This dealership has been my go-to since 2019 and their services are up to the mark and economical. The labor charges are normal and the service team provides appropriate guidance! Customers are treated well. No delays and respond promptly to any requests. I requested a recall clearance letter and was provided one within short notice. Customer oriented dealership. They know how to keep their customers happy!

I purchased a vehicle from this lot several years ago. The salesman pocketed my $4000 down payment and didnt take anything off of the price of the loan. A valuable lesson learned from signing without fully reading what I was signing. Now I cant guarantee that the gray haired gentlemen with glasses is still employed at this location or if others there are as predatory as that fellow, but I would be wary of this place.

Pretty typical experience with this dealership. I told them what I wanted and for the most part I got it. Alan was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking to shop this dealership for a new Mazda. Aside from Alan being good at what he does, my new Mazda 3 turbo is an amazing machine and I have no doubt it will stay in my driveway for years to come!

I LOVE my Mazda Cx-3. This mini compact SUV is perfect. I think it was fairly priced and they gave me close to what I asked for on my trade-in. Customer service was genuine and worked with me- I would recommend Alan if you’re looking for kind service. However, after they had me wait an extra day to pick up my car(even though I had an appointment to pick it up- they didn’t allow themselves enough time to complete my vehicle) it was not detailed, as promised. The inside was not vacuumed out- leafs everywhere in the back- and there was still greasy sauce trails on the overhead lights and ceiling. I was VERY disappointed. Not a great way to seal the deal and not an acceptable way to treat a customer and expect continued business with them.Since writing this, Oxmoor Mazda reached out and made it right. They offered to fill my gas tank and detail my car- very nice service.

I worked with Jay (seasoned salesman) and Ryan (UK intern), and both knew every detail there was to possibly know about the two models I was interested. As an intern, Ryan was eager to learn everything he could and transfer that knowledge to the customer, while Jay was clearly dedicated to mentoring him.They provided insight into new features coming out, and as I was ambivalent regarding which model to choose, offered to allow me to take one home just to see how I’d feel. The level of trust required to do that for a customer speaks volumes about the commitment Jay and Ryan have, and their passion for the job.

Was a 5 star when we left. 2 months later no title or plates for the car and no one can give us a reason, timeframe or even return a phone call now. Talked to Tim bandurske and was told he would call me back. 2 weeks later and no return call even after a second call and message left for him. We also found with our paperwork we were charged for extras we specifically said we didn’t want. Questioning if we actually own the car now?

I was ready to buy a new vehicle but they didnt have the color I wanted and the sales manager said he had searched within a 500 mile radius, and could not locate the vehicle and color I wanted. So, I investigated and searched on my own and actually found 4 Mazda CX-30s in mystic blue, all of them less than 80 miles away. So I ended up driving to Cincinnati, OH and purchasing the car.

I bought a used Mazda from this dealer. No less than 12 hours after I purchased the car I learned it needs a repair. They said the car was inspected by mechanics but I had to put in coolant and air in the tires 5 minutes after leaving lot. I did have to return to the lot they looked at my car and fixed the problem. Props to Alan and the team for resolving the problem.

My wife and I travelled from Detroit to Oxmoor to purchase our MX-5. Sebastian and Mario stayed late to help us complete the transaction. Sebastian, who was our salesman, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Sebastian took the extra time to answer all of our questions and explain all of the cars features. He even gave us a Mazda keychain that was given to him directly from Mazda. Mario was the gentleman who guided us through the financing portion of the sale. The way he explained everything and the level of professionalism was above and beyond any previous vehicle purchase my wife and I have made.The only reason I am giving a 4 star rating is when we began our 375 mile drive to Louisville we made sure the dealership knew we were going to arrive very close to closing time. When we were less an hour away we were told that the manager was not going to stay late, the terms of our lease could not be negotiated, and we would have to come back the next day. We were given the option to purchase the vehicle, that way we could complete the transaction the same day. So we did and are now the very happy new owners of a 2021 Mazda MX-5 RF GT, absolute dream machine.

Very sales like atmosphere. Details on customer needs are not retained and buying process is inconsistent, MISLEADING and messy. The car servicing when they intake a car before selling is a joke, non existent and they wont stand by the autos they are selling. Mechanic work needs to be double double checked by outside source for preowned. The sales reps know when something is not working!!!Response: There is a few things wrong with the Auto. Not just the one issue you guys didnt find, but when returned to me, there was no issue found suddenly. Glad that was magically taken care of, however there is more wrong with the car. I was dreading the hassle of buying a new car based on previous experiences. I planned to buy through Carmax with the knowledge that I would pay a little more to avoid the sales confrontation. As it turned out, the Mazda staff were very easy to deal with and I ended up purchasing a new CX-5 on my first visit. It was not an impulse buy - with all the constraint on available cars due to Covid, I got lucky and found an SUV that was exactly what I was looking for. Cody was my salesman and he was both knowledgeable and patient, and most importantly I never felt like he was trying to mislead me or take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I was able to get the price I was looking for without high pressure sales tactics. He even told me me to contact him if I had any questions about the SUV after closing the deal so I feel like I have a point of contact should I need help. I also want to thank the gentleman who handled my loan (I dont remember his name sorry) for being completely transparent with me. Based on my credit score, I was given a very generous rate on my loan - without me having to fight for it. I was not desperate to buy a new car - I was prepared to walk away immediately if I got a bad vibe. I cannot vouch for how the car will hold up over time, but as it stands I would definitely return to Mazda in the future.

I leased my 2018 CX-5 Touring through Oxmoor Mazda and bought it near the end of my lease. Both times I went in as a customer, I’ve had a great experience and they’ve done everything they could to get me a rate that fit my budget, without the haggling. “Tell us what your absolute budget is and we’ll do what we can to get there.” And they did, they’ll get creative to get you where you need to be. Sal, in sales, and Chris, insurance, were so wonderful to do business with and super helpful with all my questions and asks. Truly a great team!Not to mention how amazing my car is. When I leased, I went for a basic model but because Oxmoor didn’t have it in stock, they were going to get it from another dealership. The other dealership wasn’t reliable so they gave me a Touring for the price of the basic model since that was in their stock. They hooked me up, no doubt. Highly recommend Oxmoor Mazda!

Their cars just don’t last like they used to. They wear down a lot more quicker. I’ve had 2 of them and have kept them to the best condition possible and still had issues. Better off buying a used, more reliable brand. The finance guy is upright just rude, but people in the service department were fairly nice and polite. I’d highly recommend looking at other dealerships and not just blindly going in here like I did at first.

Sales person from my experience was a really nice and cant complain about that, but the rest of reminded me Russian Mafia (Unfortunately I realized it after I bought a vehicle). Dont think that you are smart enough you will be screwed anyway. And please do your homework to read other reviews before to make a decision.

I told them what I was willing to pay for the vehicle and they agreed to my offer immediately. I was later offered the usual service warranties and declined those as well without much push back. Overall I paid a fair price for the car I wanted and it was hassle free.

Salesman, James, needs more training on coutesey, respectfulness, and especially, product knowledge. I have purchased many vehicles, homes, and property, and never experienced this particular behavior in a sales person. Very rude and condescending. His supervisors definitely need to spend more quality time with him and prepare him to either answer a question or honestly tell the client he will find the answer for them. Also, the vehicle we looked at had the engine replaced and they never told us. They just handed us the.car fax (upon our request) and still never pointed that out. They quoted a price for the vehicle, then after said quote, want to add more charges! Cant even explain the whole warranty tornado thrown at us.

Absolute con-men! Went in to purchase a new vehicle and after selecting the one I wanted we agreed on a price that was within my budget I had discussed with them. They had been told this was the limit and there would be $1k cash down initially and the rest financed. Right away they tried to play slick with the numbers and were showing me the price we agreed upon as the total out the door and I had said its this minus the $1k down correct? To which the sales man said no this is with your $1k down and proceeded to try and explain a bunch of jargon and said Im just not explaining this right but trust me, its a better deal Im getting you a better deal. We rolled with it and eventually after 6-7hrs of waiting got into the finance office to meet...Mario. FIRST its important to note that we told them we wanted two people on the title but it would only be financed with one person. They then proceed to run a credit check on the second person and put them down as a co-signer which caused issues on its own. THEN as we got in Mario offered a 5.74%APR he said because of the credit check of the person who we didnt even want on anything other than the title as an owner. Again we had been there 7hrs and wasnt much we could do at this point so we rolled with it again. We then decided and told Mario we would actually be putting $5k down hoping this would help. Mario told us this was the best they could do and we said fine still choosing to put down the $5k. Mario then started playing slick and tried to offer all the extras as they do. We declined all of them and then in true Con-Man fashion, took a second to write down some numbers and like magic, if we decided to NOW choose one of these extra packages it would not only LOWER out monthly payments, but ALSO the bank apparently decided that if we did pick one they would lower our interest rate down to 4.74%, A WHOLE PERCENT. Despite Mario saying before that was the best they could do, now if we buy these extras they can actually do better. We of course choose the cheapest option since we not only lower payments BUT lower interest rate. They told us that we have 90days to make first payment and it was 60 but theyre making the first payment for us which was a lie as well because the receipt we got shows a charge for the exact amount of the monthly payments. Then apparently the cost of the extra package and some of the hidden fees, despite the fact the price we agreed on was the total out the door all included which we were very specific on, came to EXACTLY $5k which strangely enough was the exact amount we were putting down as cash. So in the end, they played with the numbers and scammed us out of our $5k down putting it directly into their pocket and financing us for the total amount of the car. I then called confused a few days later and spoke with Mario asking Im confused how this works, once you guys cash that $5k check are you going to apply that to the principle balance? His response was Yep, once the check goes through we will deposit that. Its been over a week now and that hasnt happened so lied to me yet again. Mario is an absolutely horrible human but great at his job if Oxmoor Mazda wants con-men like that. I would never recommend anyone buy from here or at the very least dont deal with Mario and if youre going to put cash down dont do it through them just deposit it yourself into the principal balance or theyll just steal it from you anyways.

I went in to purchase a new Mazda CX-5 and was greeted by Cody, a nice sales rep. He offered me the best price when I came there and were not willing to budge on the price of the vehicle, even when I asked if they could match a written offer from a competing dealership in town, they would not. It wouldnt matter if it was only a couple hundred dollar difference, but they (Oxmoor Mazda) were over $2,000 more expensive for the price. That being said, if you want them to match a written offer from another Mazda dealer, dont bother.

A lot of pressure and old school sales tactics. Would not let us leave after we said we only wanted a test drive. Really liked the Mazda, but will not be buying from them. Wouldn’t even give us a sales price only a monthly payment without showing the interest rate. I had to ask repeatedly before a sales price was given. I’ve purchased a dozen vehicles in my life and will never purchase anything from Oxmoor group. Trying to take advantage of young buyers or anyone for that matter leaves a poor taste in my mouth. I had a similar experience at Oxmoor Ford, but not as much pressure.

Friendly and took the time and effort to sit down and figure out our car needs. Our salesman Chris Mix was even willing to give us small talk about anime he liked while test driving. Everything was explained to us simply and we didnt feel pressured. The car was inspected and topped off and delivered to our house. Enjoying our new Chevy Spark!

I was nervous at first because it was my first time buying a car and I needed someone I could trust. Oxmoor Mazda were just the people. They know how to treat their customers and will work with you to help get you the best deal possible for the car you want. I walked out satisfied by everyone helping me from Gerard to Mario and Robert. They treat you like family because they know your circumstances and arent there to cheat you out your money. Trust me, they changed my view of car dealerships overall and I would highly recommend them to anyone browsing in the auto market!

Wonderful car service! Paul, Joe and Ross helped me buy my first certified pre owned car and were absolutely wonderful! They did everything they could to help me out and gave me many offers instead of sticking to just one. I couldnt be happier with that place and am glad that I get to go back and use my warranty there for the next 5 years!

Sal was absolutely incredible!!!!! But the first gentleman he sent me to was a real wreck putting it very politely!!!! Sal can give you his name!!! Sal deserves a raise and his job!! If it wasnt for Sal we would have did our business elsewhere! GREAT JOB SAL!!!

Purchased a new Mazda and the sales person Gerardo Constantino was great. He was up front and showed us several options leading us to a few we hadn’t seen that were better. Unfortunately the experience went down hill after that the finance director was not as up front and we left feeling like we had dealt with the stereotypical sales rep getting one over on us. Long story short we ended up way above the out the door price originally quoted and half way through he “adjusted” the loan rate by almost a point to get us to take a service warranty. We had waited 4 hours to get in to see him and finish the purchase so our fault we were too tired to catch on but it is a little suspicious to me that we walked in with a higher percentage and a sales pitch to buy a warranty and when we continued to refuse suddenly he was able to drop a percent and give us the warranty for $10 more a month only. So if we hadn’t continued to push they would have felt good about charging a percent more and $70 more a month for a warranty when they could have given to us for less? Same experience at Oxmoor Toyota several years ago. I am not going to go to the Oxmoor group again I just don’t think they have learned that people share experiences and the slippery finance and dealership managers are not what people want anymore. We want honest dealings and then maybe we can share great reviews and keep coming back!

Bought a CX-5 from Sal last week. Its a great car so far and im glad i decided to buy from them rather than Honda World. I will be buying another one in the coming years for my wife and will be ditching the honda brand. Thanks!

Matt was really nice and got the paper work done fast ! Found a used 2009 never been wrecked car, with only around 80 k miles ! They worked out a pretty good deal we both were happy about ! And they even filled my gas tank and I get my first oil change for free ! I am very pleased with going with Oxmoor Mazda !

Trading my Mazda in was a good experience. Traded for a 2020 Grand Touring from a 2017 Grand Touring. Gerardo Constantino was the salesman I worked with. He was a good listener and worked hard finding the color I preferred. We worked out a great deal and he had called to ask if everything was satisfactory with my new purchase.

I found a car that I was interested in, saved it on the Mazda website, and was contacted by a representative who I was able to schedule a test drive with. When I arrived at the dealership, Sal Buttiglieri showed me the car, thoroughly explained its features and advantages, and then worked with me to get to a financing plan that fit my budget. The same night I was able to trade in my old car and leave in a wonderful new (to me) car. The employees at the dealership even stayed well past the listed hours to make sure that everything was settled for us before we left. Everyone wore a mask the entire time and the facility was very clean (as Im writing this in covid times). I would definitely recommend Oxmoor Mazda and Sal to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle!
