Ive been looking for an Impala for awhile now. There has been NONE for sale in the Detroit area. I spoke with David Wolinski about my desire for an Impala Premier. Not just the regular Impala. I was very specific in what I wanted. Within in a few weeks I was driving a beautiful fully loaded Impala Premier. I could not be happier with the process and the car. THANK YOU

Service was conducted efficiently and as requested. Was especially interested in getting Recall Bulletin for passenger side airbag resolved. Fortunately the dealership had the part in stock. In the future I would recommend periodic update (phone call, text message) on service status. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:00am and did not hear anything until around 3:30pm. I was not sure if they would need to keep the vehicle overnight. Fortunately Service was completed the same day.

This dealer in Livonia is by far the best one I have ever been to. The salesman (Marc) was the greatest. Marc helped me find the car that I wanted so badly. I called 5 other Chevy dealers and they didn’t have it but then I called Feldman Chevy in Livonia and Marc was able to get me a 2014 Chevy volt. Marc was so kind and very nice. Then after Marc followed Ben (the finance manager). They were both overall great. It definitely feels like a family there.

Jenn in the body shop was outstanding! She greeted me warmly, explained the entire process, and kept me informed throughout. In addition, I was able to receive my vehicle back in less time than she informed me! More importantly, the entire service team received me very well, from the gentlemen at the service desks to the car porters. I have never really had a negative experience at Feldman and I will absolutely return when I need another vehicle.

Feldman used to be great, I had gone there for years. My interaction this week ensured I will never go back. I made an appointment for Thursday was called Friday and approved the work to be done that day. By Monday the work still wasnt complete. Chuck in service was incredibly rude to me. When I finally picked up my car the noise I brought it in for and paid $575 to fix was not in fact fixed, it was louder. My car I brought in with brand new rims was returned with a missing lug nut and they claimed they didnt have it. They could not duplicate my trunk not latching, they said they tried 30 times, thats funny because the first time I tried to use my trunk it would not latch. HORRIBLE service. I now have to take my car someplace else to actually fix the issue and wasted $575. I will NEVER come back to Feldman.

The only problem I had was with the call center. Her name was Lauren. She told me to go to Bell Tire when I had a screw in the tire. She also forgot the time of the appointment and I had to call her back. After that she still got it wrong and put me in an hour earlier than what I could make it to. She also insisted that I would need to leave it there for 2 to 3 days. I had an oil change and tire rotation. It took less than an hour. I now have a direct line to the service rep and will NEVER use the call center again.ThanksElaine Gonzales

I have had my Silverado serviced at the Livonia location since I bought it back in 2017 and they have been great but this time I found dirt and grease smeared on the inside door panel which ended up on my hands and shirt, the windshield washer reservoir was empty and not refilled and the estimate I was promised was never done to maintain the fuel system. The last few times that I had service, I was taken care of by Robert. It is always a pleasure. Robert is very pleasant and helpful. I had coupons that stated $25 off if you like the Facebook page. I missed reading the fine print. Robert was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. Thank you! Also the cashier was very nice. Very friendly conversation while cashing me out. When I left, I went to the gas station to get gas and all of my money was gone. The cashier called me because I had dropped my money in the waiting are. I knew it was exactly $61. We decided we wanted to purchase it but the windshield had some chips and the dealership agreed to replace it at no additional costs. I have had an issue with my driver door not releasing when I am trying to exit. I have had it in for service a few times - most recently I dropped in and also asked if a service tech could look at the door catching again. I was assured that this would be added to my service appointment that I had last week and that a note would be made. My car was returned to me without this being checked. (I have gotten locked inside my car!!!!) When a rep called me last week to see if I was satisfied, I told them this problem & they said the service manager would call me. This has not happened ( no follow ups are typically done). Would probably not go back to this dealership (or at least this location).

Quick and efficient service. I would love to make another shout off to Sam in sales. He is actually the one who sold me my Tahoe last summer. Their is no way he would even recognize me with my mask on, let alone even remember me from last summer but he still made a point to have a conversation with me while I waited for my oil change. I found a car from craigslist, I was very excited and hopeful. When a sales representative reach out to me and told me that the car I was interested in had been sold ☹️☹️☹️and asked me what was it about that car I like, I basically told him it was the color for me, so when he then said that he would try and find something else that I may like as well, I thought that was very nice of him. I made it very clear that I really needed a car like months ago, that conversation happened Monday and its almost Friday and I havent heard anything from this sales representative 🤔🤔🤔🤔, how long am I suppose to wait. Very disappointed, very!!!!!!

Do not come here for car repairs. They rip you off and do repairs you did not authorize and still make you pay for it. I am never coming here again. They scare you into getting repairs you don’t need and take advantage of you if you’re not knowledgeable about cars. They didn’t even fix the issue they claimed my car had. Supposedly my brakes/ rotors were in bad shape yet I feel no difference when I use my brakes. Just scammers.

I took my 2018 silverado in for its first maintenance insp. and oil change. they told me it would take about an hour. So i made my appointment an hour before i had to go to work. The customer service was great! Eugene Ferguson made sure they accommodated my work schedule. They allowed me to bring my car in early at 7am. Arranged for Tyler the shuttle driver to take me to work and pick me up. Even though the shuttle usually starts after 8am. Making an exception for the extra mileage. Tyler was very friendly and pleasant. Got me to work early and was waiting on me when I got off. Eugene called to let me know my car was ready. Also let me know he would be gone when I got to the dealership. But that his partner Tim Bell would handle everything when I picked up my vehicle. Tim was great as well. Made sure I had the parts numbers for my rebates. He was also very pleasant. Excellent customer service all around!!!

Shady/Price Gouging- Went to purchase a new vehicle from the dealership and of course everything was no problem. Ask for a copy of the paperwork for the vehicle and there were two dealership ad ons for roughly $2k. Poly and ETCH5 (window etching). I explained I wasnt interested in this and was told it wasnt optional that dealerships needed transition their price structure due to demand. Forcing items on customers is bad, trying to sneak them in is even worse. This would have been our 3rd vehicle from Feldman but my family will not be returning. I did speak with a manager about this as well.As a follow up I went to Lou LaRiche dealership and was able to get the truck I wanted without these required add ons. Its nice to work with a dealership that doesnt pull the shady tricks. Will never return to Feldman

I received a letter that I could come in and trade my lease in early. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get a beautiful Equinox in Silver Ice Metallic with gray/black trim when there were only 3 on the lot. My salesman, Sam Alsarout, worked with me to get a payment I could afford and allowed me to take the Equinox home to make sure I could fit it into my garage. At age (almost 80) I wasnt sure I could handle an SUV even though I always wanted one. A very pleasant experience. I love my Equinox.

DO NOT buy a car from Mark Vertin… he is a complete liar. He tried to lie to me about what my credit score was. It was a 691 he tried to say it was a 580. Mark tried to use my need for a trade in to manipulate me into taking a hikes up interest rate. Literally everything he said out of his mouth was a lie. On 34000 he told me my payment would be over 1k a month.. literally the next day I went to Gordon Chevy and got 36k for under 600 a month. Do not buy a vehicle from Mark Vertin..

Deal was established online. Dealership later decided to tell me they are not going to honor that deal (GM employee price) and rather said that the price is $2,000 over MSRP, if I want it. I had to drove to dealership and go through the confirmation emails and a whole bunch of arguing. Ultimately they finally agreed to price in my confirmation. Also, I had no interest in the $920 etch plan (theft insurance), but was told it is not otional. Their owner mandates this dealer add on. Finally, the car still had debris from transportation protection on exterior. I was able to hand wash and improve it, but may need to get a professional cleaning to remove all.

(I wished Google had a half-star rating system ... explained in this review). We bought a beautiful pre-owned certified 2017 Chevrolet Trax in late August 2021. The salesperson was nice, however we did have some issues such as a wrong car being prepped, not notifying us when the license plate arrived and a mix up faxing important paperwork to the credit union that we financed through. This issues required several hours of headache, further phone calls, and returning to the dealership in Livonia for my husband and myself. (We live in Warren, MI approximately 30 miles/35-45 minutes away). There were several other glitches including one involving registering the car with OnStar, however, I still rate the dealership a 3-1/2 to 4 stars ⭐⭐⭐✨. Its a difficult time to be in any business during this pandemic and Feldman is doing the best they can.

Rob in service was awesome ... fit us in and got us taken care after taking a comprehensive look at the problem.The only disappointing part of the experience was when a porter brought up my daughters car when the scheduled work was completed (it was not tire-related), the left front tire was way low on air. No mention of it to us when we got in the car, despite the tire pressure light on.I get that those porters are not trained techs, but they should be taught if theres a warning light on the dashboard they should alert someone of the problem before the car leaves the shop. The tires were fully inflated when we dropped off the car a week before.

My salesman was super helpful, friendly, and handsome Sloan Hogan, however, he could not help me with this issue!!! Feldman Livonia dealership 👎I had the worst experience. I sold my car perfectly good car!!! and went to Feldman to purchase a used vehicle for $13,000. Well once I left with my new vehicle, the car lost accelerating power, rotors, and brakes scrubbing and needed a wheel alignment. I took the car in for service and Feldman refused to give me a loaner. The manager sent me home in a shuttle. Left me to figure out how Im going to get back and forth to work after I purchased this vehicle that Feldman Livonia put out on the lot with issues. Basically, theyre telling me thats your problem😳😬

When you buy a used car from Feldman you get two free oil changes and I purchased the extended warranty. When I went to the dealer for my free oil change I was told that I had to have an appointment and the next available one would be two weeks away. By the time I went back for my oil change the back window in my GMC Acadia was leaking when it rained so I added that to the work order. I dropped my car off on Wednesday morning and received a courtesy shuttle home. I called on Friday morning to find out where they were on the repairs. The service advisor that wrote up my car was not in that day and nobody else could tell me what was going on with my car because they couldnt open the work order. So now I had to wait until Monday to find out what was going on with my car. When I called on Monday I told them that I needed my car to get to work. That is when I was told the parts were on backorder and they didnt know when they would be in but I could come and get my car. When I got there to pick it up they tried to charge me for the oil change. I told them that it was supposed to be free. I had to wait while they redid the work order. When they came back I was told that they still had to charge me for the brake inspection, which was the same price as the oil change. When I received the call that the parts were in they told me when I brought the car in it should only take about 45 minutes to an hour. After two and a half hours they tried to charge me over $500 for work that was covered under the extended warranty. So now I have to wait another fifteen minutes while they call to confirm the warranty and reissue the work order. This experience makes me not want to go back for my other free oil change.

I wish I could take my star away the best part of experience was Keith Olson who was the sweetest shuttle person ever. The worst part was the fact that I took car un at 8:50 Thursday morning to be fixed for a/c issue and put in my appointment request that Id need a loaner if they kept the car. The reason was because today (the day after) is my birthday. After hearing nothing all day I decided to call at 4pm to check the status. I pushed 1 then 2 after being prompted to do so and still had to be transferred to service just to hear no one had even looked at the car yet. I tried to inconveniently rent a car but the shortage makes it difficult and also I am trying to use a debit card which makes renting even worse. I finally called at 11am and they have all this info about my car and then tells me theyre waiting on a part. Why not call me and tell me that?!!! The service dept said I had to have a appointment for a low coolant light so I made one .arrived on appointment time and date on sept. 9th.was told it would be 3 days before it would even be looked at. and you had nothing for me to drive even though my truck is under warrenty. I felt that is a breach of contract. my truck wasnt looked at for a week. attitude of my service adviser was basically to bad thats just how it is. this was almost as bad as the first service experience I had there when the brakes wouldnt work and you had my truck for over a month. do you really think you deserve a reccomendation?

I have never taken my 2011 anywhere else, only Feldman. And I have never had any problem, in ten years! In addition to the excellent Feldman service, they are very reasonable.

First of all, when I first walked in, it was bumping crazy busy. But then, I was I troducdd to Sloan Hogan, and oh man, was he so knowledgeable and made my car purchasing so less stressful and answered all my questions.I know buying a car is hard, but he made it so much easier and honestly, he made my experience more exciting and made time go by much faster. I just want to appreciate his business and Ill make sure my friends and family members come see him for future purchases because he is definitely service friendly. I loved his attitude and I definitely will keep him for my references.

The technician convinced me to get some work done on my vehicle. He did not tell me the price that included labor and parts. Also, the plastic was left on the seat from when they worked on the vehicle. The vehicle was not washed. In the past, when work was done on the vehicle they would wash the car.Every time I go to the dealership, the service/customer service seems to decline. Lately, Im starting to regret I bought my vehicle from Feldman, because I dont want to have to interact with the dealership in Livonia, Michigan.

I had a appointment for a oil change. I waited until my service was done. When they told I was all set and I pay for the service I went to my vehicle and the plastic cover from still there. My side mirrors were not put back to the way they were.

I think if you’re going to have $ 145. Non refundable Minimum fee to diagnose engine light customer should be made aware of this before car is dropped off. O’Reilly will diagnose at no charge and gave me same answer as dealership. I thought this would be covered under emissions warranty, it was not. I had A/ C fixed 2 weeks prior. 2 big issues I think for low mileage newer car. Oil change is also way to high at dealership. At this point even thought I have 3 relatives that work as GM engineers I do not think I will ever purchase a new Chevy vehicle again.

I had a excellent experience at purchasing a vehicle from Feldman Chevrolet in Livonia. My salesman was awesome he went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle that I wanted and could afford. I highly recommend this dealership for any and all your auto needs. We walked in just looking at trucks and walked out with money down and a new truck the next day. The staff were direct, to the point and extremely friendly with my son and I but there was no pressure from them to buy. The sales agent we dealt with was Adam Parker and there arent enough stars to give this young man as he was well above the 5. He did everything possible along with Zak Baker in the finance department to ensure that my son got exactly what he wanted. The best way to sum up what these 2 people in particular did, is that Feldman Livonia is now the only place we will go to when looking to buy a vehicle and when referring friends or family. Again Adam, as we used to say, you ROCK.
