, the third was a phone we brought over that the saleman told us was compatable for verizon. Turns out we were lied to, and the manager basically told my wife, too bad, youll have to buy a new phone and will not help us out. I own a small business and know that I will see my customers again, and the WIS BBB frowns on unethical practice. The attitude of the manager is the troubling part. Im still working on this, so more to come.

Rebate plan for switching to Verizon from a different carrier appears to be a fraud!! .... is a fraud!....Over 15 minutes on hold waiting to resubmit my rebate request with a customer service representative. First 13 minutes complete silence. Easy to mistake that you are not connected and hang up....30+ minutes to find out the email indicating I must resubmit a rebate request was an error...Now received an email that says I must wait 16 days to learn if my rebate request is validated...Time to contact Attorney General Josh Kaul. Interstate wire fraud is a federal offense if Im not mistaken.

For the amount of people waiting in line, I was check in right away. And was triple checked on; making sure i was checked in - so great!! I was able to get my new phone quick and easily. They had what I wanted in stock. Kyle, was very professional, funny and respectful. Knew all of my questions and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed and that my screen protector was placed on perfectly. Ive been using this location for my Verizon services for years and every time is a memorable experience. Oh - and I was given a water on the way out as the door being opened.

I setup my phone at home...Verizon called me later (I didn’t get that message) because they need more information. So I went back the next day & had to wait over an hour to talk to someone to get my phone setup. Awful customer service!

I was in the store about a half hour after opening this morning. Im a prepaid customer and wanted to switch phones, but thought I needed a new sim card because it was a different size. I wasnt even sure they would assist with prepaid, but Samuel helped me immediately upon entering the store. I was in and out, with my phone switched over, in under ten minutes. Super pleased with my experience!

Made an appt to meet with someone to discuss reactivating an old phone for elderly relative. Or consider other options. CSR was so rude and disinterested, didnt even try to hide the fact he wasnt interested in helping us. Thanks to him, we went elsewhere, received fantastic assistance, suggestions, and ultimately not only added a new line, but also upgraded with no regrets. You gave another businesses our business. Drove 50 miles after a snow storm...I see the owner commented. However, this was our 2nd bad experience so youve lost us. The discussion needs to be with your staff. They work in a professional manner and know how to work towards a solution for whatever kind of problem you may have. While one employee was applying my screen protector, a man who I presume was the manager looked over her shoulder and announced we should really start charging for applying these, dont you think? Didnt even have the balls to address me. I get a couple more passive aggressive comments as they applied my screen protector with multiple bubbles and a hair under it. I call him out on his childish comments and he froze like a deer in headlights. Literally couldnt remember how to speak. It was the only enjoyable moment of the interaction. Typical trash service from Verizon. Dont think Ive ever had a good experience in their stores. The trend continues.Oh, and they overcharged me for the product they sold.

HORRIBLE!!! These people are real quick at selling phones but not wanting to resolve issues with the crap they sell! Something they dont tell you if you want to return your phone is that they charge you $35 restock fee which is ridiculous! Also if you dont use the whole month of service they will not refund any part of the plan. Im out of $98 because of Verizon. I had my phone a week with horrible service, paid $150 for everything and only got $47 back, only having the phone and service for 4 days :/. I would not recommend this company to anyone .

Gone here for years. Came in. Wanted one product. Carried there. In stock. Took 22 minutes for them to learn how to ring up one phone case. Had my dog in the car for what should have taken 2 minutes and has in the past. Inexcusable, and as a supervisor for another job, Id be furious if an employee performed this poorly at what should be the easiest aspect of the job.

After spending approximately 3 hours in several Verizon stores from Brookfield to Mayfield to monona to Fitchburg to East Towne spending multiple hours on the phone with customer service and then also with their technicians it is determined that there are no phones on the planet that can be activated with Verizon going through 11 phones we were unable to activate any of them on the network when speaking with customer service the original phone was deactivated off of the network and because of their rules they will not reactivate it although my services have already been paid and remain paid to this day I cannot gain access to that phone to receive a text message which will allow me to have the phone number and address of my parents I live almost a thousand miles away is there any benevolent soul on the planet that would allow me to use a phone over there so that I can get this done? I asked the same question in the Verizon store on East Towne Mall off of Washington in Madison Wisconsin and of course that was not possible its against the rules dot-dot-dot Verizon youve done it again f*** you is my new password for Verizon phones

I was told a 20 minute wait time. Sure no problem, except 20 minutes became over an hour and I had prior engagements to attend to. Moral of the story there is absolutely no customer service at this store. I had to walk out. I watched 5 employees tend to two customers. I watched an employee texting as she came out of the bathroom and then it took her 20 minutes to put her phone down and help a customer. Worst customer service ever.

Very busy on weekends, but mostly efficient. I arrived Saturday afternoon to get a new SIM card (switching from micro to nano) and told there was a 30-40 minute wait but I can put down my number and theyll notify me when its my turn. My Verizon let me know that I was in the queue, so I went across to East Towne mall, and headed back when pinged. I also received a call that it was my turn and they waited for me. Overall a decent experience. Its just too bad it is so busy on the weekends!
