I really dont like writing negative reviews, and have put-off doing so, but its now been over 7 months since I placed my order, and unfortunately, I havent received my products or a refund.On 03/09/21 I made an online purchase of a mattress, mattress pad, & 2 pillows. I believe there was a hold up on the mattress due to shortages/issues from the pandemic. Gene and I exchanged a few text messages regarding the status of my order, and I remained patient, as it was out of anyones control. Gene finally texted me on 7/30 indicating that our order was here and that he would be sending our information to his delivery guys, so they could schedule the delivery. We never heard from anyone to set-up delivery. I sent follow-up texts on 8/30, 9/13. 9/27, 10/04, 10/11, asking for a status/ETA on delivery. I didnt receive a response to any of these. I also sent an email on 10/11 requesting a refund (since order hasnt been received). As of today, I still have not received any responses to texts or email (last contact from Gene was on 7/30). I am current out almost $1600. Will update this review if issue is resolved.

I see others have had a great experience; however, weve found Gene and the Sleep Station to be a complete bust. We paid in full and were told on July 3rd wed have our mattress in 3 weeks. Were completely patient because we know everyones supply chain is a mess, but here we are in mid October and still nothing. Gene never reaches out with updates, instead he answers about every 4th text. Gene is a really nice, fantastic sales guy; but unfortunately my back really needs the mattress we paid for.

Gene exceeded our expectations in guiding us into the right mattress without pressuring or rushing us into a sale. I prefer a firm mattress and my husband likes a medium firm mattress. We were both able to get what we requested as we opted for a split queen. We’ve been sleeping on the clouds since the arrival of our new mattress(es)! I am also amazed of the quality and unbeatable price as most mattress shop prices are triple the cost! Thank you Sleep Station!

We LOVE our new Unessa mattress & pillows! I can’t lay on it without dozing off. It’s perfect, and Gene helped us picked the one that was best for us by guiding us through several styles.
