The service I received at Crain Mazda was top notch. My sales lady Whitley, when I drove up to the dealership, she greeted me with a smile. I asked her if I could test drive the car, she said, sure and got me the keys. She scanned my license and I took off. I drove the car around town for about 30 minutes and the rest is history! Whitley and the Crain team gave me a great deal that I couldnt refuse, they were AWESOME!!!!!!!

Came looking for a first car with my boyfriend and his grandpa and my little brother. We were helped by the GM and Mr.Australia Banks. These men were both VERY VERY helpful, and I couldn’t have asked Mr. Banks to be anymore helpful and thorough with everything and made sure the whole process was easy as cutting butter. I recently just purchased a 2021 Mazda CX-5. This is my first Mazda ever! Buying a car can be a long and frustrating experience/process but here at Crain Mazda I had a warm welcome from Jessie and Lance. The biggest thing was I felt no pressure to do anything but look around and test drive whatever I wanted! Once I found the car the whole process was easy. I did it while I was at work and by the end of the day I got to go pick my car up! Definitely made me a Mazda customer for sure! Highly recommend! Thank you Jessie and Lance!

Avoid this catastrophe.Inventory of some used cars is a bit low in LR, but this place actually told me they would not negotiate 1-cent because they have a buyers market. The manager Tina seems to be a horrible person to her customers. If they will take advantage of Arkansans every time they have an advantageous market, they will be in your pocket for everything. Making little Rock a non-competitive market for its residents. We have 2 huge markets within 5 hours of here and many new delivery services. I will help the cause by giving them $0 for anything, ever. Thanks Tina for helping me know who I should avoid.

I visited here regarding their deal on a brand new Mazda6 which have been listed for 31k on their website but thereafter test driving it the manager gave me a completely ridiculous price for $39k which was even way higher than the sticker price(I explained her and even showed her their own listing on their website but she has been very unhelpful). she also offered me to trade in my vehicle for 2k which had 5k trade in value according to kbb. It just felt like a waste of time with this people unless you willing to get a highly over priced deal.

False advertisement went to shop for a car with a friend of mine the price on Crain Mazda was 31k then when we went to buy it they inflated the price to 39k. Don’t even try to go there if you do do your homework and go find out yourself. 1 Star is too much for them

I went in to buy a van. I told them explicitly I wanted a van. I even told them I wanted a Mazda 5. They had one in their parking lot and I asked them about it. They kept trying to sell me different cars and SUVs. I finally got them to show me the van and I loved it. It took them an hour to figure out how much they were going to charge me for it. When they finally did we agreed, shook on it, and signed some paperwork. $15,000. I went back to pay with another individual and they said, Okay, thatll be $18,000. I explained to them that that wasnt what wed agreed on and they brought in the paperwork. The rat had drawn a line from the bottom of the 5 to the top to make it look like an 8. I made a fuss and they said, well be losing money if we give it to you for that price. Thats not my problem. They then stated they wouldnt sell it to me unless I got the gap insurance. I relented and got it (big mistake). Theyre absolutely awful and crooked.

This review isn’t for their parts store it’s for the dealership (as it might show for the web page) False advertising on their website just to bait you in then asking way over sticker price. If you see a price on their website or advertising it’s not the real price. Very disappointing and a huge waste of time.

First off thank you for the free health care oil changes that was so kind. The location was very clean and i was greeted as soon as i pulled up and directed to the service area. 2 people that stood out and made my experience enjoyable was Robert T. And Leighton M. They were both very nice and helpful. They were also very respectful and funny and wore a smile the whole time. I appreciate customer service like that, and i will send car hunters to this facility. Thanks again❤

Beware Pricing!!! Gimmick! Pricing online is only if you qualify for every discount! Student / Military / etc...no one qualifies for them all. In my case it added $2000 to the price from online listing. Very bad practice!

On January 2nd I purchased a 2016 Ford Focus at your dealership. It was the first nice car I have ever owned after a lifetime of nothing but unreliable old clunkers. I was so happy. However, I went to register it on February 3rd and found out no one had ever sent me the title and other paperwork needed to register it. So I return to the dealership and after some of the worst customer service with the salesman, Ed, we are told that the paperwork will be requested and sent to the dealership and I will be called to come pick them up. A second temporary tag is put on the car that expires March 5th.On Wednesday, February 24th, I call and speak with Will. Again, I find the papers have not been requested or sent. Will tells me he will take care of it and to call back the next day. I call back in the afternoon on Thursday and spoke with Kimberly and I find out Will has done nothing. Kimberly says she will email corporate and request the needed papers and then call me back. I asked how long that will take and she says up to ten days. I do not have 10 days. I will not be able to drive the car I am paying for after March 4th. I have already received threatening letters from the state about the penalties I will incur for not registering the vehicle by the first deadline. I guess they do not even know about the second temporary tag issued for March. I wrote a detailed email about the situation to the manager, Roderick Grey. Got no response and no call back from Kimberly. I am sitting in limbo with no way to get a tag for my new car so I can legally drive it.I am frustrated and angry. My daughter, who has purchased two cars from you recommended your dealership. Now she is dismayed at the way I have been treated. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.Roberta Wright
