I went into the shop to order a different style of bed cover for my truck. They told me then can order it and it would be in the next day. The Manager told me that he had a better one in stock.It was 30 minutes to closing. He put it on and I was out with 10 minutes to go! That is service. Due to the price, I was able to purchase weather tech floor mats and still saved money.

Wow, i have had 3 different bed covers, as well as an L.E.D light bar installed and i can honestly say that Sam( i think) had every single bed cover on within 10 minutes !!! He is also the same employee that did my tailgate light bar. He had to unwire and uninstall an old one and re-install/re-wire the new one. It only took him 20 minutes at the most! If I was not so happy with the company then i might have to offer that young man a job !! 5 thumbs up in my book

Shady Bait & Switch- Went in for window visors. Told me the visors were going to be WeatherTech for $110 installed ($100 online). They put on putco ($51.00 online) and I was charged WeatherTech price.- Thankful this was an inexpensive lesson, won’t be back- Employees were nice, and seemed knowledgeable- Even though the visors look good... it was still a shady bait and switch

Easy to work with and very professional

The supervisor here is rude and over charge customer an extra $100 if they bring their own part from somewhere else. He also lie to customers about telling them when their trucks will be ready because he make the workers stop working on other cars that was there prior to work on someone else vehicle that pay extra money to him and he also over charge for certain work. He need to be fired because people can’t afford to pay their hard earned money out to people that are ripping them off.

They were fast and friendly. They made sure I knew how to operate the system I bought. Kudos to the guy in red today because of him I bought a few extras. Thanks to the shop manager he to was very friendly. Next time Im back in Arkansas Ill be back in this shop for more!

I was in and out in no time, running boards looks great.

Bought running boards and Husky mats for my Ram 2500 five weeks ago. It has vinyl flooring and the driver side mat slides several inches in all directions under my feet. Ive been back 4 times and keep getting told they are getting floor mat clips from a dealer. Ive also called twice and get the same answer. It should be here Monday.... Donnie said he will call when the clips arrive, but I never hear back from anyone. Their products are nice, but the follow up if you have any issue is just horrible. I wont spend another dime with them.

Been to the store twice. Both trips were both great experiences. Tye is knowledgeable and everyone is extremely nice. Installers make sure you understand the products and are glad to help. Products are top quality and prices are all extremely fair. Will be returning in the future for all my trucks add ons and accessories.

Bought air filter from these people.Paid more for it than I should have but they told me it had life time warranty and truck warehouse would honor it.Took filter out canaster rubber had deteriorated and fell apart. Returned to truck warehouse they said send to mfg.I thought it was very irresponsible to tell me to bring it in then tell me its my problem. I have a guarantee for truck warehouse.After writing this review the general manager assured me would procure a new green air filter. That was aproxamitly six weeks ago. He will not answer the phone,nor will he return a message. I would not purchase anything from this store again.Products they sell with a warranty in writing are not honored!

Yall need to be open longer on Saturdays. closing at 12:00 is a little early. Most people work during the week. If more business would be open on weekends they would have more business.

It does not do any good to call them either. They answered the phone right away but put me on hold for 12 minutes, I hung up called them back an hour later same thing put me on hold I waited 8 minutes. Then called back45 minutes later told them what I wanted, and guess what the put me on hold. I hung up after 9 minutes. I never going there again and Im darn sure not calling them. They have a competitor on Baseline that will service you the right way.

I needed a tow hitch for my 97 truck and it was done the next day after I dropped it off. I live in Bryant and drove to Jonesboro that weekend and towed back a trailer-full of stuff No Problem!

Ok service, spent around $500 all the work they did fell apart within 2 years, they dont keep any customer information on file so if you cant find a receipt they wont fix up any of their shotty work.

Got my LED headlights sold & installed in less than 15 mins...and my truck requires the grill assembly to be removed to access them.
