Im one of the ICU nurses from Pgh to help out with the Covid ICU patients. Work 12 hour shifts and only had 2 days off in a month. Both days I had rented a bike from here and explored the trails! Awesome experience! We had never ridden an electric bike. Steve and James were so great to work with, they helped us find exactly what we wanted. They let us take a few out to try first and then we ended up buying 2! We went to all the other places first, this is definitely the best place in town

James was wonderful! Most important to him was that we ended up with the bikes that we were the most comfortable with and that fit us the best. By the end of the process we were like long time friends. I am completely thrilled with our bikes and with the customer service we received. I know that we will be going to Pedego for years to come!

James has assisted me several times. Very helpful and courteous. I did not find this store until I had already purchased a couple of his competitor’s ebikes. He had a heavy duty receiver hitch bike rack to haul my Surface 604 bikes; and mine has a Pedego saddle & Pedego mirrors. LOL! I’ve got more Pedego Labels on my bike than Surface 604!

Beat buying experience I’ve had from any bike shop. These guys customized my bike to fit me perfectly even changing out the handlebars to my liking. Got a couple accessories and they even tossed in a super nice chain to lock my bike up for free!! Love this Pedigo bike. Ride it daily and hills are no problem anymore. Highly recommend to anyone!! We highly recommend Pedego Electric Bikes Little Rock. We rented bikes here due to the easy access to the Arkansas River Trail. The bikes were in excellent condition and James was fantastic to work with. He made sure that we were fitted with the appropriate model bikes, that all necessary adjustments were made and thoroughly explained all features. Locks and baskets were also provided at no charge. We were really impressed with the quality and features of the Pedego bikes. They have an etremely long battery range and the throttle mode is an invaluable feature that comes in handy to help cross intersections, get a boost up hills, quickly catch up to partners if you are falling behind, or to just give your legs a rest. If we ever return to the Little Rock area for biking we will be sure to rent from James.

Our experience was fabulous. We learned a lot and we had a lot of fun. We went earlier in the week to look at the bikes and asked lots of questions. We went back today to rent bikes as a trial run. Now as soon as I convince my husband we need a pair we will be back to them to purchase. James and Steve were both fabulous - couldnt ask for better treatment!

Buying a new bike at Pedago, Little Rock, was literally a breeze! Steve and James are so knowledgeable about all the bikes and really went out of their way to help me select a bike! It’s really fun!!! The owners are super helpful, and very nice!! The bikes are AMAZING! (Pretty too) I can’t wait to go back and do it again! If you are in vacation it’s definitely a must! I enjoyed it very much!

James and Steve were extremely kind and inviting. I brought my buddy to try out the Element E-bike they carry. It was an absolute blast! Going up and down hills is a breeze (literally). You will have a great time checking out the store and trying out their wide selection. Definitely coming back and bringing more friends!

I’m 72 years old and this is the most fun I have had in a long time. I have been riding with my children. I love having fun while exercising!

If you’ve never felt the raw power of electricity between your thighs, look no further. Riding an electric bike was AWESOME, and these guys will saddle you up with Little Rock’s finest in no time. Service was excellent too - not only did they take us on a helpful test drive, when we got a flat tire five minutes into our trip, they trucked us out a replacement in minutes (flat).

I wanted to start commuting to work, but with 12 miles, a giant hill and no shower I needed a little power boost. After lots of research and a afternoon trial I settled on a Pedego City Commuter. James went above and beyond to help & I couldnt be happier. Not only am I using my bike to get to work, I ride to the grocery store, run errands and cruise the neighborhood when I need a little fresh air. Now Little Rock needs some more bike friendly streets!

I rented an ebike foe a few hours and it was so much fun. Using an ebike is pretty self explanatory and they did a great job explaining the extra features. If you want exercise but don’t want to huff and puff, this is a great way to do it. I think I’m going to have to buy one sometime in the future because it was such a blast.

Electric bikes are wonderful! Head to this shop to try them out and you will find yourself biking way longer than you think you can!

Pedego Little Rock was so helpful when my family all got our new pedego bikes. I love my Pedego bike. James and all the staff go above and beyond to make sure you get the bike that’s right for you and explain everything you need to know. I am so glad we have a Pedego in Little Rock. We just bought 2 more before Christmas so everyone in our family can ride together now. It’s great exercise for me and I can choose how much assist I would like. Love the two interceptors we have and would rate them 5 star but not the trike.The interceptors have the power to handle our very up and down trails in North West Arksnsas but not so much the trike, it is underpowered and with only two pedal assists and three gears it is more suited for level trail areas.The Pedego store in Little Rock has been very helpful and professional.

Visiting LR for the weekend, we wanted to check out the Big Dam bridge and trails. Pedego electric bike rental seemed like the perfect solution. James & his team were outstanding, as were the bikes. Wed brought a bike rack for the car to haul them down to the river, but we didnt even need to do that. The Pedego bikes were all charged up and ready to go with plenty of juice to get us down the hill from Kavanaugh through Allsopp park to the river. More importantly, three hours later, there was still plenty of juice to get us comfortably back UP the hill to Kavanaugh.James and his team were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. It turns out that it was opening day for them. They quickly helped us choose the right bike size and setup, gave us an orientation, and made sure we were comfortable with the routes. Originally came to rent two electric bikes for a day for my wife and I. After spending the day on the Pedego rentals, my wife and I fell in love with the bikes. When we turned in the rental bikes, our curiosity got the best of us on other products that PEDEGO had. We are pushing 50 years old and these electric bikes allowed us to feel young again and see Little Rock, Arkansas in such a personal way. The bikes assisted us in peddeling or if we got tired, it had a throttle control so we did not have to pedel at all. Hills were no problem as the bike helped and kicked every hill in the you know where. We conquered every hill with ease.Bottom line, when we returned, we purchased 2 PEDEGO bikes for each of us. We got a little fancy with our purchase but could not be more happy as we know we bought quality, strength, service after the sale, and longevity in the bikes. So happy with our purchase and the owner, James is totally awesome. He will work with you to ensure you are happy and ride off with what you want with features you desire.
