They have done everything that isn’t stock to my SUV. Inexpensive and professional place to get car work done. The bull guard they installed saved the life of my car in a head on collision going 25 mph . Crumpled the guard yes and warped my unibody frame slightly but absolutely no exterior damage sustained.

The staff here is always friendly and they will help you with anything I could spend so much money in this place they always have unique things that are hard to find. They are the best automotive shop in the area!!

It took 3 to 4 hours to do. Left wires Expose, wire harneis rubber boot left open, Common wire connected to my GPS it stopped working. This is my new truck three day old...

Researching car audio shops and from reading reviews, its a major deterrent to see every negative comment met with a negative response from owner, you can only have a power source if you balance out negative with positive. Finally a shop that IS reasonable priced!They installed a wire for my grille through my trucks firewall for $40 when a shop down the road said $200!!They are so kind and welcoming from the moment you walk in and don’t try to push any products on you.Extremely knowledgeable staff with all things I had asked even on remote starts.I will highly recommend them to family/friends for anything vehicle related (audio/electrical)

Took them 5+ hours to complete a 3 hour job, then tell me it’s 20 minutes to being done and an hour and a half later i finally get checked out. No one in the store seemed to have any sense of urgency. Wasted my entire day and do not recommend coming here if you want your car done in a timely manner. Great prices but I’m willing to pay more for timely service.

These guys are awesome! Been coming to them for years (window tint on my old truck, bed cover on my new truck, sanding equipment ) they have it all and are super knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to tell anyone I know to go there.

Day 1 - I walk in with my new in box head unit and ask if they can install it. They say let me see if we have the parts. We have the dash kit, but not the wiring harness. We should have the wiring harness in tomorrow or the next day, but if I were you I would go ahead and buy the dash kit now because its the last one that we have that fits your car. So I bought the dash kit.Day 2, 3, 4 - I call every day and ask do you have the wiring harness yet? They say no, check back tomorrow.Day 5 - same as days 2-4 above, but at the end of the call this time I asked what specific wiring harness do we need? I was told Axxess TYTO-1. So I go on Amazon Prime and order the wiring harness.Day 8 - I arrive at 10:30am with my head unit, the dash kit previously purchased here, and the wiring harness from Amazon. They tell me the installation should take about 2-3 hours. I grab a $20 Uber back to work and await their call. They close at 6:00 and I had not received a call at 5:00pm, so I grabbed another $20 Uber and head back to the shop. I arrive about 15 mins before closing and they tell me, we just finished you up, it took longer than expected because we had a problem, we couldnt get the steering wheel controls to work so were refunding you $50 of the $200 installation fee. I was a little bit frustrated but I could live with it since they gave me $50 back. I go and I get into my car super excited to play with my new head unit only to find out that I had no sound at all. At first I thought I was just doing something wrong and played around with it before realizing that the sound just doesnt work... at this point they are closed.Day - 9 - I immediately called the next morning and the lady who answered the phone was super nice and said bring it right in and we will get it fixed right away. I arrived about 12:45 pm. I sat there for over 5 hours while they were fixing their install. About 10 minutes till 6, they pull my car around front, come in, hand me my keys and tell me that its ready to go. One of the workers specifically asks the installer are you sure its good to go this time and the installer said yes. I go sit down in the car, click the radio icon and tune to a local station... Nothing but static... I check another station... Static... Every station was all static. I walked back in and they ask me what is wrong. I told them what the problem was and the installer looks at one of the other workers and says remember this is the one I talked to you about yesterday that needs a $200 antenna extension for the radio to work. The worker behind the counter said to me you brought your own parts, since you didnt bring an antenna extension, we didnt install one. He then immediately jumps on the computer trying to locate the antenna extension and tells me that they can have one in 5 days for $49. I just turned around and walked out the door... I wouldnt let them touch my car again for any reason.I am not a car guy, Im a mortgage guy, I dont know anything about cars... When I bring my car to have a head unit installed I expect the installers to know what they needa if they dont have something to complete an install properly I would expect them to communicate that to the customer before sending them home twice with an incomplete install.I understand that problems arise but its your job to know what hardware is needed. I get it, we all make mistakes, but at least make a phone call and say we dont see an antenna extension here did you have one of those or do we need to order one versus having me sit in the waiting area for 5 hours and returning me a car that still doesnt work two days in a row…The people seem very nice but their skills and customer service seem to be lacking...Ive waited 24 hours to post this review in hopes that maybe theyd reach out to me and try to make it right but they have not...

I did not feel like I was being oversold anything, as they kept my needs and budget in mind when showing me various options for a subwoofer install. I got windows tinted on my Tesla Model X, and it came out great! Highly recommended.

These guys are great! I had a problem with my car stereo whenever I plugged in my phone into the AUX port. Brad explained that I had a grounding issue and gave me the parts that I needed to fix it. The Staff there was great. With that being said it is a store with its own rules. Its not a corporation like best buy where everyone has to be on their best behavior. They are just real down to earth people. Nice folks with PG-13 language and side talk. I went in looking for a very basic subwoofer setup. I didnt want to bang down the block our blow out my windows. I simply wanted a little more bass. That is exactly what I got by the time I left. The older man there was straight forward and helped me pick out what I needed I spent a little over $300 for subs and amp with installation. Everything sounds great and Im pleased with the install. I was in and out in an hour. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a car stereo just expect the experience to be NOT so retail. They dont BS you, they focus on your needs to get you the results your looking for. This place is definitely worth the stop whether your shopping around or looking to buy.

I run a shop my buddy paid them 800 dollers to install amp radio anx speakers he has done took it back to them 4 times cause it kept shutting off i fixed the issue in 10 mins cause they had to new radio grounded out to the antenna poor service customer has complained for a year i finally looked at it running my own business and i give this place a 1 star review over them not knowing how to ground a radio right!

The first time I went in I thought I was getting a deal but after they got done it was the worst mistake in my life. It cost me over $1500 to get my car straighten out at the dealership. When I went back to have it checked all I got was screaming. I wouldnt let them work on anything. I cannot believe I ever went to them and this older guy that thinks he is cool is a total nut job. I was told that he was the owner. You wouldnt believe it by the way he acted. He chased me to the car. Stay away unless you like your car messed up. Also my radio that I bought was supposed to be new and come to find out it had been refurbished. This place is a rip off.

I went to them today in search for a radio knob. When I brought the one I had to them at first they werent sure they had it but then they went to the back and got me one. They didnt have to do it but did. So when I am able to there for my other car needs I will go back. Its the little things that you remember. Also the knob would have been like 20 dollars at the dealers.

I paid 3,000 dollars for focal door speakers,tweeters,amp,compastator,amp for 2 15 inch subs p1s and box got straight ripped off seen me coming done blown 2subs now the 3rd which are supposed to have lifetime warranty which they won’t cover because I don’t have receipt that they kept and never gave to me so now they won’t replace I have a 2011 camaro and it has sound like junk from day one I’m embarrassed to even turn it up so if your a girl be careful they will rip you off it’s obvious I did thanks guys great job keep up the good work I just bought a 2017 corvette won’t let them do it to this car I’ll do it myself the guys don’t know what there doing they use to be good but now they fell off sorry for bad review but if your wrong I just let u know that’s how it is thanks a lot
