So I haven’t gotten work done for my car due to claims, it might be totaled who knows but I wanted to leave a review for the professionalism for this place. When I was in an accident they towed my immediately even helped me on site of my accident I was so relieved, and kept my car while I was waiting on my claim,Everyone here was super nice, communicative, and helped me unwind from a bad accident. I was recommended to this place from my neighbor who hit my parked car! Im so glad we went here. Steve was so amazing. He went out of his way to get all original parts for my car, even though insurance wasnt willing to pay for that. He offered to get a rental all set for us and he even took our rental back for us when we came to pick up the car. He goes above and beyond and I highly recommend his services!

MZ Collision is now my main body shop. I recommend them to anyone, especially if you truly care about your car’s appearance post-repair.My story: I was rear ended and had to go through the other party’s insurance, State Farm. State Farm had a major desire to deny most of my claim, resulting in my car sitting at the shop for almost a month. I was becoming extremely frustrated because I was the victim of someone’s careless driving and I felt that I had no control of my car repairs.Alex at MZ was handling most of the claim and then Brian, the owner, told me to file it through my own insurance. At that point, things finally started to get moving. My car was repaired in excellent quality.I was treated with kindness and respect by Alex and Brian. I am extremely satisfied with their service and diligence towards my car.And they are both really awesome people.My advice any time you are rear ended- immediately contact an attorney. Whether the other party is insured does not guarantee their insurance will follow through. An attorney will make sure of such.

Ms. Daisy did an amazing job at helping me get me in and out of MZ collision. She was extremely nice, offered us beverages, and even let us use the restroom here. Very satisfied with my experience because besides it being fast and easy going, we were treated like valued customers. Definitely a great staff and overall atmosphere at this place. They made a difficult and stressful situation much easier to deal with. Daisy and Alex are definitely on YOUR side and are willing to work with you. They definitely try their best to have you pay least amount of money out of your pockets. I also like their warranties they give you on the parts that they fix. I recommend them to anyone thats in a jam and needs a way out. They will definitely provide that for you because they did for me!

My experience with MZ Collision Center was above and beyond. You can tell they are a well oiled machine and everyone on the team is incredibly friendly, personable and extremely helpful. Not to mention amazing communication!! They did a great job with my car and I highly recommend them.

They over price everything, timelines are never met and they do a poor job and mess up your vehicle in areas where there was no previous damage prior to taking it there. I spoke to the manager about some areas that had been damaged and they refused to repair them. Will be opening up a claim on them to try to get this repaired. I would not recommend this place.

I have a 17 year old Mercedes which had a badly faded hood and some rust bubbles. I brought the car MZ Collision Center. They recommended painting the hood roof and trunk lid and the bumpers. So I agreed when I got the estimate which was reasonable. A week later I picked up the car and it looked like new. They also fully detailed the car, it was vacuumed wheels cleaned, showroom condition. Totally pleased with the results.

Hey guys Daisy and Brian are amazing there. I had a collision with in my car with lots of aftermarket and expensive parts on it. All the questions concerns and confusions I had, they took care of it. They are super knowledgeable and their prices are very fair. Daisy has lots of snacks for you guys! I have a passion in cars owning 11 vehicles and maintaining them by myself. But the work I see that goes on the shop and the customer service there are all top notch! All of you staff there I talked to thank you!

Brain and Daisy are awesome people! They really care about you as a customer. My insurance was giving me a hard time and my car was at MZ and I was worried about huge fees I might have to pay out of pocket but Brain and there team at MZ promised I wouldn’t pay out of pocket if insurance walks away!!! That is hard to find now days...they are a great business and very honest!!! Thank you MZ!!!

My tow truck driver recommended this place when my catalytic converter was stolen. Everyone I encountered was empathetic, honest & kind. I will for sure be keeping them in mind for future shop needs.

This place is great. I had someone run into my door in a parking lot. They left me with a giant scratch and dent on my drivers side door. I have a newer Ford Focus hatchback and its a nice looking car, but this scratch just made it look terrible.Brian told me over the phone to stop by any time for an estimate. After I stopped in that Tuesday afternoon, they took my car in on Friday and had it back to me by early afternoon on Tuesday. The door looks as good as new, and I was very happy with the quality and speed of service. Id definitely recommend this place for anyone in need of a body shop.

I originally gave this company a bad review because of seemingly interminable delays. I got the car back today in like-new condition and a 50% rebate on my $1,000.00 deductible because of the delays, which may not even haven been their fault. The car is clean and in perfect working condition. I could not be happier.

Absolutely horrible place my car is here right now I got recommended here and it is the biggest mistake Ive made . They will lie to you to get you off the phone with them every week they tell me my car will be ready next week so forth and to this day almost two months later my car is not ready . I was in a minor accident this is ridiculous .The wont answer your phone calls once your car is in the shop and they dont get back to you On the status of your car . For all I no they can be using it as a rental do not trust your car here !
