This place has a lot of great designer-name brand clothes for REALLY cheap. Everything from American Eagle, Banana Republic, Calvin Klein, Diesel, sport wear like Nike and Adidas. They have good conditioned shoes, belts, scarves, hats, jackets and underwear for dudes and chicks. Dont forget sunglasses, jewellrey and make-up. Half the store is $1.00 clothing items. They also have new clothes and some other merchandise. There is a revolving door of employees as they train and employ people seeking better job skills. There are still some permanent employees and there really nice if only there welcoming vibes would rub off on the newbies. I shop here about 3 to 4 times a week. You cant beat a nice pair of Calvin Klein jeans for a buck. Go check this place out and if you have good clothes you need to get rid of they accept donations too.

So Ive shopped in this store around a dozen times and until yesterday Ive always thought the women that works there are always so nice and helpful. I asked if they would consider coming down on the price a bit on a pair of jeans that were priced at $12. They were top of the line as far as the name brand was concerned but I found and pointed out another pair of equal quality priced at $7 hoping that I might get them a for closer to that price. So the sweetheart that has helped me many other times in the past said I would need to ask another lady, which Ive forgotten her name and had never seen her there until yesterday, but it was obvious she was either the owner or manager. So I approach her and first pointed to the huge pile of clothes on the counter I had already picked out to purchase just so she knew I wasnt just scamming, if you will, I just have a budget which is why I shop there in the first place. When I said that I chuckled a little but she didnt see the humor I guess. In fact she barely made eye contact when she said....No, I cant...these just came out on the rack and that $12 was a good price for those particular jeans! Not even 1 dollar! I asked her why the other jeans I had in my hands where $7 and of the same quality and that I would buy both pair if she would come down even just a little. Again, no ...Im sorry or no....eye contact...she just turned and continued with what she was doing. Correct me if Im wrong, but isnt this store for low income people through CAP? Either the couple of dollars cheaper was coming out of her pocket, (so to speak), or she was intentionally insulting me and making that store unaffordable for the low income. Lets not forget to mention how she makes people feel less then they already do...although she didnt manage to make me feel that way because I have a history of hard work which I am proud of but have struggled financially in the last few years for different reasons like everyone else that struggles....Im guessing shes been fortunate in her life, so far...I positive that a couple dollars isnt going to steer her to the food pantries, or to CAP for help with her rent and utilities like so many people in this country such as myself who go shopping at second hand stores to be able to afford decent clothes! This treatment toward the low income is in a sense is the same as kicking someone when there down! This may not of been intentional but it was obvious that those few dollars werent worth it to her to make those jeans affordable for the likes of me. Just a last not....she watched me buy them and with everything else I picked out, I spent $30. When I left I didnt hear a thank you or even a good bye! WOW!

Oct. 2019: Ramona was cashier in training + she was very kind and helpful in the store! She let me know about the dollar rack on the far left4 men and womens clothing plus they now have furniture& other household goods for the store has expanded! In the past (years ago) I had visited the previous location of the store when it was on the corner smaller location of Commerce Ave. I visited sevetal times and every visit customer service was bad, rude staff and high prices. Today I visited the store before closing. I was searching for summer items. The 2 woman working were kind&helpful! Prices were great/affordable!I am so glad the display window at the CAP office for the store was adjusted on pricing for items on display. I must say, the previous prices on items was ridiculous! Ross4less prices were in no comparison. Thank you that someone paid attention to details.Wow, what a difference because now anyone; men or women are able to afford purchaseing at this store. Keep up the good work. Would like to see a bigger selection of footware. Thanks again!
