This is a long overdue kudos to Jon who helped me last fall. I walked in with a new phone I just bought retail and he set me up with the perfect plan for me needs and with an educator’s discount. Very patient and knowledgeable. Then when I afterwards discovered an online offer for the same service I got in-store, but came with a $250 gift card, I called Jon and he worked his magic to get approval for a credit to my account. I didn’t realize he succeeded until I discovered the credit on my account a couple of months later. Jon is really one of those rare gems!

Terrible service. Store was a mess. Made me wait 45 mins to tell me the phone was sold out. No signage nothing. Trash everywhere. Won’t be trying to come here again.

Service is quick, but very poor. I bought a new phone with an employee that is no longer with the company. He told me I could trade in my old phone.Came in to get help activating and transferring things over to the new phone. Had to upgrade storage and back up my iCloud which took longer than expected. Told me to come back, and I’d get $350 for my old phone.I procrastinated bringing my old phone back because of the holidays and life priorities. Came in and was told it was past the 30-day period of purchasing the new phone. I said no one told me this but they insisted.The manager told me he could give me $95 credit for the trade in. Then it turned into $72 during the process.I dealt with three people and was never told this policy and because of the poor customer service, I have to pay for it. I had to settle for the whole $72 credit for THEIR mistakes and poor customer service. Not to mention the “sorry” I received was extremely disingenuous. I am not impressed and not satisfied with the service.UPDATE: I emailed below and never received any responses. Don’t be fooled by the response.

Went to the AT&T Store in Yorktown today to fix an account/plan/billing issue that was created by a different AT&T store last weekend (Glen Ellyn, anyone?) ANYWAY, Alex was AWESOME and helped us sort out the mess and get our accounts straightened out. Thank you for caring and taking the time to see what was wrong and actually know how to fix it. John was great too! High fives all around for the experience 🙌🏻 Will be back again!

Worst customer service by far! Transferred over 7 lines and one line gets canceled within a month all because they didn’t transfer lines over correctly. We have been down a line for over a week and have been ping ponged around between the store and customer service. No one is claiming accountability and to make things even better- management didn’t bother to even come out and try to resolve the problem. So frustrating!

I asked that my new iPhone be set up to include the data that was present on the old phone, and Adrian did a stellar job. He was helpful, respectful of my time, and really knew his stuff. I didnt want to do everything through Cloud and he worked with me - even though it took a lot of extra time - to get my critical information mapped over correctly. Very professional and very kind,. I recommend this store & Adrian specifically based on my experience.

Customer service was ok, nothing super exceptional. I was disappointed that the sales reps only wore masks when someone was in the store (this happened twice) and the store was filthy - business cards, rubber bands, paper shreds on the floor, hand sanitizer bottles knocked over on tables, dust all over the display shelves. I’ve never seen any store so dirty.

Helen makes this store awesome! She’s not a manager but she should be. Helen went above and beyond on making sure I was 100% satisfied with my upgrade and purchase! For now on this will be the only at&t store I will be visiting despite the 30 min distance from my home. I went to 3 different locations until someone was willing to take all the necessary steps to make sure I got what I needed! From one cs rep to another, A+ customer service.

Isiaha the Sales Associate was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything and helped us understand the latest deals and plans. He was able to help my son with a phone upgrade in a quick and timely manner. The store was not crowded and I was seen right away. I definitely recommend this AT&T store.

Want to the Lombard on Friday at 11am left at 245pm talk to Jon nice guy store way to slow didnt have phones in stock credit card system didnt work had to go back home to get a check to pay for phone covers and phone tax paid him 89,00 came home he calls and said that I need to come with cash to pay the taxes I told him to cancel it. Went to the Elmhurst store had the phones in stock credit card worked there down in 1/2 he swap all info into the new phones took about 45 minutes and was on my way home JUST GO TO ELMHURST ATT FIRST

I went to the store yesterday at 7:40 pm, the sign on the door said closes at 8 pm, The lights were turned down and when I parked and wen to see if they were really closed, I saw a guy at the back of the store shut off the lights completely. He saw me standing there and then proceeded to go into the back office. I had quick question about my account. I have never seen such poor customer service. I will not be going back there. I tried to call today and speak to the manager and he said the manager was not in and will not be in until 9/15, hard for me to believe there is not acting supervisor in his absence.

Tried to visit the store today for a wireless problem. It was around 2:20pm. A sign was posted saying that they were out and would be back soon. I stopped waiting at 3:35pm. Absolutely ridiculous for the employees to be out of the store for more than an hour. Terrible service availability, please adjust hours if that’s a regular occurrence

The associate was not that great. He did the minimal, didnt share any rates or discounts or plans. Didnt talk much, just was not helpful just seemed as if he wanted to sell the phone and get me out the store. Also only wanted to give me $15 for my phone. He is telling me my old $700 is only worth 15.

We have been sitting outside the store from 6:00-6:45 pm; the store hours are until 8 pm. The door has been locked for 45 minutes with a sign that says “we’ll be right back”. What kind of business closes its doors for this length of time without anyone to help customers???

When they close their doors before closing time 8pm. They should put 730pm because if you get there at 740 just to pay a bill they will not let you in.
