Ordered bagels for my office through the einstein bros website. asked for it to be delivered, which i guess is through door dash. received 13 bagels with no cream cheese. apparently when you get it delivered you dont get cream cheese. also i went back through and there is no spot to order cream cheese. when i called was basically told that its not their problem. i will never order from here again and will tell the drug reps i work with not to either.

They need to learn how to properly handle crowd control. And not be so rude. It’s Sunday, the Lord’s day.

The place is nice,clean and has tasty bagels.But sadly wasnt as satisfyingly as I had hoped. because how some of the items were missing, but the also cut and placed on both of my bagels was sad! Ill give this place another try because the cashier was super cool about it and sincerely apologized and will fix it next time for me, but just be warned to make sure your order Is fully correct before leaving!

Great customer service. Always been a line of some sort whenever Ive come no matter what time of day. But the staff isvery courteous. I usually get the Avocado Toast or the Lox. Always fresh & prepared well. Worth a little wait if necessary. 🥑🥯🐟

I ordered online at 8am and by 9am my order is “still being worked on” based on the repeated words by the incompetent employee. My order was ready who knows how long ago and they forgot to put it out in the pickup table.

Probably my favorite place for chain coffee - you know, national chain, signature coffee flavor. The vanilla hazelnut is pretty good and its just fine for a quick coffee visit. Large self-serve carafes available off to the side.Bagels are good - Im partial to the sesame seed, pretzel, and cinnamon sugar flavors.This location is quick with their service, Taylor especially so! And everyone always remembers to ask if youre a rewards member.Pretty bummed that Einstein Corporate decided to discontinue offering the non-dairy cream cheese.

Every Einstein Bros Ive been to has been pretty messy, but the bagels and coffee are good. I give the food a four, but I cant really give it four stars for the dining area.

Ordered a Lox bagel and breakfast sandwich here - the breakfast sandwich was okay but the Lox bagel was pretty bad. There was hardly any salmon with the amount of money spent... Almost $12 for a few thin slices... Will be ordering elsewhere next time.

Ap does not have certain items that they do have in store. Tried to call... couldnt get anyone...went in. Limited staff 1 cashier, 1 person filling orders, that means online orders, ap orders in store orders so give yourself 20 mins for your in store order😪. Always been slow but not this slow.

Very friendly environment and very tasty Bagels. The only downside was that I had my Bagels toasted and they charge $0.60 extra for butter. I figure if you buy Bagels and get them toasted they should throw in the butter other than that nice place. yes, I would come here again

Einsteins has a great variety of bagels and delicious sandwiches. Its great for breakfast or lunch. I have too many favorites to list them all. The asiago bagel is my favorite savory choice. French toast and cinnamon sugar are both delicious for something sweeter.

I have been going for like 2 weeks. I have had no problems till today. I saw a roach next to the soda machine. When I told a worker he wasnt surprised at all. That make me think that this isnt the frist one.

Food was good, though sides were skimpy. No ice in dispenser. Too cold to sit inside.

You never know what level of service youll get. Sometimes great, but not consistently great. Easy parking, nice selection, could be a top notch place with a little effort.

Great place for breakfast, open 5am. Clean well lit, with friendly staff, and a bathroom. Great place to eat and wake up in the morning. Sadly only open till 3pm... Wish they had a larger deli selection, and their coffee is mediocre.

Sandwich was good but when my son wanted a pizza bagel they didnt have sauce for it.

This place puts the B on bagels. I enjoyed every minute of my short visit to this spot. I connected to wifi and jaut enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and attentive.The food was excellent and I was seated immediately at my own comfort. Their recommendations for food was fantastic and I could not get myself to leave.! I ended up staying and enjoying the music and some superb food for about 2 hours!I easily lost track of time while I tended to some work components.

Love Einstein Bros Bagels. This one has outdoor seating so we can bring our dog. Just wish they were open in the evening because sometimes Id like a late afternoon/evening bagel.

The customer service here is decent. They could pretend to like their job instead of seeming irritated when taking your order. I love the schmearfulls. Bakers dozen is also a great deal. Ive only been here during slow hours and have been surprised by how long they take to complete an order for only one person. But I will keep coming back, the quality of food makes up for the lack of service

Was at this place twice last week. Monday at 3:08 PM, they were closed. There sign reads OPEN TILL 4 PM. There were 2 guys inside and the guy said they had not got around to changing the sign. I said How is that my fault? I rely I your service and keeping up with the posted hours should be part of that. Plus 8 Minutes. I went back on Wednesday and spoke to the Manager, well guess what still the sign had not been changed, STILL READ OPEN TILL 4 PM, Probably still says that today. Plus I wanted to buy the $8 go special well the fine print is that special is only available until 11 AM, even though there were 3 boxes of the specials, still sitting on the counter at Noon. The service at this particular store is terrible. Frequent the Bellflower store they are always smiling and helpful even at 3:08 PM

This Einsteins is always easy to get in and out of. Its seems like they sometimes rush you through the line so stand aside if you dont know what you want. They do serve dog bagels though which is cool.

The bagels here are on point. just tried the mac and cheese bagel and it was really delicious. have to return soon for more. they have a wide variety of plain, sweet, and savory bagels, sandwiches. Drinks are also on offer.

This was my first time going to an Einstein Bros. Bagels. I had one of their breakfast bagels, the turkey sausage and cheddar, it was pretty good. I had to stick to the asiago bagel since the only other bagels available were the chocolate chip and cranberry bagel. The employee mentioned their oven was broken so they only had a limited variety of bagels. I would like to give them a second try.

A very well made Bagels at a reasonable price. And plenty of prepared foods. Good atmosphere

I only go very rarely because I love bagels and only when im running too late for work that i need a quick pick up. Even then its not quick. Absolutely no consistency at this location. Orders are wrong 75% of the time even when I am very clear and specifiic. We now double check everything before we leave because we often wait for them to remake many orders. We now buy and make our own bagels. Much better and saves money.

Normally get a bagel. Prefer boiled and slightly chewy bagels, but theyre okay. There are ample tables and the radio is not played too loudly.

I have to say I felt a gut punch with several dissappointments this visit unfortunately. Our Chicken Salad Harvest sandwich did not have enough chicken on it. Ive taken a total of three dishes back in my entire life, this being one of them (burnt pizza in SLC UT, bad poke bowl on Catalina island and this sandwich). I just asked for a bit more chicken so that ask was granted (which is why the 3 star and not lower). We were not given pickles with our orders. I had already asked for my order to be fixed and already felt like a burden as it was. My Nova Lox was also pretty skimpy as well, but it wasnt as bad as my wives sandwich so I over looked it. We eat at a lot of different Einsteins so we do know the proportions were a bit off. ;)Additionally your ice machine appears to be having issues.Thank you.

Great & tasty signature sandwich; I had the California Nova Lox, tasted like sushi in a bun!Only complaint was the presentation of one of the employees; disheveled hair & visible hickey on neck. Not very appropriate, especially for a food establishment.

They have a great selection of bagels, but they always give me a hard time and always look at me weird when I order whole bagels without them cut or toasted or cream cheesed. I have no idea whats up with them, but its a very minor detail.

We used to go to the location down the street, but it was horrible. Found this location to be fabulous! Super friendly staff, and the quality of the food is much better here. Not nearly as loud and chaotic as the Bellflower Blvd location.

My FAVORITE bagel shop ever.....however, any location I visit they are ALWAYS our of Six Cheese bagels. I drive 20 minutes just to get my favorite bagels, but I am let down every time. If you have a popular flavor....you should make more of them ;)

Fast, clean, and delicious. Definitely plan on coming back. Asiago cheese bagel with jalapeno shmear or pumpernickel with honey almond shmear are my favorites.

Employees need to be trained on how to properly apply the cream cheese to a bagel. I paid a lot of money for an onion bagel with barely any lox spread/cream cheese on it. Unfortunate
