The service department was excellent. On vacation from out of town and lower unit went out first day in Little Rock. Even though the schedule was booked solid they were able to fix my bike the same day. I was able to bike another 30 miles with the family Labor Day weekend. Above and beyond, thanks to your whole shop.

We have been to Trek several times. The service has always second to none! The workers are incredibly pleasant and friendly. This are go to place when it comes to bikes!

The team at the store held a couple of e-bikes so I could drive from out of town to test ride them. Greg walked me through the bikes features and rode along as I tested them. He even shared good tips on how to transport it and best way to load this heavy bike on my car rack. Great customer service.

When I got to the store I saw that it was under renovation with a need for appointments for purchases. i walked to make an appointment and instead was taken care of then. The Madone is a very unique bike. I’ve liked it since I saw one at the Little Rock Trek store. After talking with Blaine at Little Rock Trek it was evident that the Madone was going to be a fantasy rather than reality. After sometime and research we located a Madone in Dallas TX. Randall the salesman we made contact with in Dallas was amazing customer service skills above and beyond. He contacted the Little Rock Trek store and spoke with Blaine on a Sunday. Kelly store manager at Little Rock Trek said we will work something out. Randall, Blaine and Kelly made my Madone become a reality. Randal, Blaine,Kelly, Trevor and Eric 3 have made this a very positive experience and are still assisting with various upgrades. I’m very satisfied, looking forward to continuing to build a relationship with Kelly and his team at Little Rock Trek

I called this store to see if they did repair on any bikes and he said Yes. He also said that I could bring it by the same day. When I got to the store, they all greeted me. I went in with a Magnum bike that needed repaired. The customer service that was given was SUPERB I told them that I noticed how everyone was and how they treated me. I felt as if I had purchased a Trek. Great service these days should not go unnoticed. WAY TO GO!!

Great customer service! Rodolfo gave me a concierge customer service; he went beyond his duty. Rodolfo took the time to evaluate and suggest to me what type of service my bike needed. When I picked my bike up, Rodolfo explained to me in detail all the work that it was done on my bike. He gave my suggestions on how to keep my bike clean and well maintain. Went in to purchase a helment and ended up leaving my bike to be serviced. I purchased a used bike last year (online) and was not sure about the condition, or how to take off the wheel (dont judge me). I am deifinitly a newbie so I had questions and they had answers. Once I get Sunshine back I am sure I will be able to take on these bridges with ease!

I have now purchased 2 bikes from this shop. Both experiences have been great. This past weekend I worked with Kelly Eager, the store manager to get a new mountain bike. He was awesome. He took the time to answer all my questions, and I promise you I had many. Kelly was incredibly knowledgeable about the bike I was looking at, but was at no point pushy. As the store manager he was being pulled it many directions as he worked with me, but I never felt like I was not important. What was amazing to me was how many folks came in the shop that he knew by name. That level of service is rare these days. Kelly was genuinely interested in my riding as well as my cultivating riding with my son. Shopping at the Trek shop was a wonderful experience. Also, my boy loves his new water bottle holder. I went into Little Rock store to purchase a pair of bike shoes for Peloton kike. Customer service was amazing. The sales person found the perfect shoes and even through in a pair of socks. He also ordered clips and put them on and in a few day called me to pick them up Couldnt ask for better customer service than that.

Besides the obvious SOLID product, Kelly and the team here in Little Rock, AR as well as Cameron in Lees Summit, MO have been incredible in helping me get the perfect bike I know Ill have for decades to come. I do like that there is a dedicated Trek store in town that can service and I know will probably not be going away anytime soon.

From the moment I walked in, it was different than the other bike stores in the area. The customer service was out of this world. I actually found a bike that I loved in another store but their customer service didn’t hold a candle to Trek so I turned around and went back to Trek and purchased my bike and Kelly hooked me up with everything I needed. I knew if I ever needed any help that Kelly would make me feel comfortable and he would take care of me. Customer service is huge and they went over and above for me!! He let me test ride the bike and even gave my friend one to ride with me and she wasn’t even buying a bike but he didn’t want me to have to test ride it by myself... how awesome is that?? None of the other stores even offered to let me test ride the bikes I looked at. Go to Trek, you won’t regret it!!

We love our Verve+ 3 bikes! We took our first excursion the day after buying them and knew immediately that we had made the right purchase. Riding them is like a wonderful dream! We were also very appreciative for the service we received from Erik. When we first visited the store we met Erik and we were impressed with his knowledge and his great desire to help us choose the right bikes for us. Bought a bike there a little over a month ago and moved across the country to California. I am constantly blown away by the customer service I have received even from all the way over here (when I called and said my name Kelly immediately remembered the bike I bought--small things, but important). Kelly and the service team there really make people feel valuable and confident that they made the right choice in purchasing a bike from Trek Little Rock. Even had me send videos of the issues my bike was having so we could troubleshoot long distance. Really outstanding folks.

I just bought my first NEW bike from the team at Trek Little Rock. Kelly first started dealing with me on day one. He was great. He answered all my questions and made some recommendations. I believe the other salespersons name was Ari. I didnt deal with her as much, but she was fun and knowledgeable as well. When I came back I dealt with Erik Blaty. I am a novice rider. I dont ride races, and Im not always looking for the top of the line equipment. The team helped me discover the bike most appropriate for me, and Erik brought it all together. He answered my questions, and made some recommendations I wouldnt have thought about on my own.I really enjoy how they dont make me feel like less of a cyclist than them. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for bikes or accessories.

We had the absolute best possible experience with Kelly E. today. We brought in our 3 year old for his first bike that he has worked incredibly hard to earn. Due to everything going on in the world, they didn’t have one his size and wouldn’t for many months. Our son was devastated. Instead of just telling us no and letting us leave, he took the time to talk to us and get to know us. And then he went in the back and found something that would work. He absolutely made our son’s day and went above and beyond when he didn’t have to. We can’t thank them enough for outstanding service and will be back for any and all of our future bike needs.

The staff was so incredibly warm and welcoming to my little boy and I!! When we walked in, we were promptly greeted with friendly faces welcoming us to Trek of Little Rock. So, my friend rode a borrowed hybrid with me one morning for her first actual longer stretch ride. After getting off at 16 miles, she was hurting...bad. She loved the experience enough to push through, but also so much that she thought she wanted her own road bike.We left the trail to check out what all the Central Arkansas bike shops had to offer in her size. After calling two stores and physically walking in to 3, Trek completely won my friend (AND I) over. Initially, she wasn’t even planning on buying a bike, but after dealing with Kelly (top rated in customer service) and visiting other brand name bike stores, we came back to Kelly because of his awesomeness. He put us BOTH on bikes to cruise the neighborhood together and test ride bikes. He even had me wanting to sell my bike and come buy a brand new one from him just bc he was that cool!!After she decided to dive into the sport of cycling and purchase a bike, Kelly hoooked her uuuup! They custom styled the bike to her beautiful liking all the way down to the gloves! He was sooo awesome!!When we went to pick it up, I decided to take them my bike to replace the bar tape. Well, I had called a bit before and asked what the turn around time was and was told I would need to leave it overnight because they were super busy. Totally understandable!SIIIKE, the bike techs were just as bomb as Kelly and hooked up my bike with new bar tape and BOTTLE CAGES in 15 minutes just because they knew I wanted to ride the next day!! How rad is that!?!I will literally always choose Trek and will never be able to recommend any other bike shop as highly as I do Trek based on our experience at multiple bike shops in the area!!Keep on keepin on, and thanks so much for being the best, Trek! E-3 (Eric) rocks! Very knowledgeable and friendly. The mechanic that worked on our Giant bike was fast and friendly as he changed out a brake cable. Snapped my rear derailleur hanger and toasted my derailleur in the process. Called this shop and spoke with Eric Grimmett in repairs. Eric was very friendly said he could squeeze me in so I could enjoy riding in the nice weather this weekend.Eric installed a new derailleur, rear cassette, chain and a very professional bar tape wrap. Loved the service here. Very personal. Will definitely return.
