This is a decent Walgreens, they are friendly, and always have what I am looking for, and usually not to crowded

Was not told it was not available to them until Monday. Maybe. 6 days without . With withdrawls already starting I get to feel the effects all weekend . THANKS walgreens

I made a quick trip in early for ear plugs for a hospital patient. The cashier (Kevin), greeted me, ask immediately if I needed help and then told me exactly what aisle and shelf to find what I was looking for. Not only was his very knowledgeable, he also was friendly and very efficient. Thanks!

I have been using this location nearly 14 years. Even though I am living 12 miles away from this location, I still don’t want to change pick up location. I was amazed with the services. The personnel at this location know me and my illness personally. Mr Lo and Ms Anne are great, knowledgeable and very creative. Thank you so much for your services.

I went into this location straight from the dentist. Thinking since its located right down from my home, it would be convenient. O was I wrong didnt have my ID so I had to go get. Fine no problem! Went back in to see if they could fill it while Im gone. They said no. No problem!! Went back in gave her the prescription. So I waited decided to walk around,went back over there and the girl says I paged u.like I give a damn please just do your job.just to tell me they cant fill my prescription.my insurance doesnt cover that doctor. If you would have read my prescription the first time and not the 3rd time you wouldve known.I visit Walgreens alot but just know from now on I will not be dealing with the pharmacy.one in regular clothes n the older lady still learning how to work back there.send her back up front please. Pharmacy staff is. Knowledgeable and fast. Store managers and staff are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and accommodating. Fantastic and convenient. Great job!

Tried to charge me $80 for prescription told me they could not take my ID card I turned around and got it transferred to Walmart and only paid $10 from here on out Ill never go back to another Walgreens I feel like they didnt even try no disrespect to the associates but they need some new Associates

The pharmacy aside from being exspensive is good. but the storw itself. the staff stereotype the customers follow them around. I was accused of shoplifting after walking in with a bag of zapps chips they sell at medical towers pharmacy in the Baptist hospital. i dropped off my prescription went got a soda and bought a pack of cigarettes with the bag of chips i had in my hoodie pocket still there bc I bought them to eat on my way home. I paid for my items with a 50$ bill. the lady never asked if I wanted a receipt she just threw it away. I went back to the pharmacy and I hearcode 7 over the loud speaker a guy came up to me and asked if I had a recipet for my items I told him that I was not offered one that he could ask the lady or watch the cameras she didnt give me a recipt or offer but shed tell him what I paid for I said i assume this is why and remived the chips from my pocket.. he said oh we dont even sell those here the short lady with dark hair that works the day shift she wasnt wearing a name tag accused me of shoplifting after seeing me walk in with the chips. I was then foowed by her everytime I went in the store from that point after. I switched to the drug store a little further north on n Rodney Parham they value their customers.

I was just asked to leave the store by Jessi, she did not introduce her position, who preceded to tell me that an associate saw me place an item in my purse. When she so rudely approached me and my boyfriend ever so rudely, I begged her to search my purse to prove that I did not try to steal anything. Regardless, the lady said it was policy to make a Customer leave the store based on hearsay without proof. I am devastated to say the least. I fill my prescriptions at Walgreens and use their rewards programs as a loyal customer should support their Shoppe, my vice. I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH WALGREENS PHARMACY OR STORE EVER AGAIN AND I WILL LET EVERYONE ELSE KNOW ABOUT THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This word of mouth coming from a person who worked for Dillards Corporate for 10 years. My experience is completely unacceptable.

I’m in line for the pharmacy and they had me pull around and get back in line behind four cars. Ive been waiting for 30+ minutes.

It is convenient however the closing time of 8pm is ridiculous. Thats odd considering all the others are open much later.

Clean and friendly associates but too pricey.

They have changed their times. Only open till 8pm NOT 10. And do not open untill 9am on Saturdays signs NOT posted
