Great place to shop. Very Friendly staff. Would recommend stopping at the bakery on your way out!

Store is absolutely disgusting!! I came in to get pumpkins and found a bin that said they were $.98 each. I get to the register and because someone on their end messed up they said that I didn’t see it correctly and would only do 2 out of my 10 pumpkins for the $.98. Walmart do better. If someone messes up on the price please accommodate the guest. Because I spent an hour digging in that bin to be disrespected and disappointed. I’d rather go to target at that point.

Better of the two Walmarts Ive been to in Longview. Better selection quicker check out, and money services opens earlier. Only thing I didnt like was it was a little chilly inside.

Went for a grocery pickup call the number and it go straight to voicemail thank God for Autumn got our pickup order in no time flat.

Am not sure what is going on with Walmarts seafood department. This is the 3rd bag of wild caught shrimp that I have returned due to spoilage...from their freezer to mine in less than 20 minutes. I cant do this again.

The store was clean but the organization of items is counterintuitive. Wish all of the Walmart stores would understand that the organization is such that I am going to their store only when I cant find something elsewhere.

I picked up some nice mats for my car. But I had to go through the tobacco aisle to get some Grizzly Long Cut for my husband and there were several people ahead of me with full carts and I didnt see them purchasing tobacco products. A bit frustrating. I do love my new black and red mats!! ❤️

Wouldve given 5 stars if there wasnt the apparent assumption that all their customers are dishonest thieves. All the good customer service cannot undo the stop as you walk out the door.

Double check the marked price with the scanned price. They have Lays Stac marked as $1.00 and they scan at $1.24. I have taken the product back to the service desk and pointed it out to cashiers. I checked again today and it is still happening. Another customer was having issue with the scanned price of ribs exceeding the marked price.

This place was terrible. The selection of food was awful as well as the quality. I use to love going to GC to eat because I liked their fried chicken. It tasted terrible and the roasted chicken looked thoroughly roasted. With food like this Ill give them a year before they shutdown if something doesnt change.

It was the most clean, well-stocked Walmart Ive seen in a long time.

It was great. I like to look around the store to see whats new. A Product Developer like to see new things, gadgets, tools, kitchen items. So it was a great experience.

It was easy to traverse and was able to find everything on my list every time ive gone there. The employees were helpful when i approached them. My one gripe being the bathrooms were a little messy but other than that id say i had a pleasant experience.

One of the walmart workers almost run over me with her bugging and looked at me like in her way. I also waited for the bugging guy to remove the buggies in parking lot and he did the same. Manners people. Kindness people, a few social skills would help as well.

Was here about 11:30 today. Dairy, eggs, lunch meat, and frozen foods were bare. But were restocking some areas.

Whatever this store is having with there barcode and items. Add the over zealous underpaid idiots they employee for customer service going out the door...if theyd tried this in San Jose Almaden valley mgmt would be there instead of these over zealous idiots. Thank God I dont live here and only helping a fam member. I gave my family member Costco card and told them to order online whatever they needed so they wouldnt have to deal with that circus again

Bad experience on 2040 gilmer Rd. Walmart i look on app for 4.5 refrigerator so i fund 2 left items on this location i drove 45 mi. To go buy it but went i get there i didnt see it on shelf so i went ask on services if i can get same one help fund it but the lady i contact she toll me if u didnt see it at shelf is no another person go see if got one on back and a show the walmart app shows 2 only so i say it i drove 45 miles for that answer walmart need hire employees they want to help customers to get what they need if walmart dont have i agree but app show 2 left im very disappointed with Walmart because didnt encourage they associates to doe they part of job little more hard i didnt say all associates are like that because day before i went to another location and i fund the nice associated she looking for my product and wait at phone with another she get hang out on line but she didnt quit till she solve my cases and she went to the limit to go find a manager to came help her she is good worker but the ones i have today didnt wort the money walmart pay for and is all a have to say it tnk i hope uall see my feed back

Every. Single. Time. I come to this store they ALWAYS are out of stock, total mess through all the racks & shelf, overly packed, and the only thing that really pushed me to write and post a review was the fact that I needed potatoes, this store is closest to me & out of pure laziness on my part I went here & grabbed a bag, when I went to use them (within the hour of buying them) I see mold all over them.. so obviously they either don’t check on their produce or it sits & sits til it molds.. which is disgusting.. there are many stores with better customer service, & quality of products that I’ll end up going to instead now, really sad because I’m not use to a Walmart being this bad where I moved from.. do better I know you can!

Terrible. There seems to be issues with stocking shelves. Its really unexceptable. I will discontinue shopping there because so many of my needed item are not available. Walmart did not used to be this way. I cant imagine being one of there store managers and seeing such disarray. Top manager should be very concerned at this point. It is not just 1 store but various locations.

I am very disappointed in online shopping. My order has been wrong for the last 4 times. I get that every one is busy, but please start checking the orders before pick up.The Automotive center needs a major Attitude adjustment there were 2 men working this morning, the only car there was nine. I wasnt sure what to do or where to go to get my tires checked.I ask one if the guys where to go for my tires, ge was rude, and totally acted like I ruined his morning. I finally figured out which door to go in, and was greeted by Ian. NOw this was definitely the definition of good character. He was respectful, grateful as well as Helpful. He took over and fixed my tires problems. I get nervous when I have to go to the Automotive center, but after today I will be calling and if Ian is there, I will take my car back. If Ian isnt there my husband can deal with the Attitude. I will go completely across town to another wal mart.

I went to order my eyeglasses. The associate I think her name is Joy is always patient and helpful in me choosing my glasses. I only want to get my eyeglasses there because of their customer service. I called Charles the manager and told him about how pleased I was with her service. He cares about his customers and his associates also.

Saw things that I thought about purchasing but was clueless to how much it would cost so I only purchased items that I needed and had budgeted for. Not having any prices posted on itemsmakes it frustrating for the older crowd who are on a fixed income and are not really computer savvy with an app on their smartphone so they can scan the items and find out how much they cost. Screw that the customers are what keeps you making money so why not cater to the customers instead of the customers catering to your ways.

I really like this Walmart the only thing I have against it,. Is the deli only has rotisserie chicken no side dishes to go with your family dinner. The workers that work there are rude and ignore you when youre trying to ask them a question. Their markdowns are not really marked down. It a clean and big store and fully stocked.

Certain cashiers have nasty, stuck-up, arrogant attitudes, seriously. Invest in retraining your pathetic workers.

I love the online pick up and grocery pick up at this location. Even when its raining, hot, or cold they are always really nice and do a great job.

If the self checkout register isnt accepting credit cards arent we suppose to move to the next available register? Thats exactly what I did and the ghetto worker very loudly asked if I was cutting in line!! I said NO ur register isnt accepting credit cards so I had to move. The store is so unmanaged

Really bad service at the self checkout 27Jun21 620pm, we were the third that needed assistance but the employee had more interest in her phone. I asked another employee for a manager and she said I needed to see customer service haha I guess. I know nothing ever comes of these Wal-Mart reviews but maybe someone will see it and go to the other one in this town.

Awful awful time. I spent over $150. I was in the store a while browsing having a good time. Apparently browsing while black is wrong. Something rung up wrong and I had to go to the service desk. Thats when I noticed a black lady in a yellow manager vest acting awkward. She followed me to the door and loudly asked for my receipt. For some reason she looked at the receipt and then said have a good day.

I received the BEST customer service ever! This guy named Brandon, or Bryce or maybe it was Brandt, helped me find exactly what I needed. He was so extremely helpful. If you cant find what you need in the sporting goods section, be sure to find this guy to help you out.

Walmart has no cash they kept my change...a Walmart associate told me they only take cards and she couldnt give me change. She said I may have some change in my drawer. A $1!!! Not correct change either! $1!!! Only

So... I... Dislike this location. Pretty much just...maskless people and employees wearing their own masks wrong... More often than not the checkout cashiers are rude, and the assistants for self checkout are rude as well. I go to neighborhood market when i can help it. There are a few employees with a bone to pick with just about every customer and it gets super old... Super fast. If possible skip this and go to the neighborhood market. The selection is a bit more scarce but the environment is nicer.

I do not care for Walmart at all yes it has almost everything you need but the stress and hassle dealing with most of the people there is not worth it. Don’t even get me started on grocery pickup. We have had more problems with that then it’s worth. They either give you the wrong items or the items are about rotten. Also they give your orders to other people or just didn’t pick your order at all. They will also cancel your order and not tell you about it and have you sitting for 2 hours waiting on something your not even going to get. Very poor

So many people without masks and was harassed by an employee I guess since we look Hispanic and not white she though we would be stealing and followed us everywhere at the end she even checked our bags before walking out totally disgusted by this racial profiling location. Would rather spend twice the money elsewhere than to be racially discriminated.
