I had a service appoint today with ADT from 12-5pm. The technician called me at 2:33 and said hed be at the house in 40 minutes. 2 and 1/2 hours latter still no sign of him. On the call I told him I was home. When I called him back at nearly 5pm he said he got to my open gate and saw a no trespassing sign which was actually posted on my neighbors land and the technician left without going up to my house and knocking on the door, even though we had talked by phone 40 minutes earlier and my gate was completely open. This is sad because it has happened before to me where ADT doesnt show up during the appointment window and doesnt call. ADT alarm systems are fine, but the service in very lacking in customer consideration.

They came and replaced the carbon monoxide detector which had gone bad. It was just days before the warranty had expired.

The ADT Team has really done a good job for me. I appreciate the care their technicians demonstrate in addressing my security service needs.

ADT is the WORST! I spent over an hour trying to cancel my service and they told me it wouldnt be cancelled for 30 days, even though I was out of my contract! Then, they charged me for another month and a half!!! There are way cheaper alarm systems out there, do yourself a favor and DONT go with ADT!

Customer service continues to hang up on me at the local office. My technician Rod gave me false information and now I’m stuck in a contract for 36 months! I would not recommend anyone doing business with them! They simply do not care!!

ADT is the WORST company ever! They have now surpassed Comcast as the worst experience ever! I canceled because I was moving. They kept billing. I call and they admit I canceled and said they would take care of it. Nope! They keep billing me and calling everyday harassing me. It went on for months. No one at the Corporate office answers the phone. They actually owe me money! Don’t do business with them!!!

This company was above and beyond dishonest. Adt might be good but the central air offices are far from reputable. After asking other. Many many seniors have been abused.

Previous homeowner had an ADT system in my house. It is now malfunctioning including waking up all my neighbors early one morning, ADT refuses to remove their equipment. I will NEVER do businesss with them!!!Funny how they are worried about liability when they replied, but they are not worried about the liability of leaving malfunctioning electrical equipment in my home not to mention the battery. I stand by my review. Very poor company.

This is just my worst experience ever..if your sales rep is Paul..DO NOT TRUST whatever he says..He is full of lies..and he will just ignores your phone call like you are nothing..I dont know how he is became a manager at that place..
