I completely forgot that this Sprint location became a T-Mobile one. Its very conveniently located, spacious and the times I have come to visit the staff are polite and assertive. Even for general questions they are savvy and really try.I recommend any T-Mobile customers come visit this location! Even if your not one - come and I am sure they can convince you to switch over to the magenta side!

It takes far too long to be attended. It isn’t the fault of the employees (I see them working hard to help the people) it falls on management for being too cheap to hire more employees. Be prepared to spend a very long time here.

Very satisfied with the customer care this store provides . Everyone is so attentive and knowledgeable. They care a lot about pleasing the customers, the manager Rolando joined and asked if we needed anything or if we were doing fine . I personally value that . I ended up getting a free tablet and thinking of going back to add another line. Don’t go to Azaela, go to Lynwood trust me .

Do not go to this store. The people do not know what they are doing nor do they know their products and services. Im on my third trip to the store and have talked with customer service for over 3 hours total on 3 different occasions over a mistake that one of their employees made on my account.

Place is nice was not crowded sales person really helped me out also my parents would tell other people to go there.

Ask for Kentucky of youre a new customer

They usually have what U R looking for but at a price. Sad to say but Radio Shack is being taken out by Amazon and other online vendors that sell similar products at a Big discount rate. If U need it today and cannot wait Radio Shack is the place. . .

Do not go to this store unless you have hours to spare. Inefficient customer service and rude.

I like sprint but the company changes their price like putting people like my self in a hole because we cant afford to pay with what the employees said when signed up and then sprint changes a lot more for what we signed for, thats NOT good at ALL.
