Good experience. They have plenty of sani stations and you can still sample items carefully and sanitarily. Unfortunately, they were so busy I was unable to really talk with an associate & they were out of stock on a couple of items I was needing.

So glad we could actually try the samples. Nice variety. We found everything we wanted plus.

Pretty awkward environment when they are heavily staffed and watch you like a hawk. I understand they are just trying to prevent theft but they shouldnt target someone based off looks. Also I couldnt return something without a receipt because I didnt have a beauty insider account. They need to change their return policy online because it says nothing about needing a beauty insider account if you dont have a receipt. Waste of time.

Several years ago, I had such a terrible experience at another Sephora location, I’ve avoided going to any of their stores since. I still wince at how I was treated. However, I struck out on a Black Friday deal at a couple other stores, so I decided to try this location for the item I wanted. I found it and everyone was so kind and helpful. It was a quick trip for me, but the store’s staff still managed to fit excellent customer service in in that small amount of time.

This is a great location! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Love Sephora and this one is top ten in my book!

Just wanted to say that this Sephora is probably the most welcoming Ive ever been into. Im a makeup newbie and I usually feel very self concious going into beauty stores. Everyone was super friendly from the get go. Also wanted to give a shout out to Morgan especially. She was so incredibly helpful and patient and she seemed to really know and care about what she does. Shes a true asset to the Sephora team :)

Today I went in and Katie helped me out A LOT!!! Best customer service ever at a make up store she made me feel so comfortable and she took her time to find what I needed and was super pleasant 💖💖 beautiful girl

I tried to go in today around noon and the girl/guard at the door was friendly but acted really odd and didnt let us in. 2 people walked out and we were expecting to go in but ahe kept asking questions... it was so awkward I just left and didnt go in. Super weird. Ill stick to the Sephora app for now... thinking and maybe she didnt like that I had my baby and stroller with me. Hoping it wasnt a race thing... she was friendly.
