I would give no stars at all if I could.Horrible person to deal with and a liar to boot.... I had to try and use this appliance repair company because they work with my home warranty company. So when I had appliances break down my warranty company sent me to Robert at Parsons Appliance. For the first two weeks it was Ill check my calendar and call you back, Im really busy then no answer on the office call for a week and then he was mean when I finally got ahold of him. He said I lived to far for him to bother with my appliances (I live 26 minutes from his office to my front door, yes I mapped it), so I reminded him that he worked with my warranty company and he said he didnt care. I live in Amherst county which is on his website saying he will go to but obviously he doesnt care about people in amherst county. Then I reminded him that he had been telling me he would come out for three weeks then he said he didnt care, because what can I do to him I live in Amherst. Finally got my warranty company to send me to another repair company (Sears BTW, totally worth it. they were out in two days!!)

I reached out to the Owner and explained what I had and he was very excited to tell me that he was interested... The next day was the day he was supposed to show up and he didnt but I can understand the Whether but was told he would come out Tomorrow.... Well Sunday comes and NO CALL, NO TEXT, NO SHOW but I am not going to let it get the best of me.... He will quickly come and meet you at his shop and sell you something ( Understand he is in business to do such ) but why LIE, MISLEAD, BLAME THE WEATHER, ETC when you can simply say NO!!!! I have purchased a Washer && Dryer from this Man and was very pleased but I will never BUY, SELL, or TRADE with him again because he is a 2 sided shaded business man that only want to sell but lie about buying

Spoke with what I was told was the business owner. They were to stop by my home and pick up my non-working refrigerator they would use for parts. They were to pick it up on a Wednesday. NO SHOW-NO CALL. Tried calling them NUMEROUS times and texting them. NO REPLY-NO CALL OR RETURNED TEXT. All they had to say was they changed their minds and that would have been fine. NOTHING!!!! Those of you who had a good experience with this place...you must be related. Good luck to the rest of you.

While I will say that it is not your usual appliance-looking store (it’s his garage behind Dodsons Exterminator), the experience Of Bobby Parsons is totally worth doing business! Yesterday I needed a element for an oven, and even with my vague description, he was able to get me exactly what I needed. As it turned out, The element was not the issue but rather part of the issue, and with a quick call and conversation, he directed me to a simple wiring mechanism/connector. Nobody else had it available, because by then it was after 6 PM. But since his business is connected to his home, I was able to get the part last night and get the oven functioning again!He may cost a little more for parts than Amazon, but Amazon won’t go the extra mile after 6 pm, like Bobby does! This is the second time I’ve done business with him.

Took the day off and lost money (had to close up shop for the day) and he never showed. Said he would be out in the morning. Called that morning and left VM then called in the evening again. Never got a call letting me know they couldn’t come just waiting by the door all day. It’s been a few weeks and still never got a call back to reschedule. Guess they don’t need the money! 💁🏻‍♀️ Find someone else they are unreliable.

I have used Mr. Parsons multiple times! The first time i called for a specific part and it was almost 8pm his closing time but he had the part and didnt mine me dropping by to pick it up that night. He was very informative and had everything up and running in no time! I will use him everytime. Definitely recommend!!

Not reliable at all. On two separate occasions was promised by Mr Parson that he’d be by. On both occasions he never showed up. Instead of just being honest that he wouldn’t be able to make ht, he lied both times.

Beware. Ask charges first. $84 for 10 minute service call to tell us he can’t fix it. Not happy about that. Other repair places only charge $60 for a call. My bad for not checking first.

Was supposed to come out today after seeing his first client. After waiting around for him half a day, I gave him a call to see when he might be here. He informed me that he had decided to take the day off and forgot to call. We are having company this evening and we hoped our dishwasher would be fixed. Very unreliable!

Interesting company...or something like that. They received the work order August 2, and I had to call them August 6 to schedule. Initially wanted to debate saying he never received the work order, but after searching (heaven forbid)...Eureka, they find it. He scheduled for 9am the 7th. Wow...great service, so I think...not! So, here we are on the 7th. 930 comes...no call. So, I call him. Says working on a fridge and will call on his way. Well its 206p, no call, no show, no courage to pick up the phone. Was gonna make money having 4 appliances to repair. Guess they have sooo much business, this is how they handle their clients. Im recommending to my warranty company to remove them as service provider. Sad sad.

Called to set up appointment at 9 on Friday, was told they could come at 10 on Saturday. At 11:40 Saturday I called to get an estimate on when they were coming and was told “it’ll be a few hours.” Called back at 5 to find out why we hadn’t been contacted and when they were coming and no one answered. Called from a different phone number and got an answer and was told they weren’t coming out and could try Monday. Horrible customer service and wasted our time. Absolutely don’t recommend them unless you don’t actually want anything to be done.

Absolutely the worst!!!!! told me Friday they would be hare at 9am. they didnt show up! I called and they said they got tied up somewhere else and would be here the next day at 10. the next day they didnt show up!!!! I called and got hung up on twice before I could say anything. DONT USE THEM!!!!

DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANYMissed day from work for a no show and no call...Was told he would call in the morning when he was on the way to look at washer .. NEEDLESS to say it is 1:52 pm and still no call I have called both his phone numbers and no answer . The bad part is my mom is only 3 miles from his shop if that ..
