Went here to buy lottery tickets. Then did a little shopping. They have added more self check outs. Sometimes its faster, depending on the person thats checking themselves out.

Waited 4 hours for $2 worth of prescriptions! Pharmacy is the worst! Publix is where Ill take my prescriptions from now on!

New to the area and just started shopping at this location. Ive been in here 3 times now and it always smells like gasoline. At first, I thought it was just my imagination. But the second time, I really noticed it, but said nothing. Today, I went in an the smell hit me in the face like a punch...even with my mask on. I asked an employee why it smells like gasoline and he said he didnt smell anything. I then asked to speak with a store manager. The manager appeared indifferent and bored as he stated to me that its been like this for years. The fire department has been here and they cant find out why it smells like gasoline. But its not hurting anyone... How would he know that? It hurt me, because it gave me a headache and I could taste it in my mouth. Needless to say, I cut my shopping trip very short and quickly left the store. I still needed a few things, but I went to Publix instead. I was wearing the wrong kind of mask inside today...I should have had a gas mask on.

Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful stuff. Everybody stood around doing nothing while I waited 30 minutes for a balloon. The store is horrible and they don’t care about anybody but themselves. Employees extremely rude. They all sit around looking at their phones while customers wait for close to 30 minutes just to get a balloon.

THEY DESERVE A 0!!!!! WORST PHARMACY SERVICE EVER!!! Beware of this pharmacy!!! The last several interactions with them have been absolutely ATROCIOUS!!!!! This was our last experience... My husband was sick and his doctor called in a couple presriptions at 11am.. He went to pick up his medications around 4 pm that day and they STILL werent ready!! He proceeded to wait (in his weakened state) for another hour and a half along with many other disgruntled customers.. The pharmicist even argued with him about how the doctor had prescribed his medications!!!!! Go anywhere but here for your prescription needs!!!!!!!!!

Decent spot with good stock, carefully cleaned and staffed. Customers span the range of diversity. Pharmacy helpful.Some issues with mess in the parking lot not being cleaned quickly, but that is more on the customer who causes it.

Employees were very unattentive, unhelpful, and unwelcoming. They have no problem holding conversations in front of you while simultaneously ignoring you. Ive been shopping here since 2011. The older employees are great and consistently helpful. The new gang if employees post-covid kind of suck customer service wise.

This Kroger is going downhill fast. Theyre always out of stock and today the produce section was swarming with gnats. Ill start going back to Publix where I can count on items being fresh.

You see the hours posted. So why are they closed before the time posted? Its posted for a reason. This was a waste of time coming here. The service at this location is very bad and getting worse. Second meal making for friends housing me for few weeks. Big Porttabella mushrooms stuffed with Salmon and side of Spaghetti Squash. Stores are worse now than before Covid about keeping belts clean.

This is for the Pharmacy department specifically. I went there this morning to pick up a prescription and not only was the tech (light skin woman with short braids or twist and glasses) rude to the person in front me, but to myself and two elderly people and it’s so sad. I was so close to giving her a piece of my mind but I decided to snap a picture and post a review instead. The fact of the matter is, when you’re a healthcare professional who deals with elderly people more times than often you need to have a certain level of patience and understanding. When you’re a in any industry PERIOD you need to practice good customer service!!! This women needs some additional training and evaluating because her entire attitude and demeanor that I witnessed today was definitely a bad look for this Kroger.

Twice in the past week I have shopped this Kroger and both times the attendant behind theDeli counter had a mask on with her nose hanging out. I see this all the time at Kroger but the person behind the Deli counter breathes directly on the open food. Both times I asked for the manager and told them about it. They may correct the person but they CLEARLY dont care as it happens all of the time. I call this Kroger the Covid Kroger. During the pandemic we have to take precautions to keep it from spreading. Eat food from the Deli at your own risk!I went back for a 3rd timeand nothing has changed. Again I asked for the manager and reported the situation.

Ive used the curbside pickup at this Kroger location several times over the past couple of months. Every time my order has been correct and the service prompt and friendly. Thank you to all of the employees doing curbside service at this store - you have made a difficult time for all of us more pleasant.

This Kroger has gone down so fast, every time I go in there its dirty and never fully stocked! Today did it for me trash all over the place! Big puddle of water in one of the lanes I told a worker so no one would get hurt & got an attitude! Then I got to check out and cashier tells me she wont check me until I finish unloading my whole cart! One reason I keep going to this kroger its because its the closest to me but I wont be back Id rather drive a little further to a clean stocked store and not deal with all the attitude! I will always be contacting there corporate office !

Today I had a young man named Aaron, help me to my car and helped me load in my groceries because I am pregnant. He also helped me when I had a question while shopping without hesitation. Even after working all day and working all this upcoming week up until Christmas he still has such a great attitude and is still so helpful. I had no cash to offer him and asked if he had PayPal or some other way I could send him a tip and he said No, dont worry about it, it was my pleasure to help you. Shout out to Aaron, (young black guy, just in case theres multiple Aarons). If you see this, your kindness meant so much to me tonight.

This Krogers always seems dirty. I bought a pint of ice cream a few days ago. Went to open it today at it was freezer burned. Checked the expiration date - expired in Aug 2020. Dirty Krogers got me again.

They have a wide selection but they’re usually out of things quick and never have enough checkout lines open which is super annoying when you’re trying to get out of the store.

Absolutely mismanaged and disgusting store. Discarded masks all over the parking lot, trash everywhere on the floor at the entrance, cans overflowing at 5pm today... No towels to clean carts.. This store is a disgrace.

I had a gift check that was given to me from the company I work for, the wife and I decided to visit the local Kroger to use for a few items we needed for a dinner. When we presented the gift check to the cashier, they immediately became condescending and acted as if my wife and I were trying to deceive her into taking it to pay for the items. The cashier called a manager, they gave us the quick up and down look and said that we would have to spend the entire amount of the gift check. No problem, the wife and I started to head back to the grocery area to pick out a few more items to comply and if we went over, no problem, well pay the difference. No, that didnt satisfy the cashier, she demanded that we take what we had out of the cart and leave it with her. I felt so embarrassed because other customers were looking at us and Im sure that they all thought we were trying to scam the store. Needless to say, we just decided to leave and we went to the Publix next door where by the way, they accepted the gift check without any gestapo type questioning or condescending attitudes....

This is the 3rd time I have had to take something back because it was old. The 2nd time they never called me back. This item was fully stocked so I wasnt thinking to check the date on it. This kroger has just gone down hill! And make sure you remember the price of your items because they are good for putting a lower price under the item and when you get to the register its something different and Im not talking about the kroger plus card price . I always have to go to customer service to get the difference they had charged me. When you have coupons make sure the cashier scan them.

I have been using this pharmacy for the last 10 yrs but, for the last two dont know what happend but, everything is chaos.

Ive been underwhelmed by the self checkout customer service staff many times at this location as they seem kinda unenthusiastic but during my most recent visit I was reminded that one person named Courtney is ALWAYS pleasant and helpful. Just wanted to take a moment to specifically thank her for assisting and being consistent with her personality. Hire more people like her!

I found out I needed extra ingredients for my family Christmas dinner at work, didn’t get off till 6 pm... Kroger listed on google that they close at 7 and I called to make sure and they said 7... I rushed there after work and got there by 6:35 only to find close doors and employees telling me I can’t get in... I was so hurt and crush cause I thought my dinner was ruin and I shop at Kroger’s all the time... the Publix right next door let me... Thanks Kroger’s and Merry Christmas

Love the people that work there. They help when you need it without bothering you when you dont need help. Always great and helpful staff! Prices much better than Publix as well as a better selection of products. Love their natural and healthy selections! The only thing that I do not like is their own healthy products brand because they contain too many extra ingredients so try never to buy those!

I was in this Kroger this morning and the first bad experience was the pharmacy. My husband has a certain medicine that has to be filled every month. They NEVER have it!!! They want the Dr to write a prescription 3 days early. Drs dont do that!!! Then we went to the self checkout to pay for a couple of things that I needed to pay for. One of the lines had 1 item holding it up. About 5 minutes later a KROGER EMPLOYEE had some candy in his hand, it was him holding the line! And the person looking over the check out lines didnt say anything! Guess Im changing to Publix. Thanks for letting me vent!!!

Big time compliments to Lisa in the bakery! She was very proactive in calling me once my cake order was place and worked through different (better) options. She was even sending me pictures so I could clearly see them and make the best decision. You guys need more employees like her! She takes pride in what she does!

KeAsia, who was working at customer service on Sunday October 4th was extremely rude and unprofessional. I purchased the wrong package and came to return them and she decided to give me a hard time. I told her I didn’t have my receipt, however I did purchase it under my Kroger plus card and she insisted on telling me I couldn’t make an exchange since I didn’t have a receipt. I pulled up the refund policy online and showed her that exchanges ARE allowed without a receipt. She said that the ONLINE, corporate website return policy was wrong and decided to make me wait over 25 minutes to make an exchange while they verified my purchase under my Kroger plus account, which they DID INFACT VERIFY. Keith the manager was no help either. Awful customer service, I’ll be shopping at a completely different grocery store from now on.

The customer service desk was trash. Long line and two people behind the counter with only one working. Then the one person stops helping a lottery person and helps someone who wasnt in line at all! I watched an elderly man in the motorized scooter fall asleep and the line was almost to the flower section. The lady working with the blue hair didnt care how long the line got and gave preferential treatment to the man not in line. I refused to wait any longer in this probably made me take ny business to Publix from here on out!

The girl is more interested in talking to her friends (the other workers and a man in a wheelchair) then helping the customers. We must call her numerous times . Please explain to her she is working not visiting.

Susie is the best cashier theyve got there. I come back again and again because she is so pleasant and so patient. This location is also doing a great job adding more variety in their natural and organic foods department which is awesome. They also do a pretty decent job keeping it clean - including the restrooms which can be overlooked at times in grocery stores.

They always have what I’m looking for! Great specials and rarely long lines.

Covid Disgusting!On arrival, the mask mandate clear on the door except almost every employee wearing their mask below their nose.Absolutely nothing to clean the carts upfront. Nothing.. The store is absolutely gross on every level. They do not clean this store on a regular basis.. Its obvious.. All of the nooks and crannys filled with dirt and grime. This store is obviously mismanaged.. Ive seen truck stops cleaner than their disgusting bathroom. Someone please take over and manage this busy store. They are in dire need of someone.. Anyone to properly manage it..

This store has been my main g store since it was opened so you can tell I like it! They consistently have lower prices. Plus you get gas rewards. If you dont have a kroger plus account then youre throwing away money. Its not even complicated. Sign up, save money, get extra money off gas. All around good times

The produce department needed restocking. No head lettuce at all. Packaged herbs were empty. I have been shopping Kroger for over 40 years. Ive been pleased with my shopping experiences, but I feel like this store not being in East Cobb or North Cobb doesnt get the attention we deserve.

Can never find what I’m looking for as their stock is inconsistent. Forget about anyone trying to help you. They revamped the insides of the store but forgot to do anything else to it. Still better than the Thorton location but after today’s trip I’ll just shop Publix going forward.

My experience is always a good one the flowers are so beautiful as you enter the door. So well arranged to put a smile on your face. The fried chicken is the best (well almost the best) mine is the best. The sub sandwiches are made by a little lady in the deli, she makes the best! I wish I knew her name! The store overall is always neat and clean.(Mableton Ga store). I shop there at least 3 times a week.

They are kind and point you in direction of finding what you are looking for.

I love shopping in here since i come here frequently they sent me a coupon with best customer with free items to take and coupons for my favorite items. Lucky me. I loved it when they have mega sale really saves a lot.

I am often disappointed with the level of support this Kroger has. The Customer Service desk always have only one individual working. This is unacceptable, especially on a Friday with at least 4+ customers waiting. I understand staffing maybe a concern but ensuring that customers are not waiting excessively is vital. I am at this Kroger often and have yet to see more than one person working at the customer service desk. Hopefully management will take note of this and make changes!

I promise I have never received good customer service at the Mableton location. They never beg the groceries correctly. Cashiers slang your food down the belt damaging your items. And I was literally on the line waiting for someone to answer the phone for 8 minutes. This Kroger needs to do better. There are too many options in this area to deal with poor customer care.

This is not the best time to be re-arranging the store and changing where products are. Most of us want to get in and get out, not waste time looking for things.

Never have a problem I shop there all the time. But recently experienced subtle but obvious racism in the produce dept. where your presence is ignored when you need assistance then seconds later you see the same persons entire demeanor change and bends over backwards to help another customer that didnt even ask for help. Once you experience it you recognize it immediately.I find myself at Publix more and more even though their prices are generally higher but the shopping experience really is much more pleasant.The world is changing Kroger@Floyd you have to do better.

Visited numerous times in October and this day without being able to purchase a usual product. Experienced some chaos due to a shortage of employees. Still, wonderful, hardworking floor manager and employees. Fast checkouts, broke down scratch off machine, bummer😕

Lack of choices in the produce section. They were out of fresh sweet potatoes . I wanted to buy 1 lemon not a bag of lemons which was the only option. The grapes were tiny and the bags were open. Step your produce game up Kroger. Publix is right next door !

Floyd Store is nice. The prices are getting more competitive than before. Good wine for reasonable prices.

Every Wednesday its 5% off for senior citizens. My grandmother & mother love that! Plus I love the 10 for $10. And the employees are SO helpful!

They have a very good selection of organic products, very good selection of veggies. Each time I go, I discover something that I like. I am very happy having a Kroger near my home

Pharmacy has the highest prices the new manager is the worst I will never get my medications fill at this location EVER. They told me they dont price match and said my medication (which Ive gotten my meds filled there B4) would cost me over $100?! Ha no thanks so I went down the street to another Kroger and got my medication for $30 hassle free.

Good Supermarket. What you would expect - Pretty clean store with decent workers and the products youll expect at any grocery store.

Once again just like most all Krogers, I go in to purchase their 1/2 gallon Half n Half and theyre out of it. On top of that this store didnt even have their Kroger wheat bread. The very two items I went in for they didnt have. Typical of Kroger.

My name is Dan Coleman and i had the pleasure of meeting Carolyn in Customer Care. i came to pick up cash from Western Union and they where having trouble with the printer. My legs and back were sore and it took about 20min or so while Carolyn was taking care of me and other customers. It was a very PLEASANT WAIT. Store was decent and seems to be recently remodeled, but going here at 9PM, all departments were closed, all but one door was locked and there was a security guard at that entrance. Makes me think that part of town might not be the best??? Probably wont be back, but the store seems decent and the lines werent long as long as you are willing to use self checkout.

Dont come here if you are going to use printable coupons. The lady manager does not know how to read expiration date. She reads the date (very tiny print) when the coupon was printed and not the very obvious exp date on the right hand side. I have been couponing for 9 years. Wasted 1 hour of my time. Ugh!!!!! Kroger, educate your managers well!! I reported this to the their corporate and they apologized. They said THAT MANAGER WAS WRONG. They gave me credit for what the manager did.

Called to complain about the long lines on Memorial Day weekend while I was in the checkout lines. When the lady answered the phone, I spoke to her about the long lines and asked to speak to the manager. Guess what? She retorted in a hurried manner that registers 9, 11 and 14 were open, then she simply hung up the phone. Walmart type Customer Service is now at my local Kroger Store. Just damn!!

I drove All the way across town for meat from Kroger. I was Told by staff & manager that there is only ONE employee working the area, there’s some in the back and he cannot provide any meat as he was packing it away. Very inconsiderate. Never shop here again

Ive been to this Kroger more than a few times and my experience has been consistently average to below average. The customer service line is always super slow. The store isnt necessarily dirty, but it never feels clean either. The store does stay relatively well stock.

Very well situated at the right location for better chance to serve their customers with better prices.

Ive been coming to kroger on and off for years but I would have to say that the customer service line is always ridiculously long. I get it they do money orders, returns, answer the phones and more but they need to come up with a way to reduce the wait. A separate money order line sounds great.

Usually fast moving check out even when crowded. Most of the time shelves are fully stocked

Went in to buy snow crab legs they weighed them FROZEN of course they will weigh more and charged me that price when I had them steamed. None of there fresh seafood is frozen and no other Kroger Ive been to has done that before. Will stick with the Powder Springs location from now one. Much better service.

I wish they would update this Kroger like the rest of them. The staff there are usually nice and courteous. Its always busy and its in an area that is growing with the expansion of the Braves Stadium, so hopefully they update and make it newer like the rest. It is the only Kroger in our area.

Unreal. I am leVing no shopping here....Nastiest Nastiest bathroom EVER IN A KROGER. NO CLEAN UP SCHEDULE ON DOOR AS IN OTHERS ....ITS THE ONE IN FRONT RIGHT CORNER...Im in Krogers 10 times minimum weekly.....promise its the nastiest and you know employees dont wash up, not with this going on.

They sale the best Louisiana Crunch Pudding Cake! The store is neat and clean, and the service is cordial.

This morning the cashier refused to service my daughter. She was told the store was closed and she had to leave. Even though she was in the store thirty minutes before it closed and only had four items two of which was food for my baby. I was and still am furious. Will take this issue up the ladder because if they did it to my daughter how many other people have they wrongfully sent away. Kroger cashiers cannot close down for the night until they have rung up every customer. They may have lost me and my family as a customer.

My fallback for when the next door Publix doesnt have some item. If it werent so dark inside [lighting] and if they didnt stuff so much all around the endcaps [claustrophobic] I would drop in there more often. I simply feel uncomfortable the minute Im half way into the store.
