Its an autozone. Its got an autozone employee or 2, and all the stuff inside is organized and clean just like every autozone on earth. If you need to read reviews to choose an auto parts store you are better suited to try amazon.

These guys and gals are fantastic. As a single woman Im always leery of auto parts but these people are so helpful and even installed my wipers and brake light bulb. Admittedly mine was easy. They probably dont do ones that are harder but they made me a very happy lady by helping. I wont go anywhere else from now on.

Just had a new battery installed at the Lodi store. Antonio explained the different levels available and the warranty. After I chose the unit I wanted, he proceeded to install it and get me on my way. He is a good representative for your company. He believes that customer service is very important.

Nothing special here. It doesnt have the qualities of the small mom and pop shop. They have most of the parts and supplies that all the other franchized parts store has at the exact same prices. What compells me to go there is their close proximity. What makes me go elsewhere is that they frequently sell the wrong parts. But as long as it is unopened (mostly), they will return or exchange it. For another wrong part! If what you need is on the shelves like oil or car wax, they are the store for you!

Good customer service, usually at least one person who knows a thing or two about cars is on duty. Wait times arent unreasonable, but could be better, and while some of the staff provide fantastic, knowledgeable customer service, others are ok. None, however, offer poor or unacceptable customer service, which unfortunately cannot be said for many establishments these days. This is my go-to location for car parts and supplies. Pay attention to the sales, occasionally there are some killer deals here.

Very friendly and competent staff. I was in and out in under five minutes. I was given the correct items I asked for and the best part was that I was able to pay with my phone. LOVE IT

Worst customer service! If you get stressed helping customers maybe you shouldnt work in customer service. He didnt want to help me install a battery because he needed to share passwords with his coworker. I went to Pepboys first and they couldnt do it but they were super nice about it. They gave me options and even offered to jump start my car! OReilly was great too and helped me with no problem. I will never go back to AutoZone.

On phone and helping work on peoples items... Cool, but time consuming, I just wanted a bulb.
