Really bad customer service. They just told us the refrigerator didnt work, problem is we didnt even get to the part where we told him the type of refrigerator or what the problem was. Technician just said he didnt want to come out. We told him if we could at least tell him problem and he wasnt interested. Smh

2/8/2021 - Washer - my washer was overflowing. Called at 9:15 am and my washer was repaired by 10:30 am. It turned out to be a minor repair. I appreciated the technician honesty. Thats why I call and will continue to call them for my appliance repairs.2020 - Washer - The transmission in my washer was making a loud noise and it would not do the rinse cycle.Called on a Monday morning, tech arrived by noon, explained that the repairs had to be done at their shop, took the washer and came back Wednesday morning to install it. Just as promised.2019 - Drier - The technician arrived on time, explained with detail what repairs needed to be done. Reasonable prices. Over all GREAT SERVICE.

Bought a washer and dryer. Got great service. It was an excellent experience.

I would give them a negative if I could. EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Call at 9am was told someone would be out. Call again at 1 and Maurico said he would check and call me back. I called again at 3 and he was gone. I never got a call back and no one ever showed up. After doing business with them in previous years, I would not recommend them to anyone, New ownership, not the same quality of service.

Had an appointment today and there was a no show. Wasted my time I have things to do they didnt even call to say the tech was running late, I called to find out what was going on the lady said she would call me back in five minutes, still nothing. I wouldnt trust them if I was you

Terrible service. The technician when he installed the washing machine broke the water faucets although I informed him that the water was closing off the main line. I talked to the owner and worse yet he offered no apology or any form of collaboration to repair what they broke. I dont have water in the house for 4 days because with the broken keys the water goes out everywhere. Awful experience

Just buy a washing machine and you can see the price a little less than elsewhere
