Victor was great. I walked in randomly to ask about maybe switching over carriers. He was able to explain the entire process and helped me through the entire thing. When I arrived to this location today I was helped by Nate h. he was very helpful and able to answer any questions or concerns that I had with my phone. He was able to replace my old phone for a new phone for an upgrade. He was very kind and respectful and was able to resolve the issue that I had. 10 out of 10 experience.

The employees will reel you in and making false promises that they will not keep. Be aware that they will do everything to rip you off unless do your due diligence before walking into the store not to get ripped off.

Sebastian just helped me with the most. However the previous person did not. I would give Sebastian a 5 star but not the other sales rep. I am still waiting on agreements he promised March 17th.

Just stopped in here to fix my ASUS tablet, worked with several individuals in This store before about this issue. Chris Phillips solved the issue and got my tablet back working on the Verizon Network. Now I can Facebook anywhere and watch my movies on the go. It is great having someone you can trust and go to for questions, plans, upgrades, usage sometimes feels so confusing, but she was great and actually helped us lower our monthly bill!

Patrick helped us set up our Apple Watch and it was hands down our best experience at any Verizon we’ve been to. Very knowledgeable, kind, and was so efficient. It was quick and easy for us. In the future, for any phone needs, we will definitely go back to see Patrick.

For many years I trained retail sales reps and both Dino and Casey were OUTSTANDING representatives of Verizon. They listened to my issues, gave me information, and resolved them. I came in to activate a couple of phones and got so much more. The phenomenal customer service I received from Matthew was amazing!!! I came into the store to get a new charging cord for my phone, I was pleasantly greeted by Peter Roto. He took the time to analyze our account and got me into a new phone (I needed one) and made our bill DECREASE!I was very happy with my visit. Thank you, Peter and Verizon! Dino was excellent and he and his team went out of the way to get an Apple Watch from a different store when my daughter needed the watch urgently. He was kind enough to explain, program and activate the watch and also explained to my daughter how to handle it. The service that we received at this store was superb and I greatly appreciate the professionalism of Dino. I was shopping and stopped in just to ask for info about adding some stuff to my account. Mike was great! He really clarified a lot of stuff that i thought i already understood, showed me multiple options fir plans and equipment; he was friendly, professional, and especially knowledgeable. I was in a hurry and not able to finalize anything then but the next day i drove all the way to this store from Lombard, so i could deal with Mike again. Mike was so transparent i felt like we were friends and i was part of the Verizon family.

Samantha was amazing in helping set up my new iPhone 11 Pro and Apple Watch Series 5 today. Verizon is lucky to have such a knowledgeable and fun person working for them!

This does not reflect my feelings about Verizon wireless as a company. The employees at this store are not helpful in any way. I went into the store to pay a bill in cash, and the payment never posted to my account. It took 2 calls to customer service, customer service giving my service a 48hr extension for the store to get it posted to my account, and another call to customer service (who also had to contact the store) during the 48 hour extension time to get it resolved. In my final visit to the store trying to get this resolved, I asked an employee why my phone number was added to a family plan during this time as well. I had not requested that. He repeatedly just told me to call customer service- which I had already done while trying to find out what happened to my payment. He would not look up my plan in the system or make any calls into it to help me out.

Matt helped me so much getting a new iPhone 11 after my old iPhone broke. Upgraded me to a better plan, highly recommend coming here! Will be back

Super helpful. Its not the closest Verizon to me, but they definitely do better. Its bit weird that the store doesnt have signal, but that seemed more like their inconvenience than mine.

I went into the verizon store 2 nights ago to inquire about switching over from sprint. Marilyn was the associate that worked with me, she was very informative of the promotions and discounts. Bad experience, spent over an hour in store with two employees - only one other costumer that asked one question. They could not sell me a phone because they didnt process it correctly and tablet was slow, couldnt reactivate my phone for a while. I walked out with same phone:( not going back to this store - not happy with slow service and no new phone

This place sells old series phones not the new phones that are out on the market. Got talked out of buying an iPhone because battery problem and iPhone suck. If there was a way to rate this place a 0 stars I would. I would suggest going to the Verizon in Downers Grove on Butterfield, Tom and Nicole are great there, they fixed my problems.
