I bought a certified used Fusion from there a couple years ago and also bring it back there for all services. Im very happy with the car; it was a fair price and there have been no issues with it at all. The salesman (Roy) was very professional and everything went very well from test drive through purchase. The service has also been great, such as the staff, timing, pricing, quality of service. The car was also in a fairly serious accident and they did all of the repair work, which has also been good, aesthetically and there have been no issues with any of the repair work (body, electric, mechanical). Overall good experience and I would definitely return next time Im looking for a used vehicle.

Saleperson somewhat ignored my search criteria; typical for sales when they dont have your exact match, so no big deal.

You dont want to buy here. I work for Ford and ignored the many negative comments from my co-workers and it was a mistake. As we were doing the final paperwork our salesman nonchalantly mentions it was in a minor fender bender....not even worth mentioning but it was reported. A few weeks after buying it the rear right quarter panel starts coming apart. Then the rear brakes start grinding (so much for their blah blah point inspection). Rear brakes shot. Oh and the right rear rim is bent from the accident. The steering went out shortly after we bought it too but they did fix that. We paid way too much for this vehicle and they were less than forthcoming about the accident. Buy private and skip the mark up that gets you nothing.

Very small lot. Not a lot to choose from. But youre in luck in youre looking for an Escape. Thats all they really had.

I purchased a car from this dealership about a year ago in 2019. At first everything was great. Lots of great quality cars to choose from, all staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I even purchased a warranty which I never do. However there customer service follow through is absolutely terrible. When I purchased the car a locking mechanism for the top glove compartment wasnt working. They said they would order the part and either send it to me or contact me to bring the car in and have it installed. I have never heard a single word about the part. Then I brought the car in for an oil change and they were rotating the tires and we found out the car had locking lug nuts which requires a special tool to take the lug nuts off. We didnt know that. Again they told us they would send us the tool. That was approximately 5 months ago, I havent heard from them at all. Also since then I have had a blown tire, the interior door handle on the driver side broke and the cruise control doesnt work. Of course my warranty doesnt cover any of these issues. So now I feel like I wasted $ 2,000. Once this place gets your money, they could care less about you. They dont follow through with anything they say. And there warranties are absolute joke. They do nothing for common problems only big problems that probably wont happen. Its absolutely ridiculous.

Today was the day that I decided to purchase my first car in the United States. I headed over to Bill Brown Ford for certified preowned cars. I was greeted by Mr Jason who happened to be one of the most helpful person that Ive ever met. I gave him a price limit as well as the miles and he showed me around the lot to look at the cars. I was allowed to drive around in it and check the cars condition as well. A 2016 ford fusion caught me eye and I decided buying it. Mr Jason helped me through the entire process, since I have an international drivers license. He was kind enough to drive me to the bank as well as the insurance company so that I could get it insured. Having someone like Mr Jason helping you out really does make life much better. I highly recommend this showroom and if you were to ever purchase a car and need someone to help you out please do refer to Mr Jason.Once again Mr Jason thanks a lot for your support and patience.Cheers

Worst car buying experience ever, Bought a used truck from a very un honest salesman called Darin, Truck was new to them, Talend with him on the phone, He sent me a couple pictures of the truck, Exactly what I was looking for, Tells me there 137,000 miles on it with a 12, month 12,000 mile warranty, Didnt get a chance to test drive it cause it was in the inspection area gettnew breaks, Tells me new shocks, recently, new tires inspection come back clean, I go though with the process of buying it, Contingent on test drive, I go though the process of switching over insurance getting a cashiers check, everything I needed to do to make it a quick process. Day of pick up the following day, pick up time was at 6:30, I get a call around 5:45 that the car was never preped, Sanatized or touched after brakes were done.I take for a test drive and it pulls to the right, I return to dealer and tell him it needs a alignment, Missed that in the inspection process, Darin tells me did you take on the freeway? I said no, He said cause u hear this alot, Because the garbage trucks in the area the road is warped, I said come on guy, He said lets take for a ride, 2 seconds he says yeah it does, I said ok take 150 off and ill go get it, His reply is how about 50 I can get it done for 39, We settled one 100. So we go back in to sign the papers, We get till the very end and there is a paper that said AS-IS. I DARIN you said it had a 12 month warranty, He turned white, He said yea that was the super cab, I SAID NO WE NERVER TALKED ABOUT A SUPER CAB, I was only interested in crew cab, He said man Im sorry I was wrong on the mileage. It has 142 and ford wont put a warranty over 139,000. well dam it, I just did i just did that now what do I do? I take the truck to a friend of mine who is a Mechanic, We looked it over he said your shocks and sturts need replaced but other than that looks solid, So that was missed in inspection as well, I wasnt to concerned on that repair as I can do. So I bought the truck cause 1 I sold my car to buy this truck, 2 transferred insurance I pretty much had no choice unless I went without a car. now week and a half later the water pump is shot. Never trust them, they got me dont let them get you.

I had been to the dealer I have done business with for over 25 years, and a another half dozen dealers throughout the area, all to no avail. Bill Brown has a large selection of good value pre-owned cars for ALL price ranges (even my price range). Darwin and I completed the transaction in one day. I put off buying a newer car for a long time. Its a very big purchase for me and I dont take it lightly. I was very budget sensitive but also wanted a great car at a great price. We bought a used car here. Were very happy with the car, a 2014 Ford Fusion, but not especially impressed with the salesman, Matt Guilbeaux (Gilbo). We saw a car on Carfax and called about it, but when got there to see it, Surprise!, it wasnt there. Other things like that, too, but I guess thats how dealers sell cars. Its sad.
