If I could give this store 0 stars I would. We usually go to the one up at centerra and love it. But Today when we walked into the store on Eisenhower, I was not greeted with a single word or offer to help. When I asked if they had a shampoo that would tone your hair a pink color, the employees acted annoyed and responded back with “no we have nothing like that” I then asked if they had any product that just toned your hair a different color and they said “yes we have a conditioner” never once did the employee leave from behind the counter to help find the product. Just pointed and said you can find it in that area. Rudest employees I’ve ever encountered.

They didnt have what I was looking for and a lot of the shelves were half empty.

The ladies in here were so helpful. They even told me of an alternate way to go about doing my project that I never knew existed. Friendly, amazing, wonderful staff. They helped save my hair and my sanity!

Do not bother stopping in. Theres nothing in stock & if you ask for assistance, they roll their eyes. I asked about a product I love and knew about and asked if they had a similar product and they told he to Google the difference. No wonder everyone buys things online now. Im trying to keep stores open that I love, but this location should be shut down. As they dont care about their customers walking out on them. Maybe get a new staff @sallys because the lady there obviously doesnt care if your business makes it or not. Again. BARE SHELVES! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED after just moving here. I guess Amazon is better now

Highly suggests choosing a different Sallys. Employees are rude. And they dont know how to properly stock their shelves or put their product in the right place.

They always have what Im looking for (most often make up and hair dye) in stock, and the employees are always helpful and friendly.

I love coming here they pretty much always have what I am looking for or need!

Dont go here. All the hair dye colors youll want are always out of stock, they dont have half of the hair color samples anymore, and they also dont even sell powdered bleach packets which they used to have 3 or 4 different kinds of. Wont be returning to this store.

I hadnt been into this location in a while, but I didnt feel like driving out to the other shop. Big mistake. Why are the employees in this location so bad? Its been that way for a long time.

If you are going to require face masks during this pandemic. The employees need to also be wearing face masks! Don’t be hypocritical! Rules are regulations apply to everyone. Period!

Called the store to confirm they were open ....drove there and arrived at 4:30 to find a sign on the door saying went to lunch, will return at 4:45. - Sallys team. You know you have to work that day, you pack a lunch. Expected better from this company. Hope you resolve this.

I am so impressed and satisfied with the service I was given this week! I had a return and the manager spent much time and attention with my concerns. She was honest, professional, and genuine. It is rare to receive such excellent customer service, and I certainly recognize and appreciate it!

I always buy my hair color here, at 53 I always just buy the same natural looking color. I came in this time wanting a change, but afraid to make it. I was helped by Jamie. She explained what the different colors would do with my existing hair color and helped me choose just the right non traditional color. She didnt make me feel like some sad old woman, instead she gave me the confidence to give it a go. Now Im rocking midnight violet and I love it. Thank you Jamie for your knowledge and kindness!

Good service, but sad to find out they weren’t open at 1pm on a Sunday when their posted hours are 11am to 5pm on sundays... no you order signs to say why they were closed.

Great service! Im a guy so I dont know much about beauty supplies, but Jamie was very helpful finding something that my girlfriend loved! Definitely will come back for more gifts

Got good advice and help but did not even acknowledge I was looking for something until I asked the TWO employees.

Staff is rude and doesnt check to see if you need any help. Told cashier thank you and to have a nice day and she straight up ignored me and said nothing. Ill being going to the other Sallys where the employees actually care.

The staff is very helpful, and if theyre not sure about a question I have they take the initiative to find the answer. When I return they always ask about how the product I bought turned out. I feel like every time I come I am with friends.

Worst customer service ever. I have never been treated so poorly, mean and rude.

Absolutely love this place!!! Not only are the ladies so helpful, they let me know how proud of my progress on my hair is going. This place makes you feel like your hanging with your friends.

Ive shopped at Sallys in Denver for yrs & Im in Loveland since 2013 & I still shop at Sallys. They always have new items as well as the usual items. Keep up the good work

May be a small beauty shop, but this place is fantastic.Their nail polish is beautiful, they have the cutest lip stick, gloss, balm, and chap stick, and their employees are so kind.

I shop at Sallys regularly and I love Sallys as a company. However, I went into this Sallys one day and the lady who was opening the store opened the store about 5 minutes late, which is okay since I work in customer service also and I get that things happen. But she unlocked the door while we were standing there and walked away. She did not even open the door for us. We walked in and she said a snarky little hello and she looked extremely hungover. I love Sallys but I will never go back to this location.

As a professional stylist walking into a business and seeing employees dressed in SPANDEX to me is UNPROFESSIONAL and NASTY!! I shop here more than some and think need to start going elsewhere for my products! This store has really gone down the drain in the last couple years with employees and attitudes!
