I’ve purchased twice from Macon Bed and Mattress. Both times have been an incredible experience. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and assisted every step of the way. When it comes to future purchases, this will be the only place I go. I shopped around before my second purchase and ended up right back to them. Won’t make that mistake again if shopping around. If they don’t have it, they will find it for you!!

Robin Horton provides excellent customer service and he knows his mattresses. I even walked out with some ribs that he shared with me. What an awesome guy!

I walked in and within 15 minutes I had a bed purchased at a good price. I appreciate that they tell me what they have, and at what price. They dont waste time trying to oversell - they help you get stuff done. Forgive me, as I dont remember the name, but the nice lady overseeing the #2 location on Riverside Dr was super nice. Ive had other mattress stores from certain big chains waste 30+ minutes of my time sometimes. Its nice to not have to deal with that. Now I am sleeping well!

I purchased a mattress the end of June, they charged my account and gave me mattress covers. Said it would be 2 weeks for delivery, no problem. After 2 weeks, no call, I called them and it wasnt on the truck. I called back in 3 weeks not on the truck. I told them I wanted my money back. Sorry customer service, the manager told me on the phone to keep the mattress covers. 5 weeks later the owner asked me if I found a mattress, I said yes $200 cheaper and delivered in 2 days. He wanted the mattress covers back and harassed me through text messages until I blocked him. Worse than poor customer service.

We bought a mattress and we had a warranty issue a little over a year later. The store called the manufacturer and we received full credit for another mattress in the store. They did all of the work for us and were very nice about it. We are repeat customers and will definitely be back! They are really nice people to deal with. I highly recommend Macon Bed & Mattress!

I was at the Mercer location. One of the owners took time out of her busy day, to make sure I had the best mattress set for what I had to spend. She didnt high pitch sell me and because of that, now I will only but from Macon Bedroom and Mattress. Thanks Dawn..

I hate such a great experience this evening at Macon Bedroom and Mattress. As soon as I entered Jackie came over to help me out. I was looking for an adjustable bed and she showed me several great choices and explained all the important differences. When she found out I was shopping for someone who is ill her care and empathy was so appreciated. She worked in my budget. I left very happy !

Me and my family were greeted cheerfully and promptly. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about their product, I felt very comfortable and didnt feel pressured into rushing into a decision that we would live with for a good 10 years. We shopped around and nobody compared to Macon Bed and Mattress in customer service, or knowledge and selection. We were happy with our selection and even received a follow up call to see if we were happy! I loved my purchase and how warm me and my family were treated. We saved lots of money and they even delivered it for free! I suggest strongly to visit the staff at Macon Bed and Mattress for the best experience. We LOVE OUR MATTRESS

My partner and I had looked at a few other stores for a full mattress, leaving empty handed. However, Jason, the salesman here, showed us right to the back for beds within our limited budget. Given our current living situation (sleeping on an air mattress), Jason inventoried the full mattresses within the store within our budget that we could pick up within the day. We ended up purchasing a full mattress set for a wonderful price. Not only did Jason bring the price down from the original, but he eliminated the costs for taxes, saving us around $60! We were very pleased with Jasons willingness to work with us. He was pleasant, informed, and understanding. While I hope that our mattress lasts us a long time, I would buy another mattress here in a heart beat.

Slow it down Jason. Do not try to force the sale. LISTEN and be patient. Know when your pushing it to far. They have some nice beds. Just tried a little to hard to sell me on the spot even though I said I would be back. Felt very uncomfortable with sales tactics. Ended up buying from Mattress Firm on Riverside, which provided ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service.Check out Mattress Firm before you buy!

Needed to replace our mattress. Macon Bed & Matress gave outstanding service. And true to their guarantee. Our Mattress was mis marked at the factory, D made arrangements to pickup the original purchased ones and sent a replace at no extra delivery charge. Very satisfied with replacement mattress. Never purchase again...... The purchase went well paid for merchandise. Claim to have a warranty but not honored to satisfy the customer. I purchased King Size mattress along with box spring foundaty for my Ashley Northshore Set.The mattresses after 10 months sounds horrible even with a 10 year old laying comfortable. Called store several times call wasnt returned until I called back. The salesman that initially took my call never called back - had someone from warehouse which stated its the box spring to change. I disagreed claim the owners would call no call as of yet its been a week.Surely have told my state co-workers of this ordeal not satisfied with service after my purchase. Also was told I had a 10 year warranty

Horrible!!! I called yesterday to get some information that I needed on a specific mattress and the sales associate tells me that the person that usually orders the beds isnt there and that he just started.I then proceed to tell him where the penalty of law tag is located and he says we are swamped and I cant really help you. He then hangs up in my face. I called back to tell him that I thought that was rude and that they need to work on their customers service he says uhmmm we are still swamp and I tell him that I was trying to get some info about it so I can purchase from them but I want be doing that anymore based on how I was treated over the phone. He was very nonchalant about it and then says they are still very swamped and hangs up AGAIN in my face. The whole situation was very unprofessional and I feel as though if Im going to spend my hard earned money I should do it somewhere that I feel like the customer service is up to par. At the end of the day no business can survive without customers and the way he treated me on the phone was wrong. I would not recommend this place if it was the only mattress place in Macon!!!
