Friendly staff. Showed up for Inspection/Emissions and Oil Change/Scheduled Maintenance without an appointment, they got me in and out quickly. Wouldnt hesitate to go back for other repair needs.

Wow! Im new to the area and my fiancees car broke down on as we found out the Alternator broke. I called around to see what the price was going to cost and after calling about 8 places Springfield Auto Care came in the lowest by over $200. I thought it was too good to be true but went in and sure enough it was as advertised and took them less than 4 hours to fix and replace. I called Lorton Auto Care and was quoted at almost a $900 and several others around $7-900 thanks for the awesome job! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I dont think Ive ever written a google review. The customer service at Springfield Auto Care is that good. It made me want to sign in and give them 5 stars. They truly went above and beyond. They were knowledgeable and patient with me and I absolutely recommend them.

My family has depended on Lee since 1987. We have never been disappointed. Lee and his staff are honest, trustworthy, and dependable. More than once he has told me a repair on one of our older cars was not worth it but he would do the repair if I wanted it.

I was referred to Lee by a friend, and I was not disappointed. The dealership had quoted me $1400 for new brakes; Lee quoted me $700 and charged less than that when he finished. When I picked up my car, Lee took me into the garage to show me the condition of my old rotors that he had replaced. Lee is the definition of a hard-working, honest professional. Dont bother shopping around too long - you wont beat Lees service or prices.

I found Lee back in 2003 shortly after I first moved to the DC area. He is honest, dependable, very thorough, helpful, and reasonably priced. I would give him 100 stars if I could. Honesty goes a long way in this area and this is the only guy I will bring my vehicles. I specifically pay extra for AAA Plus so I can cover mileage to tow my vehicles to his shop. Definitely worth it!

This place is awesome! Its rare to find true mechanics nowadays! The owner is friendly and his service is detailed and accurate! A smart place to get your vehicle inspected and receive other future mechanical services!

I had a problem with my vehicles dashboard indicators and radio randomly coming on and off. A few times my car turned off when approaching a stop. I took a to one mechanic who tested the battery and said it was fine and thought it was an electrical issue. I then called Springfield auto and made arrangements to drop the vehicle off to have it looked it. Turns out it was the battery. The technician advised me that because the battery was a dry cell it was harder to test.

If your car has issues, go see mechanic Cho. This man is honest, cares and the most experienced person.👍

I went to several mechanics before I found Lee. As the other reviewer wrote, Lee is honest, dependable, very helpful, reasonably priced, and fast. Fast can be important for big jobs when you have a car rental.Numerous times while waiting for my car I saw the proverbial elderly lady bring her car in for an inspection and check-up. After the work, Lee just said the car was fine and changed the oil. Many other mechanics would have reamed her. Not Lee.I give Lee A+++
