It’s a Starbucks located at Target so more likely you’re not going to get great customer service compare to an actual Starbucks location by itself. I think it’s also due to training. Staff are not given the right protocol when it comes to handling customersCons:- it’s a long line and wait time is horrible only due to being short staffed most of the time. It’s either just two or one that are on staff. I feel like they need a third or fourth to help out.- employees are rarely happy or dont really greet customer with a happy attitude. They just look miserable and really hate their job…- Run out of ice or machine is broken. Rarely inventory on stock.- no straws are out in the open. Wish they added straws in the corner for customers. Would have to wait another 5 minute to get a straw from an employee because of how busy they are. Straws are only available behind the counter which of course you can’t access to it. They don’t really give you a straw if you order an ice beverage I don’t know why that is…. Some customers don’t mind drinking out of their cup and some like using a straw from their cup. Maybe just offer a straw at all times and not assume?Pros:Located at Target.Once or twice I would come across a kind employee that seem happy to take my order

Waited in line for 15 minutes to be told “we don’t have any hot coffee or cold brew “. I have never been to a cafe that does not have hot coffee. They are all very nice but ALWAYS short staffed. Whoever does the inventory there needs some more training.

So I went today and both staff members were completely rude like if you don’t like your job go elsewhere. They had nothing I ordered idk if they were kidding or if they just don’t know how to order enough supplies. But I payed $15 for 2 drinks that were completely awful don’t recommend coming on your good day cause they will ruin it

Super understaffed and past 5 times I’ve come to this location, they don’t have ice. How do you not have ice. I try to be patient and stay a valued customer but now at 5 times separate days, waiting forever bc understaffed, I don’t even feel like making the trip to this location anymore.They do make drinks great when they do have everything together. But hm it’s rare with all of these issues they always be having :(

They’re great and all—I mean for your run of the mill Starbucks in a Target— but they don’t let you use stars unless you have over 200 stars.I feel like I don’t need to explain why that’s ridiculous. People are very nice though!

I swear they’re understaffed or need to keep training their employees. It took me 45 minutes in line to get my drink. Poor management. I was literally about to pass out because I’m pregnant and waiting that long my blood sugar was about to go down. This ain’t even the first or second time. I could’ve drove to Billerica and back and I’d still be in line. They need better management. They couldn’t even serve foodBecause it was that slow. Don’t only have two new employees working please.

I ordered a strawberry açaí from here with light ice and the drink was incredibly watery... it tasted like water with a splash of the base mix. This is my favorite drink to get from Starbucks but this was just ridiculous. Never ordering from here ever again. Go to the one in Chelmsford, they actually make good drinks.

It would be hard to find a place where you can order creamy muscles paired with a wonderful crunchy bread followed by bibimbap or tripe pho.My personal favorite is the dry/spicy sizzling style of dishes. Place is easy to find and parking is decently available(dont leave valuables exposed)

ABSOLUTE WORST Starbucks I have ever been too, so unprofessional three people in line 4 employees behind the counter couldn’t figure it out. Took them 30 minutes to make me one coffee and they messed up both of the orders in front on me l. They were leaving cash on the counters where they were preparing people’s food. Advise you do not go to this one

The person “girl” doing my white chocolate mocha gave me the wrong mocha I order and I told her that it wasn’t what I asked for and she made a really funny face to me like didn’t care about my order. I understand we all make mistakes but they shouldn’t treat customers with this funny faces and don’t care of the customer needs. This was the first time I came here but won’t be coming back again.

First and last time coming. Not very friendly, I asked for cream and a flavor in my iced coffee, since I couldnt get cold brew which wasnt prepared, and I was handed a black iced coffee. Which is fine, but when I asked for a flavor in it they questioned me as if I dont know how I would want my own coffee? Weird.

This place is located in the Target store. It has nice little sitting area. They have some nice tea options these days. I love 😍 Starbucks because they give separate honey pouches for who dont want sugar. I like there Chai latte and Green tea latte

I normally don’t write bad reviews, but this place sucks. So bad. I was just there and people were getting their coffee way before me even though I placed my order first. On top of that, I can see that my coffee were all set and covered, instead of putting it on the pickup area and call my name, she continued to make 3 more coffee before calling me to get my coffee. Either they just didn’t care or they just have no clue. I don’t know. Probably won’t go there again. It shouldn’t have taken almost 30 mins for a cup of coffee when I was the 4th in line.

Flies inside food cabinet. I asked for manager who was on vacation. Pointed out that there were flies where the food is. Employee said we will empty out tonight. After i disagreed he emptied out in front of me. Who knows how many people would have eaten that food.

Very rude and unprofessional staffs. The service is very slow. I ordered 2 drinks. I guess she forgot another drink of mine. I waited there for 10 mins and I decided to ask. I ordered vanilla bean Frappuccino with caramel swirl. First she made it without the caramel swirl, I went back to ask for a caramel. I think she got mad I can tell by her facial expression. She put way too much caramel it was like half way and it wasn’t drinkable. I went back and asked if she can make me a new one. She gave me an attitude and said this is not Dunkin Donuts we call it caramel DRIZZLE not SWIRL. I was like this is not my first time here. I called it caramel swirl they understand me perfectly. And you know what? She put a drip of caramel and ask me if this enough. She said it in a sarcastic way. I said ok that’s good. Then I went straight to the Manager and told her what happened. There’s no point standing there and argue with the ignorant.

Baristas were rude af and gave me an attitude when I stood there waiting for my receipt, then proceeded to take ten minutes to make my lemonade. There were a total of three people waiting for their drinks, it shouldn’t have taken that long. One of the women were sitting there eating the samples they had out, and ignoring the ONE customer that was in line.

Long waits, messy/sticky cups, and unapologetic staff. 4 people ahead when arrived, 20 minutes later ordered drink, 15 minutes later got my drink that was made wrong, not worth the additional wait to have it fixed (no sweetener, unshaken, wrong ratio of tea - lemonade).

I agree with the rude staff. Very slow always chatting among one another and takes way too long for a coffee. No idea why they keep telling me they dont have decaf and then tell they can make a americano which takes forever and charge me more. Going here is unpleasant.

Unfriendly employees who would rather talk than help and when they do help they dont pay attention to who they are serving. They still will be talking to someone behind they know or to another employee not even working. Very rude. Heres a tip; Pay attention to WHO you are serving and talk later when youre not busy.
